Disappointing

I
am
writing
to
express
my
disappointment
with
the
recent
dining
experience
at
your
establishment.
While
we
had
high
expectations,
several
aspects
of
our
visit
were
unsatisfactory.
-Confusing
Service
and
High
Pressure
The
staff,
including
the
manager,
provided
confusing
service,
and
there
was
an
unnecessary
level
of
pressure
on
our
guests
to
order
drinks
even
as
people
were
still
coming
in
and
settling
in.
-Pre-Ordered
Food
and
Untimely
Service
Despite
pre-ordering
our
food,
the
staff
rushed
the
serving
process,
bringing
out
dishes
before
our
guests
had
a
chance
to
settle.
This
rushed
approach
detracted
from
the
overall
dining
experience.
-Hidden
Fees
Issue
We
encountered
unexpected
hidden
fees
that
were
not
disclosed
during
the
booking
process
which
I
paid
deposit
two
weeks
before
the
date
.
Clear
communication
about
additional
charges
is
crucial
to
avoid
any
misunderstandings.
Unmet
Booking
Agreement
for
Upstairs
Area
We
specifically
booked
the
upstairs
area
for
40
guests,
confirming
our
intention
to
have
a
family
dinner
with
speeches
as
me
and
my
Wife
where
celebrating
our
Union.
Unfortunately,
on
the
day
of
the
event,
the
restaurant
played
loud
music,
deviating
from
our
initial
agreement,
and
refused
to
adjust
the
volume
as
previously
agreed.
-Lack
of
Clear
Management
Line
There
appeared
to
be
a
lack
of
a
clear
line
of
management.
Each
supervisor
seemed
to
have
different
objectives,
leading
to
a
disjointed
experience
for
us
as
patrons.
-The
desert
was
a
total
disaster
no
Ice
cream
was
provided
as
the
set
menu
had
stated,
I
felt
scammed
and
robbed
how
ever
at
the
end
of
the
night
they
were
demanding
their
money
which
the
bill
was
totally
unacceptable.
I
will
not
return
back
to
that
restaurant,
no
professionalism
at
all.
