Part of The Old Savoy now, or are they separate, I don't know. Looks as if they are running on a tight budget but the performance I saw was excellent. They have a lot of completion with two other, better funded, theatres in the town but I would say the panto was as good as any with the advantage of being affordable. I'd strongly recommend a visit in the hope of supporting this theatre.

Come to the Deco every year and it's such a wonderful family own and run venue. Peter pan is on next year for panto. If you're thinking about going, just go book it. Highly recommend this venue. 👌

Would have been a 5, but after fantastic experience with box office staff, on the night I came across a jobsworth. Had arranged seat at back of the circle, discussed that lift would take us up and my husband would only have 2 stair to go down. Jobsworth would not let us use the lift. After getting half way up, I then spoke to manager about it. Agreed to stay in seats if there was a fire. Would have been all good after that if the drunk/drugged women the were disrupting everyone had been thrown out earlier.

Five star experience as always. I'm never disappointed with the exceptional value at this theatre. It's a local, community theatre run by people who really care to make every experience a good one. The staff are always the same, no high turnover which says a lot. Thank you all, again.

Another great time at the deco, it was the heatwave weekend, so aircon would have made it even better, but I'm hot in winter also., The show LAST DAYS OF DISCO was fantastic very professional and got everyone up dancing, hats off to all in the show, and staff, Brilliant 👏 👍 😀

We enjoyed a fantastic pantomime performance Cinderella at Xmas! The performance had us in stitches at times! We didn’t have to wait long for drinks either so all in all a fantastic experiment! Would highly recommend an encourage Northampton folk to go if you can and support the family run theatre!

Great family show! We love our annual Deco Christmas Panto, and this year is no exception. Candy Couture was a fantastic addition, and the Ugly Sisters were wonderful. It's a smaller theatre, but they put on a brilliant show and really get the audience involved. Gorgeous sets, glitzy costumes, and the front-of-house team are excellent. Also pleasantly surprised by the bar prices!

A lovely Deco theatre, easy parking and access. Comfortable seats for the show. The panto is a super enjoyable, traditional panto with all the trimmings. Kids and their grown ups love it alike.

The show was great but people were still coming in and being seated after it started. People were in and out through out the show causing you not to see bits. Never been to a theatre where people did that. Staff were lovely but would think twice before booking there.

First time there. Went to Handbag Heaven. There was nice, and there was plenty of room to dance and cosy with the number of people. Would definitely go again.

Lovely theatre, beautifully decorated inside and just the right size so no matter where you sit you have a good view of the stage. Lovely staff and close to lots of restaurants for pre show dinner!

Good sitting arrangement, get a good spot and enjoy the show. It's rather massive when you actually go inside the place,so we can understand that it is not very warm in the winter, and some parts of spring and autumn. Toilet facilities are clean and staff are welcoming.

Visited the wonderful Deco as a family for the panto; Snow White. What a magical, gem of a place that's been lovingly restored to its former glory. The performances were excellent, funny with not a dull moment, and at a fraction of the price. An amazing, independently run establishment that Northampton is very lucky to have.

We attended the Afternoon Tea with Santa. Fantastic experience and great value for money. Food was perfect children's options were great for the littler ones. Father Christmas was amazing. Straight from the North Pole. Interacted with each child in the room and no one was left out. The gifts that the children received were packed full of value and actual play value. Including a named water bottle. Other great extras included being able to take our own photos (with the help of one the Elves as camera person ) all the staff helped with the magic and it was a great experience.

Have watched numerous Pantomimes and productions here over the years and absolutely love it! For an independent, family run theatre they really do a great job of providing the local community with entertaining, affordable productions. From tribute acts to murder mysteries and comedy the Deco is well worth a visit!

Very organised and swiftly got to our seats, sweet and nice staff. Wonderful actors and funny show, had everyone gripped to the end, the bit of comedy with the kids was very funny and enjoyed by all ages . It was clean and comfortable. No complaints would come again .

Very nice, traditional theatre. Gets a little chilly inside & could do with a safer walkway to the multistory car park around the back.

First time going here, great little venue, everything was so reasonably priced I'd even call it cheap! Had a great time seeing murder she wrote solve along, would love to go again next year

Saw Frankie's Guys at the Deco. Parking was very easy just literally next door in the multistorey. Staff welcoming, polite and cheerful. The theatre was very clean and well kept. Thoroughly recommend.

We’ve been here tonight to see a Fleetwood Mac tribute band. What a lovely place the Deco is & such polite, helpful staff. It was our first visit, but certainly not our last. The seats are very comfy too 😊 Congratulations on having such a beautiful theatre 😂

Amazing venue! I went here as a performer and the organisation was incredible on the night. I was part of an enormous band so there were a lot of people to keep track of and find a place for when we weren't performing, and the team did an amazing job and the night seemed to go flawlessly! Highly recommend 😊

Went twice recently to watch shows! Good venue,bar queues long,and not cheapest.Staff all friendly,nice atmosphere.

Went to see the 2023 panto, Hinderwell, 4 times and can honestly say it was the best one ever. All the cast were excellent but Buttons in particular and the two ugly sisters were brilliant and so funny and the choreography was superb. Even though I saw the show numerous times the cast kept things upbeat and I never got bored. So well done the Kevin and Jill and all involved for putting on a spectacular pantomime this year. I look forward to Peter Pan in 2024.
