    It's such a great atmosphere in this location. It's really great that there are televisions on with news and other programming. Free Wi-Fi is available for guests. The food is really fresh and tasty, with the option to order with a clerk or at a kiosk. The restaurant is very clean, and staff are very pleasant. Delivery is available from Uber Eats.

    It took a very long time to receive a correct order, although the staff was very nice, the manager was nice, my order was completely wrong and as I waited several other people came up because their orders were wrong. The food was good once we got it. Atmosphere: no soap in the bathroom.

    Little disrespectful kids screaming in your face because they slam your food into the wrappers and everything was a disgusting mess. Couldn't be more enraged right now. I'm embarrassed for their parents raising them like that my dad would have been grabbing his belt. But this generation 🙄 I just can't

    Absolutely hate these video order boards! Nobody will come to the counter to take your order. So sick of having to interact with computers instead of humans. Will never find these in my store. Tapped for eat in and , Took the stupid number and put it on my table. They tossed the to go bag on the counter and yelled out my number. Useless humans. No drinks in bag, no napkins. Oh did I mention what's up with no prices on the menu board!

    This has to be without a doubt the worst McDonald’s in the USA. If you go to this location expect to wait a minimum of 20 minutes for your food regardless of the size of your order or how busy the restaurant is. If it were a one time thing I wouldn’t mind, life happens. But this is not an isolated incident, I have to wait a minimum of 20 minutes every time I go to this location . If that’s not bad enough , often times they will give you sandwiches that have sat around so long the bun has gone stale. If they’re just microwaving burgers that have been sitting around since God knows when, why am I waiting 20+ minutes for fast food?

    I thought it was one of the better service McDs Ive visited for months. I didnt mean to be high maintenance for a sec but I was and she was quite gracious about my error.

    Arrived at the location with a mobile order for breakfast placed @ 10:20. Arrived at 10:25 and waited unattended in the drive thru until 10:35. They took another car that just pulled and then told me they could not prepare my order because it was too late. I asked for a refund and was rudely ignored as the attended jumped to the next speaker and waited on the next customer with no explanation or confirmation that I had been refunded.

    It’s ok. It’s McDonald’s. But not as good as you remember. Getting to the point I’ll drive to the next McDonald’s a town over if I need to. Drive up screen broken, slow, had to park to wait for my “fast” food. Drink order messed up. Regular instead of double quarter pounder. Now I have to wait longer. Yeah, the more I type, I realize I won’t be coming back here.

    Closed at 4am. They say 3:30-4 they have to close out the day. Pulled up at 3:58 said it would at least take another 20 min why say your 24/7 when you are not!!!?

    I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel breakfast sandwich with no bacon. I got a steak egg and cheese on a bagel. 🤪 Sometimes they will send me the sandwich with bacon, or I will get the sandwich with bacon and no egg. Is everyone ok over there?

    The bagel wasn't like it was few years ago. Terrible yellow sauce. No refill on tea. No wonder McDonald's is having financial problems. I won't be back to this one particularly and have completely lost me on dinner meals on all of them.

    Stop making customers pull to the side. Not only does it take 20 min for a small order, but even when you get the order it’s not even yours. Would totally rate 0 stars if I could, just avoid this place at all costs.

    Apparently, the place was understaffed! No toilet tissue in one stall of ladies room and 2 huge rolls on baby changing table in other stall. Feet stuck to floor and floor in restaurant was sticky...could see shoe prints all over. I received a mocha frappe (iced) instead of hot mocha coffee, no spoon. The girl then informed us that the espresso machine was broken. Tables were not wiped clean! Hot black coffee was not hot! What a waste of money!!

    Rating based on expectations from a fast food restaurant, not comparing to the for seasons. If you want fast food this is a well run restaurant. Fast, delicious, and courteous. Just came back from Belgium and have a new appreciation of how well our American people run business!

    Absolutely TERRIBLE drive-thru service. Not even really a line and we wait at least 20-30 minutes for our food. Went back another time and it was almost 50 minutes it was ridiculous. Each car they take 5-10 minutes to answer at the intercom and then it’s still 5-10 at the window per car. Not only that the food is half put together if you get a sandwich. The fries are cold, and they forget sauces and straws and then walk away from window and ignore your yelling to get their attention and you have to wait 5-10 until they come back. Don’t go here.

    I ordered two Big Macs, that was buy one, get 2nd for $1 and medium fries at the drive thru. The screen had the correct price. When I got to the window I was told a different amount, which was full price on both Big Macs. I said the screen had the correct price, the employee said “we don’t control the prices”. Again I said the screen had the correct price. I was then told “maybe that offer has ended”. I then pointed out the sign on the window. The employee then turned rude, so I told her I no longer wanted the food. Why did the drive-through screen have one price then they had a different price inside. Workers should know what’s going on at their workplace.
