Incompetent staff on front desk on 11th march can’t even solve simple problems like the delivery man taking 3 big bites from our garlic pizza bread, makes me feel a bit sick to be honest; put me off my food because he was vile, and was a lazy old ballbag who didn’t even have the courtesy to WALK to our front door ( which is his job, getting A to a B) and beckoned us over to his car to retrieve the food whilst he wiped the crumbs of our food of his double chin. Also, he couldn’t even write our address right and firstly went all the way to Duston, and then called me; informing me that he was still another 10 minutes away, proceeded to eat our pizza, and then arrived. Honestly my complaint is mainly about him so just fix your delivery staff because they’re actually grim; £27 to have dirty infected food is a joke

The young lady who served me had no idea on what their menu was, found her rude when I questioned the buy one get one free ( pizza for 9.99 but the buy one get one free was 19.98 ). She argued that the second was free. Refused the blue light discount stating they don't accept this or my NHS id card so I left with no pizza will not return there

People need to stop coming here. Domino’s is grossly overpriced. Was gonna order a pizza and chicken wings with a bottle, bill came up to £41.00 Ordered pizza and my chicken wings came up to £29.00 big difference right there. That includes the delivery as well. Wake up people better places to order.

Ordered pizza online for lunch time. Estimated waiting time was 21-31mins. Waited for 1.5hrs after placing order. Called them more than 5 times to check. No one bothered to call and inform me about being late. Spoke to manager who then cancelled my call. Very disappointed. Cancelled the order

Worst delivery service from Northampton towncenter, when I call store manager she said its upto us, We can come to an apartment or not. it's our drivers wish. Is this the behaviour from dominos store manager? Then why are you taking delivery charge? What is the meaning of custo.er note? Before preparing order, check the comments or note, if its not possible better to cancel order, don't black mail the customers like I will go back its my wish and talk to store. It is better to teach your staff how to read Instructions. Or if they are not ready to follow, call the customer and cancel the order. Don't be like dumb robots. If you behave the same with everyone, one day you (your driver and the one answerd the call or your staff need to eat pizzas). No one will order. See the picture attached. The lady that I spoke to to Kayleigh , was very helpful and efficient , she completed my order very quickly but with detail and made sure we had everything we required. What a wonderful young lady we spoke to couldn’t of asked for better service Thankyou Kayleigh. X

Absolutely terrible, do not order from this dominos!!! Ordered 1 pizza and was told it would take 30 minutes. 1 and a half hour later still not been delivered, even with the driver calling saying he is 5 minutes away (lying). Pizza came freezing and well below standard. Called to complain to receive lots of abuse from the ‘manager’ who is clearly incompetent for her job. Would recommend any other place in the world except this dominos. DO NOT BUY

Moved houses and didn’t want to cook tonight, Called up because we were unhappy with the order, the pizza was over cooked and garlic bread burnt. We were exhausted and hungry, my husband ate the garlic bread because he was that hungry. the person we spoke to was unbothered and rude, this is the worst pizza we have had from domino’s, the pizza was overcooked, what a way to ruin a long day
