Horrible customer service. The guy working there spoke to me in such a rude manner. There were other customers in the shop as well as me. He packed their food in bags and passed it to them and with my order, he did not even give a bag. I asked for a bag as the food was hot and I did not want to carry it with my bare hands. The man chucked the bag to me and I had to pack it myself. I would not even give it once star as the customer service was disgusting and appalling. Would not recommend at all.

Order home delivery- food was terrible., breading to salty and chicken so small you can see any. How you can sell anything so bag quality?! And don’t feel bad for your service and they charge you for service as well for this service you shoud give back mony because you don’t deserve never again i will order from your place!

Never had an issue with these guys, chicken always juicy and tasty, chips never soggy and nice chilli sauce, I think they get a bad rap for no reason.

Best chicken wings in Northampton. I've been coming here for 5 years now and apart from the common order mistake that all places to every now and again, I have no complaints. Its tasty, affordable and the staff is always nice. Keep it up.

Ordered Chicken Wings & Chips And When I Got Home I Opened The Box To This !!!! Disgusting !!!

Where do I start, they got my orders wrong 3 times in a month. They also didn't pack the food decently, the fries came out of the bottom of the box, and they use the most harmful to the environment plastic. The place used to be really good back in 2017 when I used to go every week, now I don't like going there.

Very disappointing and won't be returning, we went to the shop to order and collect some how food was cold and chicken was cold chips was cold and sticky, salad seemed like it had been sitting around for a bit

Tables are not cleaned in between customers. only 2 tissues (meticulously counted) are given, not enough when you are eating chicken with your hands and they are paper thin. Trays are not cleaned. There are no sauce sachets, only large plastic bottles that you are not allowed to take to the table, they ask you where you want the sauce but offer no tubs or paper plates, anything to put the sauce into. I do not want it on my chips, I want to be able to choose how much I would like to use/eat at any one time. Floors are sticky with something, not sure what and did not want to take a closer look. Food was acceptable but would not visit again for the above reasons. For the price they charge you can get better food and better level of cleanliness elsewhere.
