Excellent yum cha, dim sum. Great menu with a vast selection of affordable items to choose from. This visit I have the vegetables with oyster sauce, salt & pepper squid, bbq pork rice flour rolls and steamed chicken feet a long with a nice tea. I have to say it was all delicious. A great place for Dim Sim with family or friends. Very clean restaurant with pleasant staff. I really feel this place deserves the five stars given.

We visited on Sat for lunch. It was busy but really appreciated the staff, their attitude is excellent. Love all the dim sum and the Chinese tea. Excellent!

This is the perfect yum cha restaurant! Friendly service, plenty of dumpling options, all of the fillings are fresh and served piping hot! We really went to town when ordering but ate everything. I usually stay away from the fried items but because they were fresh, they were easy to eat and not too heavy. Loved it

What I don't get is why there's two Fortune Five next to each other and they look like separate shops but maybe not? I went to the one on the right hand side, because it looked less busy. Despite the confusion, I gotta say that the dim sum hit the spot and keeps hitting the spot, cos that food tray just won't stop coming. You know the place is good when you're surrounded by Chinese uncles and aunties who won't compromise for taste and price for anything, especially food. And yes, everything is brilliant but I really dig the chicken feet, the egg tarts and all of the dumplings. I would quote you the Chinese name if I could, but I'm lacking culture at this very second.

Came here for dim sum and we were pretty happy with what we had. The food was overall pretty good, would recommend chicken feet, salted egg yolk buns, beef strips and the drinks. Very good value for the price.

The food tastes good, reasonable price and efficient, friendly service. There is a promotion from 10.30am to 3pm Monday to Friday, AUD 11.80 for good food, the portion huge and I can divide into 2 meals. Which means 5.90 per meal in Australia for such a nice food. This is amazing

Good place for breakfast (and of course other meal). Dim sum is authentic enough. Waitresses carried a big tray with few dim sums for customers to choose, which is a traditional way to serve dishes in old days. Environment is Cantonese and Mandarin speaking, hence can practise your Cantonese skill here. English is no doubt not an issue here, many locals are eating there, and ordered the dishes by its Cantonese names which is amazing. Food quality is good. Dim sum size is slightly larger than Canton dim sum. Highly recommend egg tart. The egg was so bouncy and soft. May consider to avoid char siew bao (roasted pork bun) as the skin was thick and filling was less. However it does not deteriorate the overall rating of this restaurant. The owner is a friendly guy from Malaysia. Nice to be there.

3.5 - 4 stars Environment: have 2 adjoining shops: right side decorated in traditional Chinese restaurant is larger and darker, and left side is like a bright and clean cafe. I prefer left hand side one for yum cha. Service: shortage of manpower. Have to wait to be seated. Waited longer at right hand side shop, so went to left hand side one. Staff's attitude was ok, gentle and attentive, quick movement. Food served fast. Food: good in taste and portion. Reasonable price. Use loose tea leaves. I tried steamed fish balls, Bean Curd Rolls in Oyster Sauce, Beef Tendon in BBQ sauce. Tendon was very tender. Salted & Pepper Squid Tentacles was made to order, and so crispy.

I absolutely love it! It wasn’t my first time here and I never left a review, so … My partner and I went there last Monday around 1pm, they were full. We had to wait just 10min and it was worthy. The food was very tasty/flavourful, smells amazing and the service was very efficient. I am never disappointed when I go there. This time I was naughty 😋 I ordered two of my favourite desserts, egg tarts and sweet tofu 🤩🤯 It’s amazing, gorgeous, delicious. Firstly of all, I had never had sweet tofu before and when I had for the first time 1,5 years ago 🤯 this blowed my mind. Secondly what is that egg tarts?!?! Well done! It’s perfection! It is undoubtedly a perfect place to go with family and friends so you can order more variety, try everything and you won’t be ripped off 😌. Everything is shareable and this makes most of your money because you can try different things for the price of one meal 🤩 😉. I really like the big rounds tables where you can see everybody on the table and you are able to talk with them and hear them. 🤔Sometimes we are so busy enjoying our food that we don’t talk 😋 🤣

A family favourite of ours, everything was delicious! With a mother in law hailing from HK, she loves this place - not many places would impress her. You can just tell how good it is by the diners.

We ordered Peking duck, corn soup, chilli crab, ginger scallops, fried rice, egg York pork ribs and sizzling tofu. All food were very good, overall experience was very nice.

Authentic Hong Kong style dim sum. With push carts serving you variety of dim sum. You can also order off the menu. Steamed rice rolls were good! Slightly pricey, but it is Perth.. $28.50 for my meal, with a pot of Chinese tea, on 24/12/23.

Probably one of the best places for breakfast at North Bridge area. It is a Chinese restaurant serving traditional dim sum dishes. I assume this restaurant is run by Hong Konger. Great services and delicious food. Just 3 days here and I’ve already eaten twice at this restaurant. Prices wise is still reasonable. Highly recommended!

This is our go to place for Dim Sum lunch on the weekends for years now. The queue outside the place speaks volume for their quality, and also their success in taking over the store next door to manage both spaces side by side AND still have a queue during peak time! We also were lucky to have a fantastic experience to have dinner there for our birthday. The managers and owners were kind enough to offer us flexibility on their banquet selection, and our guests left with a full stomach and satisfied appetite with leftovers too. As long as they are managed the staff shortage facing the industry, we will continue to patronage this place for a delicious quality dimsum and dinner banquet. Keep up the good work Ronald, Steve, Joe & Jung! Tip 1: to avoid a queue, get there before 10am opening or you may face up to an hour wait like we did when it’s between table sittings Tip 2: be prepared to self serve your condiments from the self serve counter to avoid wait time from the busy waiters and waitresses doing their best to serve every patron during busy weekend lunchtime

Authentic Hong Kong dim sum in pushcarts. Yummy food and friendly servers. Must visit if you are in Perth.

It’s cheap, and lots of Hong Kong-style dim sum. But most of them are too salty for me😅. And dessert is……bad. well if you’re not picky probably will like it. Haha but not for me.

We go there not often may be once every 2-3 months, but the great quality of food and friendly service remain the same throughout the years. Another great dinner we enjoyed tonight.

Best dimsum in the Perth,Menu is extensive. We especially love the prawns dumping bao and chicken feets here. Service was good considering they're very busy

Worst food quality. Cold, half cooked. Squid hard, dumplings open and cold.. not even providing sticks for eating on take away. Suace all around the bag..

  • 4/5 Sylvia T. 2 years ago on Google
Not a bad option if you want to have Yum Cha. They are open for dinner so you can get your fix outside regular lunch hours. Order took a while for take away so make sure to factor that in if you are short on time. Flavours are authentic so it satisfied my cravings.

Food is fresh and delicious! The atmosphere is great and family friendly, with lots of seating available. It gets busy so be prepared to wait for a table during lunch time, or visit later in the afternoon. Highly recommend!
