    I’ve done training sessions with Chase individually, in a group setting, and as a team back in college, and he is the definition of professional. Chase tailors all of his workouts to his clients personal goals, while sharing his knowledge and expertise in a fun environment. I really enjoy working out with Chase and always manage to learn something new from him every time. Would highly recommend Chase as a trainer- you won’t be disappointed!

    Working with Chase a few times, I have been able to experience first-hand his professionalism and attention to detail when it comes to personal and group training. He gives each of his clients personal and direct training to fit their needs and goals. He is able to make his training fun with great incentives and the results are visible through out his client base. With experience from youth to adult, beginner to advanced, as well as nutrition and recovery, I would not hesitate if you’re thinking about booking a session. Great dude!

    Out of all the trainers that I have had sessions with in the past, Chase is by far the best! He is extremely educated in the health & fitness field and I really enjoy the strength training workouts he puts together for our sessions. I always leave feeling great! His gym setup is awesome and he guides you through perfecting your form with every movement! Definitely see Chase if you are looking to improve your health, wellness, and overall strength!

    Chase is the BEST. His workouts are challenging and leave you feeling stronger after. The best part is after he demos the movement, he explains what it will help and why it’s good for you. Super friendly and non-intimidating environment and his space is also super-chic. Highly recommend!

    One of the kindest and hard working people you’ll ever meet. Chase is insanely knowledgeable in all aspects of his training and is genuinely working for you to meet your goals. The supplemental resources outside of the gym sessions he gives are made specifically for you. The gym itself is clean, organized, and full of top notch equipment.

    I have done training sessions with Chase with my lacrosse team back in college and he is the best! He is extremely hard working and his passion always shines through. Chase was able to adjust our workout plan with where we were in our season and worked one-on-one with our coaches to ensure we were on the right track. He is willing to share his knowledge and help you though any troubles or questions you might have! I really enjoyed working out with Chase and would highly recommend!

    I worked with Chase a couple summers ago as I was preparing for my first professional basketball season overseas. His training helped me not only gain strength and muscle but also improve mobility, become more explosive, and ultimately move better and stay healthy. I would recommend Chase Bandolik Training to anyone looking to achieve their own athletics, fitness, and health goals. He knows exactly how to tailor your workouts to get the results you want and is a terrific human being as well!

    As a collegiate athlete that trained with Chase, he is very helpful for any athletes that are trying to remain on the field for a full season of competition and trying to increase their potential. Chase’s workouts were very beneficial and helped me increase strength and stay on the field for a full year of competition for the first time in my collegiate career. He is one of the best trainers I have encountered over my athletic career between high school and college.

    Chase is extremely knowledgeable with strength training and how to work what muscles you want to target for your goals. He explains thoroughly and corrects form along the way to prevent injury during your set. I was able to try out some equipment that was new to me, and while normally I would be nervous to try it out I was confident that I was in good hands! His gym is super nice with top of the line equipment. Highly recommend!
