Professores excelentes e dedicados, boa infraestrutura, diversidade de aulas só falham na recepção (em especial a Patrícia) que é despreparada e antiprofissional para atuar com o público.

The best part comes from the instructors. They are really very attentive. However, there is little machinery and the price is very expensive for what the gym offers!

I was entitled to use the gympass services, but deceived by the attendant, I signed a contract directly with them, now to cancel I will have to pay a fine, the service provided is good.

The Sunday schedule continues to open at 8 am via Google, change it to 9 am so as not to confuse students.

I have been a top fit student for 1 year. I renewed my plan because I like the place. The instructors are friendly and attentive. The friendly and attentive receptionists and the staff who take care of the organization and cleaning as well. I feel at home in a welcoming environment. I love Anina and Cris’ yoga classes as well as the indoor bike classes. Great weight training equipment. But you might think that's not true. There are little things but they become irrelevant. . OK.

Academia com um ambiente excelente, profissionais cuidadosos e sempre preocupados com a segurança dos seus clientes, algo bem diferente das outras. Muito satisfeito.

Nunca vi atendimento pior que do que dessa academia, as recepcionistas tudo mau educada, fora o atendimento que horrível a estrutura péssima e valor da mensalidade caríssimo.

Faço Pilates no Reformer Pilates (que fica dentro da academia), excelente!! Instrutoras muito competentes e atenciosas. O atendimento na recepção pode melhorar.

I was at the Boa Viagem unit for just over 30 minutes and was extremely incredulous and disappointed with TopFit. I've been a student at the unit since it opened, I don't live in the city anymore, but I'm on vacation and I thought I could take classes during this period. I then went to try a Top Dance trial class, which I was denied, as I was supposed to know (I don't know how) that there is an appointment to be made in advance. I understand that rules are necessary (even if it doesn't make any sense), so I asked if the problem was the overcrowding of the class, to which the receptionist replied no, that it was just the rule for the sake of the rule. As I arrived 30 minutes early, I suggested making an appointment right there and she said it couldn't be done, only 24 hours in advance. To top off the terrible service, he said, however, that I could pay R$50 for the daily rate, because only by paying would I be able to release my entry without any prior appointment. I thanked him and left so I wouldn't come back! I would like to suggest that they train their employees better, because if the ultimate objective is to win customers, I must say that they are going in the opposite direction.
