It's easy to get an appointment here but it's difficult for their doctors to come to a conclusion about your health. They will order you test after test and drag it out for weeks and months. I left a message with them on my chart took a week to get back to me

Iam at Allina clinic at least once a week. I have been with Allina for 18yrs. My primary care doctor retired about ten yrs ago before he left he passed my care to Dr. Voted who is a credit to his field. I receive top notch care. There is not enough room to tell u how awesome the nurses and doctors are. Thank you Allina for making my life bearable.

In the ten years I have been a patient at Allina in Northfield, the level of care and concern of those who work there has been exceptional. I am very grateful to the staff. The constraints placed upon them by insurance companies is the only drawback I can see. I am self-employed. I am a very grateful patient of Dr. Scott Koehler who has been suffering ongoing intermittent severe back pain for a few years now. A few days ago, out of desperation, I underwent, at his surgical hands, a cortisone injection in my back. Needless to say, I was terrified. Dr. Koehler was reassuring and supportive with aa wonderful nurse "Allie" who massaged my arms throughout the surgical process in the hospital - a wonderful distraction. It is now three days later and my severe back pain is all but gone for the first time in YEARS! God bless you Dr. Koehler and your accompanying angel, Nurse Allie! What a wonderful staff you have there at your hospital!

My experience at Allinia Clinic Northfield with Jennifer Hart as my provider has been wonderful. My entire family sees her. No matter the reason for my visit I know that she cares, listens fully to me, gives me guidance in making healthy choices without guilt. I always leave feeling more knowledgeable and even if she’s unsure she will find the answers and follow up with you. Dr Hart is compassionate, funny, and I always know I can count on her for all my family’s care.

Dr Scott Koehler, his care team and the entire administrative team are all incredible. They all saw me as a person in pain, needing care and they went above and beyond for me. I am so grateful for Dr Koehler and the Allina Health Northfield Clinic!

The Allina online scheduling is cumbersome and not successful in getting an appointment. I had to call a service center to get an appointment for 10 days out. The doctor I saw was awesome.

At the last minute we realized we needed a prescription refill for a dependent that had to happen ASAP due to travel. 15 minutes before it closes we message the clinic through its app. After some text explanation we weren't sure whether it would happen in time. 1 hour later the pharmacy let us know it's ready. We are grateful for our Allina care team.

I am not sure what photos to send but if it would be one of myself you'd probably think I look pretty healthy, smiley, and fit. My life has never been so good as since about 1 year ago and I certainly can attribute this for a large part to my treatment at Allina Health Northfield Clinic.

I have had really good experiences with all the doctors, specialists and my mental heath team. They have all been top notch and treated me with respect no matter what I was in to be seen for. The facility is nice, front desk staff are always nice. They have MRI, xray, ultrasound, lab, mammogram and more on sight so if the doctor orders it you can get it done right there. Many specialists are available as well. I recommend Allina Health Northfield Clinic

Excellent care! I changed to this clinic 5 yrs ago when I moved to the area. I have always received kind, caring, knowledgeable support. When my Mom moved here and suffered from ALZ, I could not have been more pleased with the care she received. Thank you!

Got an appt of sleep med. after 4 weeks waiting when I dial in, nobody showed up. Called to double check and was told it needs to be rescheduled. Nobody called me ahead of time, a total waste of time. Rude representative do not even bother to say sorry. Worst and most ridiculous experience ever.

Lab receptionist in the Northfield MN office is not very welcoming, curt and rude…. Yes she checks in appointments, but with NO friendliness at all

Both my husband and I use this for several years and we're very happy with Alll the personnel in the Northfield Allina clinic! Now that we've moved I am going to sorely miss Dr. Detert!! (Both literally and figuratively, she got rid of so much on my pain with manipulations!) But it was much more than that, all the personnel from the top to the bottom made us feel welcome and taking care of!

Appointments always on time, professional, friendly, knowledgeable staff.
