This is a creative oasis in a very unassuming place. Come here with your kids and have them run around the playground of junk. They will always find new and different things to do here. Come here with friends and listen to live music and sip lattes. Come here on a work day and take advantage of remote work in a trendy and inspiring location. Come here for birthday parties and watch as 20 four year olds find endless ways to stretch their mind. Come make treasured memories in a place full of junk.

I came here for the new Swell Sundays alcohol-free dance party. I’m still kinda a kid, at 27 I still find myself loving this place and want nothing but good things for it all. I’m autistic and felt safe and comfortable there. Check this place out! - Demi

Junkyard social club has just expanded its hours and is now offering coffee and snacks. Also, there are adult beverages available in the afternoons and evenings and throughout the weekends. The playground is unbelievable. Kids can climb and tunnel and play with sand and water. There's an old VW bug, and an old school bus that they can play on and adventurous play is strongly encouraged. They also offer summer camps and day off camps. All of their camps and activities for kids. I have a hint towards science education and exploring. There are comfortable spaces to sit and chat, as well as fast Wi-Fi and places that you can plug a laptop in and work. Junkyard is really beginning to become a place to go and enjoy events for kids as well as for adults. Everything from comedy to storytelling, time, live music and much more. Check out their schedule online and check in frequently as there are lots of special events offered with partners as well.

I'm so glad Boulder has a creative place like the Junkyard! I've been to a handful of events with bands, DJs, and an amazing NYE party. The staff is so nice and helpful and the coffee is strong (like I like it.) For the adult events they do have a bar (though there are sober adult events too.) If you like art spaces check this place out, you won't be sorry.

We LOVE this place. The kids have a blast, and I have a coffee or a glass of wine! The playground is great, there are crafts and legos, and a good time is had by all!

What a perfect place for a birthday party! There was plenty of room for 85 guests, a band, a bar and a photo booth. This was all held inside due to the cold weather! The staff was so easy to work with and our guests raved about the venue.

I went to the junkyard social club for a fun down with the patriarchy event and I had such a good time! They had so many cool artists come and present poetry, music, and dances. They also had some great activities like smashing plates and a car and stuff. Loved every minute of it.

We met and connected with these folks after several community members said "why aren't you having you're meetups at JunkYard social?" So our nonprofit is excited to be hosting our monthly meetups here, they have a great friendly atmosphere, cafe with food and drinks, and are the weather gets warmer we're stoked to explore their space. Kid friendly.

I’ve been to Junkyard Social Club many times and have enjoyed it each time. Re munching: loved the panini’s and the cookies, the music (especially the jazz), the interaction with the artists, the great playground for my grandkids and really appreciate the friendliness of the staff and patrons. I definitely will be back.

It's the coolest place in Boulder! You'll love it if you want something handmade and unique, not another designed-by-committee brand-new bar or restaurant. Their events also gather a community of kind, unique individuals.

I was so excited to take my 2-year-old nephew to this place. I've been driving by it and seeing it on Instagram for a while. I have to say that while some of the play structures were neat, it was absolutely dead around 11:30 on a weekday. Because of that and the heat with very little shade out there, it kind of felt just like a really hot playground that we paid $12 to get into. We actually had to cut it short because my nephew just got overheated in the sun. If they had more shade out there that would be much better. I thought the $12 price plus the suggested $5 donation for each adult was pretty steep for what it was. We did enjoy our drinks, the Honey chai. I think I would give us place one more chance but perhaps for an event? Or maybe more into the fall when it's not so blazing hot.

You all are a huge asset to the Boulder Community at large. A safe place for kid’s to play, a place for adults to get a delicious cup of coffee, a tasty adult beverage, and place to enjoy live, local entertainment. Thank you all!

Very exciting place to experience. Came back for some live music (which cost a small admission fee). It was great!
