Tony Roma's is located inside the Delta Hotel and We were the only people in the the entire Restaurant so it was pretty hard to get a feel for the true atmosphere. It was clean and comfortable. Food was okay, hot and fresh. The potato skins we ordered first only came three to the serving but we're $4 so I guess that is equal to the normal price. they were good kind of bland with not a lot of toppings but our waitress made some ranch fresh and that helped. We wanted to start off with the shrimp appetizer but it didn't come until after our entrees. So we really didn't eat much of it. I'm super picky about the rhythm and expected order of things when it comes to eating. Probably stemming from having a gourmet cook for a mother who had an acre garden and was such a purest she made her own tofu. I got the fish and chips which was cooked well. There was just something to the taste that was not to my liking and the coleslaw was plain and had way too much sauce for my taste. My husband got the full rack of baby back ribs so he could share a few with me. They were great incredibly tender and had enough flavor that you didn't even need to use the side of barbecue sauce. They were served with the same french fries as the fish and chips and the same coleslaw so no nothing different there. We wanted to order the crispy brownie sundae for dessert but they were closing early and said that we would have to wait until the next day. We were staying at the hotel so I did get a chance to order it the next day and it was incredible one of the very best chain restaurant desserts I've ever eaten. The brownies were spectacular, all the different types of creams, ice creams and toppings were in a separate container so not to make the crispy brownies soggy. It was tasty till the very last bite, absolutely great.

Great experience. The place is inside the hotel, but away from the main section. It's nicely setup. Good atmosphere. Service was good. Food was very good. The menu is short, but precise. It has something for everyone, but you don't have to go through a register. Prices are also good for the food.

Got to give a HUGE shoutout to my man Keaton for the outstanding service he provided me while here at Tony’s! As I’m leaving from ordering food to put it up and come back, I mentioned that I’d like to start a bar tab once I get back from putting my to-go plate in my room and that if I could it’d be great to watch the Colorado game on the side I was sitting on. When I come back, the same spot I was sitting, was the remote to the TV with the game already on and a fresh area to sit down and start to drinking! Super appreciated and keep in constant touch to make sure all my needs were being met along with who was serving with him. Excellent service through and through and will always come back to this Tony’s! Keaton, thank you my guy the hospitality was truly appreciated and hope this review helps showcase that! As for the food the ribs are fall off the bone, amazing!!!

I came on a Monday so it wasn’t incredibly busy, although a little loud for the number of people. The service was efficient and friendly. I had a Chicken Caesar salad, garlic green beans, and the peach blueberry cobbler - all delicious. It’s a convenient dinner place when staying at The Delta hotel, I’ll definitely be back.

America in the bar makes classic cocktails that look great. She has a real sense of style and her cocktails are equal to any craft cocktail bar you ever go to. On top of her beauty and her service she has a great kitchen behind her The food is amazing here. I just got the best medallion steak I've ever had in my life for $19. It's crazy You must come here!

It’s been years since I was in a Tony Romas. This isn’t a full menu location, it in a hotel lobby. They are not staffed properly. Server was nice but in the weeds. MOD was on the floor refilling drinks. It wasn’t enough. At a full service restaurant I expect attentive and adequate service, not left overs. Food was good. Not great. Coleslaw was room temp, I bet it’s awesome served cold! Ribs were warm. Sliders were warm. Nothing hot. I bet you can do better. ;)

This is a very interesting restaurant. It opens up into the Delta Hotel. They only had plastic glassware because of an event that was happening in their banquet room. Also, when you check into the Delta Hotel, you'll receive a fifteen percent off coupon. I recommend the Bison balls, with a Long Island Icetea.

Brian the manager & Melissa the waitress were outstanding. I had my birthday dinner there, & they were very attentive and hospitable. They gave a complimentary dessert that was so delicious. Their ribs and everything are beyond delicious!!! We will be back can't race enough about this place!!!

The staff was very busy and doing their best. Our table had a half rack of ribs, Bison 🦬 meatballs with a small Ceasar salad, two bar drinks and our bill was around $50. The Tony Roma's is inside a hotel so the atmosphere wasn't the best but the staff and food made up for that!

Maggie was the most amazing bartender ever!!! From the first beer I ordered to the last . Even though they were short staffed she always made sure I had a beer in my hand. Being 19 hours away from home she made me feel like I was from here. Great personality n always with a big smile. Loved the environment n food will definitely come back to this hotel

My husband and I came here for our 10 year anniversary. I got the medium rare filet medallions and they were cooked perfectly; they were very melt in your mouth. Adell was out sever and she was very attentive. She was quick to bring us our food and drinks. But best of all she was very friendly. I would definitely come back because of her (and our food).

Have to give 5 stars to our witness Melody, I had order a drink, that I didn't quite like. She made it right without hesitation and not to mention she was so nice! The food was pretty good too, if you order the ribs, make sure you bring your appetite. They're saucy and huge!

Our experience started off very nice with the hosts being kind and welcoming. Our server, Melody was super attentive and helpful. She went out of her way to take care of us. The food came out quickly and the dessert was awesome. The service itself is reason enough to come back. Also a nice quiet atmosphere great for date night!

My food was terrible. I ordered the ribs and steak combo. The steak tasted like vinegar? Citrus? Something weird and seemed to be boiled...it was inedible. The ribs were edible, but drowning in sauce. The green beans had not had the ends trimmed and were oversalted and overcooked. The mashed potatoes were runny and oversalted. The appetizer -- spinach dip - was rubbery. All that said...the rest of the tables meals were of average quality (but not worth the cost). The waiter was clearly new and doing his best, but he forgot the silverware and we had to ask for it. We were the only people in the restaurant (and after eating I could see why). Not going back.

First time here! Food was so delicious! Our server Myrka was so nice and helpful with suggestions. Will definitely be back! Definitely try the Kick'n Shrimp appetizer.
