They made the order wrong offer to redo order if we went back we went back and they only gave us the ingredients missing on our order. We went back and forth and they refuse to even take care of our gas and time going back and forth to restaurant won't ever go back to this place and I used to go there 3-4 times a week. Now we have to eat cold food and they think by giving us lettuce and cheese makes it right

Ordered the smothered breakfast Burritos and they were super tasty! In hindsight, I only would have ordered one if I realized how big they were. Definitely a delicious breakfast place for a not too crazy price. The place was packed inside and out - so prepare to wait a bit.

Meh...the food was ok, everything was hot. Both in temperature and spiciness! You do get a lot of food. The green chili is a pathetic dish, it's just sauce with rice and beans. Everything else was ok, but not great. Their Horchata drink is carbonated, which is very weird, and I did NOT like it. The staff weren't amazing, but they weren't horrible, just ok. We probably won't come back.

Street Tacos are just warmed white corn soft tortillas. Thought Street tacos were fried... selected pico and not chile. Can only have one or the other. Very plain. No hot sauce or limes. Tastesok, just had my self expected something different.

This location the food has gone down hill. They charge a fortune for sides. Ordered a side of guacamole and they charged me $4.00 for a scoop no bigger than 2 quarters. Enchiladas and Indian Tacos you have to ask for a bit extra sauce because they are so dry. And yes they will charge you for a little extra sauce. Erie and Frederick locations are so much better and offer more

The staff work their butts off. They do their best with tons of customers. The food is matches the hard work the staff puts in. My only complaint is that there isn't someone dedicated to working online orders. The line inside the small waiting area could be cut by 20% if online orders can get in and get out in under a minute instead of 10 or more.

I’ve been here three times and all three times have had poor service. Yesterday came in and had to wait at the register nearly 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge I was there, even though they clearly saw me. They only offer one type of breakfast burrito in the mornings, even though the other Santiago‘s have options. This morning I came through the drive-through ordered my burritos and sat at the pay window for over 10 minutes and nobody acknowledge that I was there took my card or at least let me know there’s a little bit of a wait. I can clearly see that there were two people in there doing absolutely nothing just standing around…. Terrible service good burritos not worth my time to visit here anymore. It’s kind of mind boggling to think they have wait times of 15-20 mins when they serve one thing.

Sangiagos is a place that was great to eat, workers are friendly, courteous and very detailed on their jobs. That was until last night, This store doesn't compare to the product served at the 104 location not it's employees. I ordered 4 items from the menu and not one was what I offered, I mean the dish was correct but the way in which it was ordered and then madenot one thing was correct. I called and asked for a manager and was placed on the phone with Luis. If this man is who is a manager at this location, one can see why the service and food are terrible. He not only ignored what I had to say, but he totally did not even acknowledge that was calling with a complaint and that I was mad. He's response was oh ok and he hung up. If he who they call one of there finest. Well I got one will never go there again nor recommend it to anyone.
