After
a
long
day
of
entertaining
my
toddlers,
we
decided
to
order
a
pizza
on
Saturday
night.
I
ordered
on
the
app,
loaded
up
the
kiddo
and
went
to
pick
up
the
pizza
from
the
drive
through.
Although
the
website
said
my
order
was
complete
and
ready
for
pick
up,the
store
couldn't
find
my
order
and
said
there
was
a
problem
with
the
server.
No
big
deal,
the
workers
asked
me
to
come
back
in
15
minutes
and
it
would
be
ready.
I
left
and
drove
around
and
came
back
and
waited
in
line
20
more
minutes.
After
someone
finally
came
to
the
window,
they
again
couldn't
find
my
pizza
or
ticket,
but
don't
come
back
to
the
window
to
tell
me
so
I
waited
another
15
minutes
until
someone
came
back
to
let
me
know
that
they
couldn't
find
the
pizza.
As
I
had
a
screaming
hungry
toddler
in
the
car,
I
asked
for
a
refund.
The
guy
at
the
window
told
me
he
had
to
get
manager
approval
but
I
could
place
another
order
that
would
be
ready
in
an
hour
and
a
half
or
he
could
cancel
my
order
and
make
sure
to
"make
it
right'
when
they
were
less
busy.
I
left
details
of
my
order
number,
name,phone
number,
etc.
I
then
proceeded
to
take
my
kid
elsewhere
for
food,
money
spent
and
well
over
an
hour
wasted.
I
just
checked,
and
have
still
not
been
refunded
and
cannot
get
through
to
the
store
via
phone
to
discuss
with
management.
Spent
money
and
did
not
receive
pizza.
Staff
was
kind
but
unhelpful.
