There's nobody in the office. I still haven't gotten my lease renewal. The charged me for insurance despite the fact I have insurance on file. Most of the washers and dryers don't work. In my last 2 months I have not been happy with property management at all. They gave me a 2 day notice for bug spraying and I had to take the day off work. From what I gathered this place was better off owned by the housing authority.

These arrangements have gone so down hill in the past 9 years there staff don't care there mattnes gets into resident's face and yells at them and lies to them. They do half as work. And you can always find someone strong out in the laundry rooms. Wich don't work most times I have to take my moms laundry to the laundromat because of how bad it is.

I lived here almost about 1year and have consistent roach issues. It’s either the spray that dosent work or they are just too poor to afford an actual spray to kill the pest, when I say I’ve seen roaches EVERYWHERE I mean EVERYWHERE ! I’ve seen them on my food too ! In my opinion I’m not sure why these apartments are still up when they should be renovated to at least look like the models on the website, not to mention all the crazy people around , drug addicts , homeless , etc . These apartments seriously need fixing all of THEM.

Very disappointed with this complex and the way it is run. After renting for years, they towed a car from their own parking lot that belongs to a paying Tennant. They singled out a single father and towed his only car on a Saturday! After having to pay for 2 days of impound fees, no one will even talk to him from the complex to discuss compensation and/or a any way of avoiding future issues. The police I spoke with say this is a common occurrence.

As a resident here, I went to the office to get some items that were delivered (the Luxer package room door has been broken for weeks now, so we have to go to the office for packages. We've received no update about when the door will be fixed) I tried to enter the office, but it was locked. I could see inside that she was inside. When she answered she said she was in her lunch. She was very dismissive and rude about it. As if I should've known she was on lunch, even though there was no sign up. Simply frustrating that they have an issue with their package room door. But when a resident comes to pick up their package at a time when it's best for them, they simply don't care. Shame this is the case.

My experience was one of the best because of the hardworking staff doing everything possible. My apartment is immaculate and have no issues currently a whole month so far so good. I'm here comfortably. Looking forward to the pool going forward. Special thank you to staff Stephanie and Maintenence Manager. Happy new year 2023. I will add more photos when I'm done with a simple decorative living room (not my lazy air mattress and camping chair lol 🤷‍♀️☺️) I'm comfortable anyway ☺️🥰

This place is very touch and go. I've made sure there's a bar on my window so vagrants can't get into my apartment. Cops are here every other night. The bed problem hasn't been as severe as I'd seen it online (Building I) but I have had to squash 5-6 in my time here. Also very displeased to see pest control being added onto my rental fees because it is not a service I would've needed if the apartment was maintained upon my arrival. Office lady's are good looking but always give you the run around when it comes to getting any information on maintenance schedules, rent payments, and changes to the lease. Unfortunately this is what $1200 gets you in Bidenomics.

Erin was a great help in getting me into my apartment. Lots of reviews about “vagrants” or whatever but i haven’t had any problems and it’s been pretty quiet ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Small problem with bugs 🪳 but nothing that’s got me going crazy and maintenance was prompt with a response when i reported it
