I would give 0 stars if I could. This was my first time trying this location and it was just horrible. My burger was very undercooked and the fries tasted like they have been sitting out all day. Not fresh at all! I called to speak with a manager, she told me to go back and then they would re make my order. Once I got there and drove through the drive through I was told to pull around to the front and wait for my order to be brought out. I had to wait for like 20 mins. So I assumed the burger would actually be cooked this time. I broke it in half just to make sure and it was even worse then the first time. Not cooked at all!

The food was amazing! So good and fresh! The staff however was questionable. They made us repeat ourselves countless times because the staff was messing around. They took our order wrong and then messed up our sandwich which they took the correct order for. When I went to just ask for the oniosn I ordered to put on my burger, they were using VERY offensive language with the window open. Another worker didn't wanna hand me my bag and made someone else do it while that person proceeded to throw things at the other? The food was good but the experience, traumatizing. My son and I will not be back unfortunately

Bad food, worse customer service. I get that you work a minimum wage job in an oil factory, but cut the dang attitude and let's make our interaction quick - I want food, you want me to be gone. I get it, there's no need to be a jerk to someone trying to buy something advertised for sale.

I ordered a corn dog and fries, spent $7.26. One would think that they would be more aware of handing out cold food. My corn dog was warm, but fries were all cold and tasted stale, like really old oil. Won't be going back.

No customer service, no napkins or ketchup, nothing. Hair in their eyes, either high or no experience in treating people, definitely either child did not want to be there. Good luck in the future. Monday 1 at 5;00 o'clock, pretty sure they had enough rest over weekend.

We love good times drive through! It is especially nice that they have veggie burger options which are harder to find at fast food joints. Kids love the spoonbenders, green chili fries, and potatoes stuffed with cheese. Its fast and service is usually pretty nice. I've never dined in, the dining locations always seem a bit small or weather isnt conducive to eating there. But for drive through, this place is great

Great food! The special Mayo whatever sauce is the BOMB! On fries. On chicken. The drive thru was packed but moved quickly. Service was excellent, we got our food real fast. Lexi one of the managers is awesome. Good times is easy to get to right off 104th near I25. Plenty of parking. Outside seating under the umbrellas. Check this place out!

Good times has always been one of my favorites. The wild fries with some honey mustard. My god, their honey mustard. The chicken tenders are always good. I'm not a fan of their GoodTimes sauce at all, but the bambino burgers are sometimes the perfext size. The location on 104th is excellent. Full of young spunky teenagers, they always have a good sense of humor.

Staff is always very kind here. Today they were jokey and smiled when I smiled. Another time I completely forgot my wallet and they just gave me my breakfast burrito anyway. I’ve grown up with good times within walking distance so they’ve always been a top fast food choice for me. Decent quality, decent price, yummy custard!

Food was great, and the chili cheese fries are instant classic. My only down side is that the burgers, on more than one occasion, are not cooked all the way through. I don’t mind pink in my burgers, and I never complain about it, but what bothered me was that there was still red/pink from the burgers to show it wasn’t really cooked all the way through. Wasn’t worth the effort to drive back (drive-thru), but overall the food is good.

It’s pretty standard fast food, nothing wrong with it. I think the prices are a bit high for the portions and quality that you get, but it’s not completely abhorrent. The staff are super friendly and helpful, which is a plus. I just wish the food was a bit more impressive.

The food is okay , I’ve been waiting since may to write this review. Because I didn’t want to assume anything, but I was right all along. I come every Sunday after church and every time I would come the workers would be drunk ! I could literally smell the breath of alcohol. Also one Sunday I actually caught the manager drinking! I was waiting at the front to order. I know she’s a manager because I asked once before , no one seen me waiting because they were to busy drinking not to mention if not all , but one of the workers are always outside smoking while there’s 7 cars in the drive through . The white man with ginger hair that works at night is rude disgusting, has no manners and is not self discipline!!! I also seen him drinking in the parking a lot as well. I mean if you guys need to be drunk while working, go for it but I think everyone should know why there food Isn’t always the best and maybe you should find better workers.

Placed a order online, got half my order. Ordered two combos received one order of fries that were cold and soggy, kids sized drinks of the wrong type, ordered 2 wild sauces received one. Food I did receive was cold, soggy, and rubbery burger patties.

Didn’t get what we ordered. Sauce cup half full. Big bummer. We live right down the street and would love to frequent here but we always have some sort of issue with our order.

Another Good Times and more cold food!!!!!! What is going on? This obviously was not cooked when I ordered it. I hate this, you’re food is good when it’s actually fresh and HOT! I’d even take warm. 🙄 Wish I could leave a -5 star review. Get your act together! Get better training! Better bonuses for managers! COME ON!!
