First of all, my drink is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! I got an Iced Snickers and holy moly is it BOMB! You can taste the yummy chocolate melting in your mouth and a nice strong taste of coffee! Made with love for sure!! Probably my new favorite drink EVER! But that wasn’t even the best part of my experience…the BEAUTIFUL soul working this morning is truly a treasure! She was so KIND!!! She sounded so happy to make my drink and was soooo PLEASANT from start to finish!! She treated me like we were best friends!!! I went there thinking this delicious coffee was gonna make my whole day….little did I know it was actually gonna be this SWEET employee!! I wish I got her name but she had short brown hair and is INCREDIBLY WONDERFUL!! I wish I could give her 10 stars!! I never want to go anywhere else based on my service experience alone!!!

I don't usually like getting iced coffee or drinks because they're pricey and add up fast, but when i do want something I can always count on Scooters to deliver because the service and drinks are always amazing! I went there today after a really hard week to treat myself a little bit and not only is the drink delicious, but the customer service is top notch. I was serviced by a young man named Cane, who was funny, enthusiastic, and kind. He patiently explained some things on the menu for me, made my order a larger size, and then paid for my drink fully. It was an act of kindness I really needed after such a terrible week and it made my entire day brighter. Thank you very much Cane, you're doing an awesome job and I hope all is well! I will definitely be coming back! I recommend the Mango Vertigo!

Very fast, friendly, drive through service and easy payment with the app. The green iced green tea was surprisingly as good or better than Starbucks, but less expensive. Good variety on the menu, love the smoothie options. I’m a first time customer, it won’t be the last.

This place is slowly becoming my new go-to coffee spot during the work week. They are fast even with longer lines. They offer dairy substitutes. The baristas are always super nice. I even like their slightly downhill drive-thru makes it easy to leave my car in neutral so I can save gas while waiting in line :D Only thing- the lids :/ they require a straw and they leak pretty bad when you give it the "ol' iced coffee swirl 'round". Maybe look into sip lids with a more secure fit :)

The coffee tasted like pure water and little coffee flavor. Asked for a water and the cashier said it would be $.50 next time. $6 for coffee water what a rip off.

Strawberry Bananna smoothie is always 100%. Also, the people working always have an amazing attitude. Not a huge believer in spending $5 for a drink but this is the exception. Refreshing to see a business run well and are happy about it.

Super friendly people...great service. I only get a dark roast drip coffee there and it's been great when I've had it. The sausage burrito I got one day was pretty good too.

The staff is so wonderful at this coffee shop they are the number one reason I keep coming back. Number two is the coffee, it's always good and there's lots of options to choose from

I absolutely love getting coffee here. I love the people that work there. They are always kind and happy. I only get coffee from Scooters. I highly recommend them over Starbucks, Dutch Brothers and Ziggys coffee places.

Went there this morning. Ordered 2 larges even corrected the lady whom took my card and the black hair girl chose to argue and proceeding to slam around and rude as hell to have to fix it. Mind you I for sure paid for 2 larges. Needless to say our daily business there will stop considering this is my second bad experience with these 2 specific girls. Don't like your job then let someone else do it.

I’d never had Scooters before but live nearby so I decided to try it out while I was on my way home from running errands. I ordered a sugar cookie latte thinking it’d be sweet and delicious. I got home, took a drink, and realized they just gave me black drip coffee. I paid over $6 for a drip coffee with no sugar or cream. What a waste.

Great coffee but absolutely terrible owners. The employees aren’t allowed to wear coats in the winter and then get reprimanded for talking about it. Absolutely indecent and disgusting. How hard is it to treat your employees like human beings? My advice to the workers, organize a union behind your bosses backs. I’ll never be coming back here. Cheers.

Absolutely disgusting. They charged 5$ for a literally 2 inch burrito. Then another 5$ for the maple sandwich and half the waffle was missing on top and theyvjust threw it in the bag. Waited 20 mins for trash

This place has the best caramelicious type of drink ever. Super expedient and extra friendly staff who are very accommodating. Every menu item is perfect, especially the red bull infusing drinks

The drinks here are very good. The hot food not so good. What bugs me about this place tho is how they ask you for a tip even before you get your items it's super awkward I'm sure it gets them tips every time..

Love Scooters! BUT, visited the location at 114th & Washington in Northglen, CO today and am disappointed with the ‘fill’. Once I arrive at my destination (had not drank any yet) I opened the top because it felt light. In the photo below you’ll see that it was no where near the top, I mean not even close! I can understand a half inch away but this is about an inch and a half! I ordered a large and got a medium! UPDATE: the owner of the store emailed me directly and made it right by refunding my money. They obviously really care about their customers and product. I wouldn’t hesitate to visit that location again. But next time I’d ask for no foam to ensure it is filled to the top.

My first time trying and I absolutely love it! I got the iced honey latte and it was perfectly sweet! The staff was super friendly and the spicy sausage burrito is such a hit!! My new favorite place!!

This was my first experience with them and the people there where extremely friendly and very fast with my order! The price is also amazing for the fantastic food and drink. I got a medium blender for around the same price as a small from Starbucks. I will definitely come again soon and recommend this place.
