This location constantly forgets items when it comes to ordering to go. I’m sick as a dog and all I wanted to soup on this cold day. Got my food and of course the one thing missing is the SOUP. speaking with anyone on the phone about it is a hassle and they are always so defensive saying they have new staff or are short staffed. Their AD should consider paying their staff a livable wage and maybe their turnover wouldn’t be an issue. NEVER eating here or at any Panera location again.

Seriously, over $17.00 for a pick 2 order with no beverage?!? At Panera?!? The soup was watered down and the salad barely filled the bottom of the bowl. I understand prices have gone up and good staff is hard to find, but that cost for a place where you place your own order, pick up the food, and bus your own table? Won't be returning any time soon.

It's been a while since i've been in here.... They change some things up. I normally only get picked two because it's a half sandwich and half salad. Instead of that now you get a full salad with a full sandwich. Does sandwich was not what I thought it was going to be. The salad was great. I ordered hot tea due to it was pulled outside. They had no herbal teas or caffeine free teas.
