Edit: the manager in question (Lisa) isn't working here anymore, and because of that I've returned. The staff seem much more relaxed and openly friendly, and I'm no longer getting rewards stuff shoved down my throat. I'm updating my review to 4 stars to reflect that. Shoutout to Aaron! Have seen owner/manager here get angry with an employee because she didn't upsell me, even though I only ever buy two things pretty much every day. Doesn't seem like a great environment to shop in, probably not great to work for, either. The casheirs here, particularly the older woman I see in the mornings, and the guy with the beard at nights are always super friendly though. Probably won't be shopping here again though unless their owner cleans up her attitude.

Since Lisa left, this place has become terrible. Aaron, and Shawna are the ONLY reasons I come here anymore. I come only when I know they are working, otherwise I go to a Maverick closer to me. I go out of my way to see Aaron and Shawna. The store looks terrible when Aaron or Shawna aren’t working. Puddles of pop on the fountain counter. Junk all over the floor. Roller grill items, when available, look like they’ve been there for days. Employees sitting on a stool on their phones, and being annoyed when they have to help a customer. Sorry, I made you, you know, do your job. Every shift, this Angel kid is on that stool on his phone, and annoyed that he has to lift a finger. It must be nice to have a gig where you sit on your phone, treat customers poorly, and get paid. Why is he still there? Bathroom is disgusting, the only person I’ve ever seen clean it, is Aaron. I know it’s clean when he’s working. Zero friendliness from anyone but Aaron and Shawna. The other employees seem miserable, and have bad attitudes. Does this store have a manager who cares? This place has become BAD. I’m not the only one who now avoids this place. Corporate needs to step in, and get a manager who cares.

The staff here is amazing. They treat us like family! Nothing but the best employees. The manager is so amazing! I go out of my way to make this my morning stop. The store is always clean, always stocked up. The employees always make my mornings so much better. Through out COVID they have been on top of it all, masks are always on. Masks and hand sanitizer in the store! Always have kids mask available for purchase.

This place is great. Lisa is super nice, and really goes out of her way to take care of customers. Aaron is FANTASTIC! He has my, and my husband’s lottery tickets, and cigarettes memorized. We don’t have to ask, he has them ready for us. THAT is customer service. DeeDee, and Aaron are great, they work well together. I was in today, 02/27, and had a great experience, as usual. Definitely recommend stopping in on Saturday morning for DeeDee, and I think Aaron works nights, HIGHLY recommend Aaron. He has super cool tattoos on top of being awesome. The store is always clean, the staff is great, and they have really good deals.

Aaron is the absolute BEST! When I found out he was switched to weekend days, I altered my weekend schedule to come in and chat with him. If there is deal on something you are already buying, he’ll let you know, “you can get another one for $1”. When Aaron is on shift, the store is CLEAN! I cannot stress enough how much a clean bathroom is appreciated. As someone who drives for a living, I have been in GROSS public bathrooms. I never have to worry about that with this CK. I make a point to use this public bathroom. When Aaron is on, you’ll get a friendly hello as you enter the store, a CLEAN store to shop in, you’ll get notified of any deals, friendly chat, and you’ll always leave with a “have a great day”. I was thrilled to see Aaron training someone today (Sunday July 18th). If Aaron trains, the new person learns from a master. I’ll see my favorite CK dude next weekend for my 2 Gatorades, 2 Aquafina waters, and pack of American Spirit black. I don’t have to ask for the pack, he has it waiting for me. I might shock him by saying yes to the upsell he offers every time on American Spirit, “you can save $1.70 on a second pack”. The dude should be cloned, and be at all stores.

I’ve lived just down the street for about 25 years, and have been here at least 3 times a week. The folks who work there have become like family. Shawna deserves a special mention, because she is always on her game, super friendly, and she really cares about her customers. She knows most of us by name. How places can you say that the clerk knows your name? During Covid, the staff wears masks, which is fantastic. My best to all of you!

This has become my favorite Circle K! I mainly get a fountain soda; the fountain is always clean, the lid dispenser is clean AND functional. Shawna is always there with a big smile, kind words , support , and a laugh. Lisa is super nice and wants to help. This store is my go to stop!

Apparently I'm not alone is receiving extremely poor customer service. I just stopped in to purchase a drink and two employees were chatting in front of the soda fountain. They seemed annoyed when I said "excuse me" so I could fill my drink. Then I went to purchase my drink and the lady at the counter disappeared. I finally purchased my drink and walked out to the same two employees leaning on my vehicle smoking cigarettes. Seriously?! Who is managing this place?! This is ridiculous and made me late getting back to work. Worst "convenient" store experience and I won't be back. Zero stars if I could.

Great experience and customer service. Sue was very sweet and helpful. We bought a turkey sandwich and she let me know that there is toppings to add on. It she even took the time to show us where they were at, and she was very patient ! Thank you Sue!!

Great customer service experience from Aaron and Sue. Went in to just buy a pack of cigarettes. They were so friendly and extremely service oriented. Need more employees like them for sure 👍

This place is on my way to work. I've stopped here several time's after 5am & 530am & it's closed. But it says they're open 24hrs.

Ride here on my bike every once in a while, the employees are usually pretty freindly
