Should
be
shut
down.
If
I
could
give
zero
stars,
I
would.
I
attempted
to
go
through
the
drive
thru,
I
waited
at
the
speaker
for
approximately
4-5
minutes
before
saying
"Hello",
then
got
an
immediate
response
of
"You
need
to
come
inside
to
order."
There
was
no
signage
posted
or
a
traffic
cone
out
(Like
they
normally
do
at
this
location
when
the
drive
thru
is
"Closed").
I
told
the
employee
that
they
should
let
people
know
that
when
they
are
waiting
at
the
speaker
to
which
she
replied
"Thanks,
have
a
great
day."
I
went
to
leave
the
drive
thru
and
go
to
the
McDonalds
next
door
and
was
stopped
behind
a
truck
in
the
drive
thru
speaking
to
the
employee
for
about
2
minutes,
the
employee
then
gave
the
truck
in
front
of
me
a
bag
of
food
and
then
a
fist
bump.
I
thought
ok,
maybe
they
are
having
issues
with
the
speaker,
and
I
can
place
my
order
with
the
employee
at
the
pick-up
window
to
which
I
drove
up,
she
shut
the
window
and
walked
away.
I
waited
for
another
2
minutes,
multiple
employees
saw
me
from
inside
and
did
not
address
me
at
all.
This
is
one
of
many
awful
experiences
I
have
had
with
this
Taco
Bell
location
over
the
last
few
months.
I
will
NOT
waste
my
time,
nor
give
my
money
to
this
location
again.
Horrible
customer
service.
