    The women behind the counter was extremely disrespectful and ignored me as I asked for a cup. She had her child running around and the rest of the customers who came in after us seemed agitated as well. In simple words, the service absolutely sucked.

    Went inside to order, no one was at the counter so I had to order at a kiosk instead. Waited over 20 minutes, Had to go up to the counter and show the order for them to start making the food. When I finally got my food the Twists were missing. It took me several minutes to get the worker’s attention. I asked for the manager and she told me they were out. I asked for a refund for the missing items and the manager refused to refund the money. The employees called the manager Maria.

    This is the men’s bathroom! Not to mention the trash in lobby was over flowing. This places needs some good management and cleaning .

    As a former food service manager, I know it's not hard to modify hours on Google. Much less doordash. MUCH LESS YOUR OWN APP. Learn from my mistake and stop trying to give TB the benefit of the doubt. Waste of time, money, and energy.

    Worst Taco Bell ever... Should be shut down. If I could give zero stars, I would. I attempted to go through the drive thru, I waited at the speaker for approximately 4-5 minutes before saying "Hello", then got an immediate response of "You need to come inside to order." There was no signage posted or a traffic cone out (Like they normally do at this location when the drive thru is "Closed"). I told the employee that they should let people know that when they are waiting at the speaker to which she replied "Thanks, have a great day." I went to leave the drive thru and go to the McDonalds next door and was stopped behind a truck in the drive thru speaking to the employee for about 2 minutes, the employee then gave the truck in front of me a bag of food and then a fist bump. I thought ok, maybe they are having issues with the speaker, and I can place my order with the employee at the pick-up window to which I drove up, she shut the window and walked away. I waited for another 2 minutes, multiple employees saw me from inside and did not address me at all. This is one of many awful experiences I have had with this Taco Bell location over the last few months. I will NOT waste my time, nor give my money to this location again. Horrible customer service.

    Tried to come here multiple times and have had bad experiences every time, just want to get food and go, not deal with someones attitude and be talked down on. The people there are always rude, almost always have a problem with the order, like missing items or even the wrong order. It's my personal thoughts that they are high most of the time and can barely keep their eyes open to get me through in a fast and easy way.

    Ordered a drink and some food.. nothing was correct… idk how they even thought this was okay but this drink was supposed to be a Baja blast and obviously the syrup was out but they pretty much didn’t care. On top of the drink they didn’t even bother heating up the quesadilla as shredded cheese was just falling out of it.. was not melted at all… look at the rest of the reviews for this place and it’s pretty accurate!

    The quality is always good, but due to lack of workers. The time it takes is always long if you have time to wait go for it. If you’re in a rush this place probably isn't your best option. The employees here are kind and courteous people. That are always pretty chill.

    I never get what I ordered, something is always wrong, or they are out of it, what I do get is not much to be happy about! I ordered in the drive through and remembered I forgot to order an item and when I asked to add it when I got to the window I was rudely informed that add ons were not allowed. I request no lettuce, it's like I get extra! Just a disappointment! No pride goes into the products going out!!

    I've been coming to this Taco Bell for about 20 years and I've always loved it! They fixed it up so nice totally redid it on the inside and it's clean the food is great the service is good and the memories are golden.

    Went for lunch at around 11ish, which you would think is before any sort of lunch rush. Pulled up to the window and ordered like normal, but then sat behind 2 vehicles waiting for pickup for about 20 min. Both vehicles eventually left without food. Assumed they were understaffed and just needed some grace. The gentleman at the window was clearly not happy to be there and was extremely sassy. While we waited another 5 min at the window, we wat he'd while 3 employees stood doing nothing. Maybe they could have been having some other issue, but my impression of this location is poor. Also the inside is closed so you have to do drive thru.

    There are some bad reviews on this location but whoever works the night shift (today is 11.16) is awesome. I order from Uber eats and get alot of items customized , and tonight they came perfect. I pay extra for cheese in a certain burrito I get and sometimes they BARELY put anything in them — but tonight it was a normal size and fantastic. I order from this location quite often and they always get everything right (even if how much cheese I get varies depending on the staff that day) but they are doing way better than the one by me. Thanks guys!

    This location is completely useless. Staff are unable to understand you when they prepare your food incorrectly. They are combative when you do try to get your order corrected. Corporate needs to close this location or investigate it. Staff members running around with airpods, missing food items, etc. Save your money, or go to another fast food chain!! They are completely incompetent at this location.

    I dont care that the store is like just employed with teens who are high like 99% of the time but seriously this is the worst location. I ordered 2 things and it took at least 20-30 mins with me being the only one inside and like 1-2 cars in the drive thru. Even when i got my food, they forgot the one other item. There was a spilled drink right in front of the counter on the ground and no one would even put up a wet floor sign even as other customers were walking in.

    Javier took our order at the window after making us wait forever to even answer. He then missed half our food that we ordered. He then told us we’d have to go back around through the drive thru against but we couldn’t since the stores on a one way street. We tried to go inside but they had all the doors locked. Waste of money and time

    Every time I've ordered here for the past year they have messed up. Sometimes I do drive through and other times I uber and Doordarshan. With that being said sometimes this location is the only one available to me. Each bag from a third party being completely sealed with stickers, therefore knowing my delivery person hast touched my food, MEANING it is the staffs fault for the mess up on my order especially when every burrito comes out with missing extra items I've paid extra for in both senerios. I try my best not to go here. And I suggest you do aswell. They'll never remeber your extras or your sauces and will always give you aditude abt it
