Friendly service, good set up! The atmosphere is set up comfortably and the tables are set up for easy access to all. The food came out rather quickly and the accoutrements were fresh and crisp. Nice and convenient location right off of I-25 and 104th, We will be back here!

Came here today may 1st for my birthday and I didn't have enough money to tip, due to times being hard, I just wanted something nice. And my order was 35 dollars and I didn't tip, the older gentleman mention that,"your not going to tip". And i was like you didnt even serve us, so why would i tip you. which was bad on my end but I only had enough to pay for the meal. Well my card statement showed that my order was 45 dollar not 35 he must have tip himself 10 dollars. Which is not okay never again am I coming back. I can't believe they tip them self.

Always friendly staff. Im addicted to their combination Pho soup and Spring rolls. The amount of Pho soup you receive and the size of the Spring rolls is well worth visiting for and worth the price you pay. So delish!

I've been coming to this pho spot for over 5 years ! The staff is friendly and attentive! I've had many dishes, and none have disappointed! Reasonable prices and we always get our food so quickly ! Must try the beef spring rolls. I always include these in my order.

Good pho, broth had great flavor. Beef with rice was good too. Says the fried egg rolls come with six rolls, it's just 3 rolls cut in half, misleading

I came here with my mom because it was the closest pho restaurant and wanted to try a new restaurant. Came here because my mom wanted some pho got there around 1 or 2 in the afternoon. I’m not sure who the lady was but she was so rude. My mom asked a question about one of the pho’s and this lady straight up told my mom to look at the menu why didn’t she read the menu and kept pointing at the item aggressively. My mom was so taken back by her reaction so she just said sorry and didn’t say anything else. If you’re working in the food industry no matter what the question is it’s your JOB to answer it. Don’t be straight up rude especially to paying customers. I’ve been working in the food industry for 3 years so I understand restaurant workers but this was just unacceptable. If you’re tired or not wanting to work don’t take it out on paying customers. After that encounter we put in our order but as I kept sitting there I got more and more upset by the second, by how we were treated, so we got up and left. There was 2 other people sitting at another table and she was being so kind to them and smiling and laughing, but when it came to us she was so rude. NEVER will I spend MY money here and I hope you guys don’t. They’re a bunch of other BETTER and TASTY pho restaurants. Looking at the reviews it seems we dodged a bullet because of how nasty the restaurant is. Saigon Basil will forever be the best pho restaurant and never had a problem or rude experience, I definitely recommend going there instead of here.

Lovely place, come here with my mom, and the sweet lady there always remembers our order. They’re very welcoming here, and the pho here is always so comforting, and what I need most when I’m upset. I recommend the shrimp spring rolls!

I've come here a handful of times over the 12 yrs I've lived in the area. I only come here when I REALLY want Pho and the better place down the street is closed. The food is mediocre and the service is usually not very good. The restaurant is pretty dirty and the bathrooms are disgusting. And if you dont like the food, too bad, you're still paying for it and they wont do anything to remedy it. Ive had that happen to my daughter before. I don't recommend this place but it's my last resort when I really want Pho.

This is not my go to Pho joint, but the food is always good. As well as the service & atmosphere. Perfect place to grab a quick bite while shopping.

I've made multiple visits and they're always very accommodating. The service is fast as you'll have your food right before you know it. This is your standard fare when it comes to pho. Nothing really to make them stand out from the rest besides great service.

Excellent food! Everything tasted fresh made. The medium sized pho (8" bowl) was more like a large. And the Vietnamese egg rolls were crispy. Everything was very affordable. I will be a returning customer.
