I
came
here
with
my
mom
because
it
was
the
closest
pho
restaurant
and
wanted
to
try
a
new
restaurant.
Came
here
because
my
mom
wanted
some
pho
got
there
around
1
or
2
in
the
afternoon.
I’m
not
sure
who
the
lady
was
but
she
was
so
rude.
My
mom
asked
a
question
about
one
of
the
pho’s
and
this
lady
straight
up
told
my
mom
to
look
at
the
menu
why
didn’t
she
read
the
menu
and
kept
pointing
at
the
item
aggressively.
My
mom
was
so
taken
back
by
her
reaction
so
she
just
said
sorry
and
didn’t
say
anything
else.
If
you’re
working
in
the
food
industry
no
matter
what
the
question
is
it’s
your
JOB
to
answer
it.
Don’t
be
straight
up
rude
especially
to
paying
customers.
I’ve
been
working
in
the
food
industry
for
3
years
so
I
understand
restaurant
workers
but
this
was
just
unacceptable.
If
you’re
tired
or
not
wanting
to
work
don’t
take
it
out
on
paying
customers.
After
that
encounter
we
put
in
our
order
but
as
I
kept
sitting
there
I
got
more
and
more
upset
by
the
second,
by
how
we
were
treated,
so
we
got
up
and
left.
There
was
2
other
people
sitting
at
another
table
and
she
was
being
so
kind
to
them
and
smiling
and
laughing,
but
when
it
came
to
us
she
was
so
rude.
NEVER
will
I
spend
MY
money
here
and
I
hope
you
guys
don’t.
They’re
a
bunch
of
other
BETTER
and
TASTY
pho
restaurants.
Looking
at
the
reviews
it
seems
we
dodged
a
bullet
because
of
how
nasty
the
restaurant
is.
Saigon
Basil
will
forever
be
the
best
pho
restaurant
and
never
had
a
problem
or
rude
experience,
I
definitely
recommend
going
there
instead
of
here.
