This
was
our
first
time
at
Parry's
Pizza.
There
was
a
wait
to
get
a
table,
approximately
40
minutes.
We
arrived
at
5
pm
on
a
Saturday.
Once
we
were
seated,
we
ordered
beverages
and
appetizers.
At
the
same
time,
our
server
also
asked
if
we
were
ready
to
order
our
meals,
which
we
were.
Since
she
took
our
beverage
order
and
appetizers,
we
asked
that
our
pizza
not
come
until
we
were
finished
with
our
appetizers
and
salads.
Everything
came
at
one
time.
We
didn't
want
our
pizza
sitting
in
front
of
us
drying
out
as
we
ate
our
salads
and
appetizers.
We
notified
our
server
and
was
told
they
would
hold
our
pizza
in
a
"hot
box"
until
we
were
ready
for
it.
We
were
concerned
the
pizza
would
be
dry.
One
of
our
guests
ordered
the
Italian
salad
and
requested
no
tomatoes
due
to
an
allergy.
When
the
salad
arrived
it
was
FULL
of
tomatoes
and
the
server
presented
it
by
saying
I
am
fairly
confident
there
are
no
tomatoes.
The
salad
was
full
of
tomatoes,
once
we
alerted
them
to
the
tomatoes
we
believe
a
manager
was
notified
who
approached
our
table
and
said,
"give
me
back
that
salad
so
we
can
re-make
it."
She
was
abrasive
and
rude.
We
waited
a
long
time
for
beverage
re-fills.
As
a
'tap
house'
we
thought
they
would
be
more
attentive.
They
weren't.
The
service
here
is
very
poor,
very
bad.
We
are
LGTBQ+
and
felt
some
resistance.
Although
there
are
many
Parry's
Pizza
places,
we
will
not
visit
another
one
again.
Please
know
we
were
with
two
elderly
people
who
had
questions
about
the
food
and
were
discounted
when
they
asked
questions.
The
food
is
fairly
good,
but
the
service
is
horrible!
We
won't
be
back
to
a
Parry's
Pizza
place
regardless
of
location!
