Sonic is horrible, our corndogs were over cooked and beyond disgusting, the French fries were cold and hard and the slushies had no flavor in them at all. Talked to a "manager" she is yelling at us that we were in the wrong. Was hung up on the phone three times. At the location she would not listen to me and wouldn't come out to talk to me instead of arguing with me. Worst experience and no they did not replace our food, nor care. Sonic managers are disgustingly rude and nasty. Highly do NOT recommend them at any location. No customer service, food is horrible, managers yell at you and they don't care what there food looks like when they give it to you.

We ordered and waited 15-20 minutes, called from the screen again about our order and the girl giggled and said it was coming... 15 more minutes it never came. We decided to go to the drive thru, and by the time we got our food we ordered it was a 45 minutes wait. Manager was very nice and was apologetic and gave us our order for free.

I never write reviews, I think this is the first I’ve ever written. And I’m sad to say my first review is a bad review. I ordered online, arrived on time and waited almost 20 minutes for food to come out. This is probably the worst fast food experience I’ve had, they got maybe 1/3 of my order correct. Chicken was cold and soggy but also barely had any sauce, not sure how that happens. Fries were honestly just gross. Milkshakes were melted and didn’t have much flavor. As someone who has worked in food service for the last 4 years, I just can’t understand how all this went wrong, after waiting 20 mins you’d think the food would at least be fresh. Wouldn’t recommend this location 😬

I always get the same drink once a week. Sweet tea with strawberry and mango. I believe we had a communication error and had received cranberry instead of strawberry. It was an honest mistake that Mario had fixed promptly. He made me a fresh drink, apologized and was all around very helpful. Thank you Mario!

Ordered a medium M&M Blast with Reese’s Pieces added in, got this instead and was still charged full price. > Edit; everything was at the bottom of this soupy mess.

They deserve zero stars. Made an order via the app. Pulled into stall 8 to pick up. Took a long time to get food and I was only one of 3 cars in the place. Then order was missing items I press button and they yell rudely the stalls are closed were drive thru only then hung up. Had to sit in drive thru for over 20 minutes to get the rest of my order. By then food was cold.

Order a breakfast burrito meal My sausage and egg burrito was literally a huge tortilla with 4 tiny pieces of sausage and some egg most of my burrito was just tortilla my vanilla iced coffee was literally ice taste like pure water don't waist your money here

Where our order came out rather quickly, we were disappointed in the food. My son ordered the buffalo popcorn chicken, and received bbq chicken. Threw out the cheese tots. It was just a piece of american cheese microwaved over the top, and they were all stuck together, and the oil they use to cook the fries and tots in, tasted really old. Going thru the other reviews, I am kind of suprised that nothing gets fixed with this location. Seems to be a reoccurring issue. Probably won't be going back.

This was the worst experience I have had at a sonic before. I ordered a basic order for pickup at 315, I showed up at 315, asked for my food, and then waited for 20 minutes. They then came out and told me they didn't have the boba for the drinks, so they hadn't made the order. They said they would make it, and after waiting another 15 minutes, during which at least 5 people got through the drive thru. After that, I got my food, and the "large" chili cheese tots I had ordered barely filled half of the box it was in, and looked like they had been sitting for 20+ minutes. This is ridiculous.

I usually like Sonic but this one was bad. First we pulled up to a kiosk and they said we had to go through the drive thru. Ok not a problem. Then we placed our order. The order given to us was wrong on several accounts. We don't like to complain and most of it was there so we just took it and left. When eating the food it was bad. The fried food was hard and burnt, the corn dogs were soggy and some of it was still cold in the middle. I would not recommend going to this Sonic.

Service was pretty quick here in comparison to back at California. Menus were functional, payment slot was working and I even got a solid recommendation on one of their specialty drinks since there was a slight issue with a certain machine. Provided utensils needed in any situation and we all left pretty satisfied with the service!

So far every time we have come to this sonic it has been a great experience!! The food comes out super fast, fresh and warm and mainly the young people who work here are so polite and nice! All the other Sonics are so horrible! Definitely pleased with this location!!

Most of the food was edible. The onion rings and mozzarella sticks were all smooshed up and soggy. The fries looked and tasted like they had been there all day seemed like they were ok with serving them because they were in the kids meal. Drinks were very good. The order taker and food runner were delightful. Good job on this.
