I deliver for UberEats, the service was incredibly slow, there is a severe lack of urgency, I wasn't ever greeted, I had to go to the bar to figure out what to do next. I waited over 15 minutes for an order my client ordered over 45 minutes ago and was just 1 small cheese pizza. The individual putting together the online orders was nice but why is it taking over an hour to make, prepare and send out 1 small 1 topping pizza with 1 small salad on a Wednesday night with less than 5 tables seated?

One of my favorite pizza joints. The pizza and chicken are always their specialties. I am so glad we went on a trivia night for the atmosphere and music were very lively! Will always go back 👍

I am giving two stars just because of the server. Which I wanted to do one. I wanted to do 5 for her but I cannot give that. I hardly ever leave reviews cause I work in the service industry.. But when I comment on things they are bad. The waitress was friendly and as much as she could be, attentive. However we were waiting to be seated and by the time the the hostess finally came up she glared at us and asked " so table for two? And we said" yep that'd be great! " and she got louder while reaching for two menus and said" TABLE. FOR. TWO? " like we didn't say anything to her. Like.. I know you heard us. We made eye contact and said the same thing at the same time. Our waitress did recommend a great beer however when we asked anything about the beer menu (i like to give the benifit of the doubt but she said she'd worked there for a few years and every table she served when they had questions about beer she'd say she'd have to asked the bartender) ..... I didn't know anything about beer til I started working somewhere that had it and then i decided it was less work for me and just learned it.. However if you can take 2hrs to complete a table that just gets 4 beers a pizza and an app... I guess that's why you wouldn't learn it.) I don't blame her I blame the establishment for letting one person run the entire floor and the kitchen because they gave us a large pizza which on the menu said $18.99 for a 25 peice pizza. And it was a 15 peice. When we had it remade it definitely wasn't great and still only 16 peices and they took money off only after offering a refund and another correct order. We didn't get either. I want to stress how much I do not blame the server. But this establishment.. The kitchen staff seems to be an issue, which again over worked and under staffed and paid will make customers complain. I only leave this review because I know I wish more people complained about my restaurant. They give great service but the staff nor management accountability and or staffing is there This Pic is a pizza we at two and three slices off.... A large... 25peice pizza. OK. Anyway. Like I said the kitchen seemed to be giving the sever a hard time and I do appreciate Abby she was lovely and 5 stars to you, darling.

The server was very kind and not neglectful ( nor was she amazing) but the food was the worst experience Ive had in years. I ordered the wings, they were as tough as jerky and not hard to imagine them sitting at a 7 11 under a warmer for 12 hours. I truly wish I was exaggerating. It was my.only dining out experience in the past 4-5 months and a much needed break. The food was a huge disappointment

I just want to say how absolutely amazing Christina, our waitress, and Akheem, the kitchen manager were to me and my family. They were so kind and took care of us as best they could. There was long wait but again, they worked hard to make up for it and have emphasized that they are fixing that issue. I hope things get better at this location specifically.

Waited 5 mins to be sat then another 5 for a server. Pizza was raw and cold. Didn't get a sorry the server just took the half of Pizza back heated it up and brought it back to our table it was gross. Didn't get a discount or any type apologizing just more of an annoyed look

Don't remember the waitress' name, but she was not very attentive. Bright our did out cold. One pizza was missing so they had to make it after 30-40 min after ordering. Over charged for 2 pizzas and another entree that we didn't order. Asked for a manager and waited over 10 min before we left without speaking to the manager. Called after returning home and spoke to the manager on duty at that time. Very apologetic but used a lot of excuses. Including blaming the waitress for having social anxiety and that's why she was not attentive or letting us know about the status of our meals. That manager offered us a free pizza the next time we return instead of refunding. Called the next day and the manager refunded the entire meal and apologized for the treatment we received and that we were over charged. It is because of that manager's actions and apology, as to why I did not give one star ratings.

This location has progressively gotten worse as far as service goes. Bartender seemed lost and was definitely did not seem like a true bartender. Inefficient behind the bar, he forgot things (and other customers). Back and forth behind the bar but ignoring basic things. Maybe a mgr filling in but either way it's not what it was a few years ago. But then again most food service establishments still blame COVID for being understaffed and under trained.

First visit there. We had the Italian nachos. They were delicious. The red sauce they served with the nachos was excellent. We also had the thin tavern crusted Chicago 7 Pizza. I should have ordered it well done but it still was delicious. Service was on point and the waitress was friendly and accommodating. Was excited to see they offered cauliflower pizza crust. I plan to try that on my next visit.

We spent almost $50 and this is what the pizza looked like when it was delivered. The thinnest pizza I have ever seen.....Basically just a super thin layer of burnt cheese on top of a super thin layer of burnt crust.....and it was cold! I tried calling to speak to a manager but all we got was a busy tone and voice-mail. We've eaten inside a few times and been very happy but we learned our lesson and will never order delivery again.

We just finished dinner and the Nuggets just won the Western Conference so the place had a good bar crowd. The food was okay and the service was better. E was the only one working, which seemed to be only server on that side of restaurant, besides the guy behind the bar, and he still managed to check on us. Thank you.

I want a full refund! No manager on duty to request one. Very bad, would never recommend or want to come back! Has moldy smell near bar, water has a funny taste, I ordered a salad and was by far the worst I’ve ever had. Everything moldy and nasty, lettuce watery, croutons stale, tomatoes had mold on them. Would not recommend and definitely would like to get osha or eco lab even to do a full inspection. Very very nasty!

Staff need to do better on checking up on their tables more frequently. Went there with a firmed and ordered like 10 minutes after we got sat down. Once our order was taken it took over half an hour to show up to the table mind it. It was not busy at all. Maybe 7 tables at most 6.5/10 still left a decent tip but much of it was knocked down due to customer service being poorly. I think 15 was good enough

Took 20 min to get seated after having to search the restaurant to find an employee, including the bartender who we never saw… a host, a manager? Anyone? Good thing the trivia ppl had that to distract them. Then the server who was nice but needs training took us flagging him down then all he says is what would you like to order. Food comes out weirdly wings first then ten min later our salad and fries. Chicken on salad looked like it had been cooked 8 days earlier and was more like jerky all dried out and dark on the edges and the Mayo side for the fries was gelatinous and obviously old and weathered and had to scrape off the gross to get to something not as gross. Couldn’t finish half our food. This place is horrible and needs a health department visit and some staff training. So you know, I have many years as an agm, manager, bartender, server and in most positions of a restaurant from a young age. . I’m not some Karen being an a-hole. Your employees are unkempt looking, unmotivated and you should figure it out or close. I’m really surprised I didn’t get sick. Thank you for wasting my money.

Good food, pepperoni rolls were very tasty and cheesy plus the chocolate cake is very rich. Cool sports bar atmosphere, but service was a bit slow.

Can't hit the atmosphere much as it wasn't all that busy on my visit. The steak burger tastes like eating steak but in an easy to consume burger form. They allowed us to taste a couple beers to decide what to get. I know that's fairly common in Colorado but coming from Philly that was a bonus.

I was in tonight to grab dinner and some drinks. Destiny and one other person were running the restaurant, but I still received excellent service. Timely drinks, friendly service, quick food, everything you expect from a fully staffed restaurant. If you go in and destiny is serving you, make sure to be kind and tip well, because she truly deserves it. Thanks OC

Walked in for the first time to this place, thought I could get a quick good bite. When the food came, it was covered in grease, over salted and did not taste as expected. The service was good, and our server was amazing, but the atmosphere with the loud music almost made you feel claustrophobic.

Abysmal service to say the least. We waited for about an hour for 2 tiny cheeseburgers and a 6 inch pizza. After waiting for 45 minutes, the server came out and said it would be 6 more minutes. 10 minutes later our food finally came. The server offered free dessert because the wait was so long. We told him we’d like to get the desserts to go because we can’t be held hostage at this Old Chicago any longer, he just said great and walked away. Didn’t let us tell him what we’d like, but he did come back with desserts. 2 to go desserts for 3 people, please tell me how that math adds up??! We also had to ask for napkins, waters and it was pretty clear he forgot about our order but blamed it on the kitchen. Will never be going to this location again.

We had a great experience at our neighborhood Old Chicago. They have started to turn this location around thank you for a wonderful and pleasant date night for us. Great job on getting this location going in the right direction keep building in this direction. We love staying in our neighborhood thanks to all the employees you are doing a great job.

It was an OKAY dinner at this location. We kept getting other peoples food as if the servers didn't know their tables. Once we got our food, which took a minute to get. We got 1 deep dish blue cheese buffalo chicken when we had ordered 2. The kids macaroni and cheese was watery, nothing cheesy about it. Our son didn't even eat it. The deep dish hardly had chicken in it, let alone the buffalo sauce it's supposed to have. We tasted more blue cheese and ranch than buffalo sauce. The chicken was shredded thin which is why we couldn't even taste it. Even my wife was wondering if it had any chicken because she couldn't even taste it or the buffalo. If management sees my review, please make some changes for your location. Train your staff on their tables, for the chicken pizzas make them into thick-ish slices so the people can see the chicken in the pizza.

Tiny freezered pizza with 2 prinkled toppings for $13 . If I was looking for this kind of pizza, I would go to 7-11 to get a better pizza 😂

This was a very nice Old Chicago's. There are not very many left. It was sad when they change the menu. Got rid of the good food items. And stopped putting money in the up keep of the stores. This is one that still is well kept. If I was not visiting a friend's family I would not have gone in.

This is a great restaurant. I have gone multiple times and they never disappoint. There meals taste great and the service is good. I would just recommend to have a staff near the front more often where you wait to be seated because sometimes theres nobody there.

My family and I arrived for dinner after a concert. It was already late a little after 11pm. we sat at the bar and ordered some dinner and a few drinks. the food at that time is not very good but the drinks were delicious. I usually visit that restaurant once a week and I love eating the chicken wings in buffalo sauce accompanied by a delicious blue moon beer. the best for me.

I was very hesitant to come here after looking at all the reviews. I will say that they are short staffed and it does take sometime to get your food that's why I gave it four stars. But our waitress had a positive attitude and was very attentive. I had the cheddar burger and it was amazing. The sweet potato fries was very good as well, toasty on the outside soft on the inside and they also had honey. My husband had a specialty pizza and he absolutely loved it! I definitely recommend the food here.

Had my husbands surprise birthday party here, food was great Pam the manager was so outstanding in helping putting it all together! And our server Destiny did an amazing job! Thank you for taking great care of us and our loved ones.
