This was the worse experience I have had. We arrived at 7pm.(family of four) They closed at 8 pm. Most of the food trays were empty. I believe that if I am getting charged full price, I should be able to eat from all the items. Or at least be told that some items are not available anymore so we can make a decision if we will pay and eat or just leave. We didn't get our drinks until 20 mins into eating. We never got drink refills. The little options we got to eat was not good at all. I am very disappointed in the experience we had. Totally ruined our dinner.

Food is terrible now days green slushy tasted like clorox watery Ice cream waste of money

Visited a few different times; food was fresh as business was pretty full at the time. Was hard to get a waitresses attention so usually serviced myself by getting drink refills at the front entrance. For how full it was at the time it didn't seem chaotic.

I had asked to waitress to have a glass of water with my soda she only brought me soda. When I asked for a refill and I was about done eating that's when she brought me the water and then every 3 minutes she was checking on me to see if I needed anything else as I was already getting ready to leave service needs to be a little bit more better at listening otherwise food was delicious

Manager Ashley refused to give her first name. Was served raw food in the buffet. Pointed it out. She did take it off the line but it ruined my son's appetite. He only had two plates of sides previously as the place was packed. We asked if she could refund his meal to which she then said no he had multiple plates and she could not. She also refused to give her name because she gets "stalked on facebook". Our server DJ was a great guy though. They need more people like him. Till this is rectified, their customer support is horrible. And it ruined my son, who's used to Texases golden Corrals like of the restaurant.
