Tesco Northwich superstore, I been shopping in this store for years and never experience such poor Customer service at Customer service counter, the store manager is even worse poor in communication skills and absolutely no products knowledge. Tesco should better train their staff and get better-educated managers not just promote illiterate people for cost-saving.

Very rude man by the name of Robert at the pharmacy, never dealt with such a rude creature before in my life. Surprised Tesco employ imbeciles like this. Disgusting customer service.

Incredibly upset to find out a family member was treated so poorly today by pharmacist staff member ‘Robert’. Absolutely no sympathy for the situation. Disgusting service. Absolutely no trust in this pharmacist

The only reason we used this supermarket was the ability to charge our EV for free. Now that Tesco has decided to charge (every little helps…..drive customers elsewhere) we will be shopping at other local, better quality supermarkets from now on.

Update from 6 mths ago. Due to disabilities I find it hard to do a full shop due to walking & pain. The staff always excel themselves in so many ways, mainly looking at my shopping list and then getting the items for me. This saves a lot of walking & makes my overall experience a great one due to minimal pain. I always have my service dog in the trolley. As such, staff always find him cardboard to sit on, which is a great help. A BIG thanks for bringing my shopping out, unloading it as well as then taking my trolley back for me. Absolutely outstanding team.

I have arrived at the store, very happy to have found mussels, which is my surprise, they are all dead, that's why I think they don't eat seafood here, they don't even know how to keep them, I hope no one gets intoxicated, please it's easy how to keep the mussels

Such a lovely community atmosphere. I'm a youth worker for a charity, deafness Support network. We did a bag pack there today to raise funds. We all immediately felt part of the team. The managers and staff had such a great rapport with customers, it was really lovely and refreshing to see!

Accessing the hand-held devices in this store needs someone from the IT department to sort the screen where you swipe your Tesco’s club card. Everytime I come into this store I spend time trying to get it to work. This isn’t anything to do with my Tesco Clubcard as it’s new. I have even asked a staff member to try and get it to work, but to no avail. Please can you look in to this and resolve, as it is very frustrating.

Convenient location but not widest selection for a "superstore". But worse is that smell...Can't buy food somewhere that smells so foul (sorry but true 🤢).

Expensive as ever they put the prices up then say use tesco club card to get it at original price anyway so not gained anything. Lurpak butter is always 2.75 but they say is £3 if no club card, so not gained if it was 2.75. May be reduce the 2.75 if have a club card. RIP OFF TESCO

Went in mainly to get a couple of meal deals...the ones with main, side, desert and wine ...however could only get one because there was only one desert left! (An assistant checked for us). Otherwise, I'd give 5 stars. As always, we ended up buying a few other items, though. Store seemed clean and tidy, and checkout was quick and easy.

Went in for a few nappies for the new born and it stunk of drains. The drains issue has been quite common on frequent visits and has only got worse. The drains smell worse than my newborns nappies. I would rather sniff a bin of newborn nappies at the maternity unit at the local hospital than visiting this branch of Tesco again. Absolutely vile and furthermore they sell food!

Good selection of products most of the time. The click n collect trollies can be annoying, obstructing aisles but not the end of the world.

Usually choose Tesco over other supermarkets but every time I’ve gone into this branch, it stinks of sewerage and I end up leaving with less than half of the things I went in for. Genuinely don’t know how the staff can stand the smell, I really feel for them.

Always shop at Tesco, almost always have what I need but have stopped selling corn flour! A little disappointed with that.

We, my partner and I, used to like Tesco. However, today's (and the previous eight) experience(s) was/were a trial because: The isles are inundated with click-and-collect trolleys obstructing our progress. The continuous beeping and clicking of devices used by click-and-collect staff. The isles were also obstructed by shelf-stacking trolleys many of which stood abandoned. As if the abovementioned was not enough, the isles are also obstructed with food palettes, special displays, and abandoned stacker stools. The noise produced by shelf stackers unceremoniously dumping green plastic trays into their slots and dropping them onto the floor, and last but not least, The music is both moronic and brain-numbing when it is audible. No doubt management will (hopefully) recognise the aforementioned as being deterrents - and we believe we are not alone in this regard - to using Tesco Superstore at Northwich Would it not be nice if Tesco had warehouses dedicated to click and collect, better supervision of stackers, and better-organized stacking and stackers? More unforgiving is the occasional obscuring of firefighting stations by pallets stacked with 2L Coke bottles - not too good for safety, hey!? Meanwhile, we have given a 2-star overall rating to the staff alone. Otherwise, a 1-star would have been forthcoming. Is it not strange that we rarely see any members of staff smiling? Well, that's the retail business for you!?

It's a good shop for most of our shopping

I collect food that would otherwise go to waste as a food waste hero distributing for Olio a national network combating food waste. Last week Tesco, Northwich donated beautiful red roses and I gave one to everybody who collected food. The photos made it into Olio E- newsletter as story of the month

Nice and cool, easy parking had all the items l wanted many price matched

Yesterday was my last ever visit to this store as a regular custome over the past 12 years. They have lost the hot food / roast counter, product availability is poor, yet not so in other stores... why? to cap it all, yesterday they had no carrier bags whatsoever (early morning) on what would be one of the bussiest shopping days of the year. I'm finished with Tesco. Looks like Asda in town will be getting my money from now on.

It’s a solid supermarket. Not exciting but I’m still waiting for a supermarket like the crystal maze

Went into the main store, to pick up a prescription. Only to get harassed on my way out, by very pushy sale's people, who parked themselves in the exit. This seems to be becoming the norm for Tesco. If I wanted what they were selling. I would approach them, not expect them to block my way and force their sales pitch on me.

Excellent customer service from a very kind lady who scanned through and bagged my shopping on the self checkouts when my little one kept screaming unless I held him. I didn't catch her name unfortunately.

It’s amazing to see the store manager present with his colleagues on the shop floor and chatting to customers. I love this store and the people who work here seem happy too. :)
