I tried to order online but it took over an hour to put order in , while we waited on line with 14. Cars in front of us. we knocked on taco bell door n asked for them to give us our food so it would be fresh n hot but they refused n told us to wait in line . Food was horrible n incorrect n drinks were all wrong . They tried to But when JJ we finally Then taco charged my debit 2 .

I wouldn’t know about the food. We ordered 21 minutes ago and are still waiting. There are 9-10 workers in here but only call someone’s name every 7-8 minutes. We’ve entirely missed our movie. I have never seen people move so slow.

It's very normal by taco bell standards but the service is very quick, and the food is always up to par. They always give enough sauce packets when you ask, and you can get through a full drive-through in less than 10 minutes! All in all, one of the best taco bells I've been to. So close to home too! Also... Nacho fries 🍟 😋 😍

We Love to eat here but are limited to steak and chicken...because the beef products will have you up at 3a.m. praying that Jesus let's you live through the Bowel Movement.

Food is always amazingly priced, order is most always accurate, service is quick and the Customer Service is top notch. Thanks Shakira and Lex for always making myself and my daughter smile each time we come through the drive-thru. Concierge Customer Service is so hard to find, but these two ladies are on point. Although it may be because I was super hungry, I went through for lunch and the food was the freshest and tastiest I’ve ever had from a Taco Bell restaurant. The workers were friendly and had gotten every item right. A great job

Food was typical taco bell but prices going way up on standard fare. Wish they could train the employees to roll a burrito so that you get a bite of each ingredient instead of all meet at one end and work your way down to cheese or a lump of sour cream

The food was nice and fresh. Service is quick but, prices are climbing. It's still a late night favorite.

Sloppily put together food. Unable to identify which item was which without touching and opening each and every item; which is NOT sanitary AT ALL when eating with others!! ABSOLUTELY NASTY EXPERIENCE; HOWEVER THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND SMILED THE ENTIRE TIME WE WERE GOING THROUGH THE DRI E THRU.

The new Taco Bell in Wise va is in a great location and suitable in size and quick just expensive…

Rating it as a fast food restaurant it is a bit better than most others. Just do not expect a 5 star meal if you visit.
