    Ordered 2 large iced coffees on the Dunkin' app. The app. doesn't offer the option to request light or extra almond milk so we had to ask in person & the manager informed us it would cost nearly $2 ($2 for each coffee = $4) just to lighten our coffees by adding a little more almond milk… I already paid around $5 for each coffee, no way am I paying $4:more to add a splash more milk to them because they're bitter. Not the greatest experience but most of the time all goes well here.

    Great service 98% of time. 1x Kirstin provided terrible service at drive through. She was Incredibly rude and sarcastic but 1x out of 1000 is great id say. Great service overall. Great consistent coffee.

    I used to come there everyday for 2 girls that were absolutely amazing and friendly Jaimie and Catarena. They were great at making my coffee and they were always nice to my dog. They are no longer there gone within days of each other. There is only one guy who works in here now that is any good, but rarely get to see him. NOW they have a miserable old women at the window who gives nothing but an attitude to you for just asking for the things you order, because she didn't give them to you. If it's not her it's another women who can't reach out the window to give you your coffee you have to literally get out of your car to reach for your things. And God forbid you order a piece of cheese or bacon for your pet. I don't even mind paying for it, but to the group women in the window it's the end of the world. Some people just shouldn't do customer service when the are miserable people to begin with

    The DD I go to is in Norton. Most of the staff there are great! Few are very friendly and sweet! Orders are rarely wrong.
