    I have had more than one problem from them from making 5 gallon paint color wrong which caused issues in time money. Was accused of stealing my money when I entered money to self service and also use my card they held me for 10 mins to look at film so they demote people at this one. But they also have nice people working just how your management handles had events which are caused by people they hired

    Placed two online orders on 01/12/24. The pickup system at this location is horrible would have left a zero star. Two hours of sitting in a van with 3 children under the age of 6 with cold weather. Had at least 4 other vehicles park within minutes of them parking received their orders. While everyone else including myself was left sitting for hours waiting and some didn't even get their orders. They was told not tonight. The lady that placed the items in the trunk of van said over 30 cars was left in the system and left by herself to finish all of them. The other workers didn't bother to stay and help knowing how many was backed up. Would not recommend anyone to order pickup at the Norton, VA walmart.

    Both of the bathrooms were "taking a break" but the Walmart was Walmart other than that and had an item that Pikeville Walmart didn't have.

    Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had there. I’ve never encountered such awful, stuck up, and careless associates. This poor little old lady couldn’t figure out the electric scooters while an associate seen she was struggling and ignored her! Then she fell because the doors hit her! I had to go through 3 different associates to get help to her! I was told “I’m on lunch, go ask someone else” “go to customer service” no one seemed to care that she had fell! It was so sad and made me sick to see how this younger generation is. Walmart do better with your associates because this was absolutely unacceptable!

    Don’t let Walmart change your oil. They take to long and they don’t change your filter even though you pay for it. The only reason I am giving them a 3 star review is cause the do have some pretty good deals.

    Your average Walmart as far as items and prices. Nice staff. Can't say enough good things about the pick-up service! Always prompt with very nice staff!

    Not a bad store. Basically what you would expect from a Walmart. Occasionally they do sell out of necessities rather quickly, however, it's usually back within a day or so. Not too crowded most days and normally quite clean. Additionally, they tend to have really good sales on women's clothing quite often ($1 - $5) and not just on the cheap stuff.
