Beyond worst customer service I have ever received. We were delivered this pizza that was clearly dropped at some point. When I called for a new pizza a man answered interrupted me when I was speaking and told me “they are too busy and will call back tomorrow”. I love supporting local businesses but this is beyond the worst experience I have had with any company, on top of it all we did not receive a refund or new pizza. I do not recommend this place and they will never get our business again.

Good size portions, Good wings (if they cook em long enough) and good pizza. Jens easy on the eyes too, looks like they switched cheeses recently as of Sunday the 10th the pizza had a really weird looking film on it. As if it was sweating not impressed cutting corners sacrifices quality. Not too happy with you Mr nick Alazidi

Dont eat here!! Terrible customer service! I ordered and they sent me a text confirming my order amd that it would be ready by 255- 305pm. We get there at 307pm and our order wasn't even started yet. Then the lady got mad at my husband because he was asking questions about the order and she was going to start our order after touching everything in sight and wasn't going to wash her hands or put gloves on. Disgusting place!!

This is my 3rd bad experience with Nick's pizza. Ordered delivery, they said 45-hour and it took hour an half. Normally wouldn't care but everything was cold and extremely soggy....again. there won't be a fourth time. When they get it right the food is awesome but they get it wrong more often. And always something missing. The two liter the first time. Side of ranch I paid for the second time and they added an antipasto salad we never ordered but apparently paid for and this time no ranch and all 3 times food was cold and soggy. I don't leave bad reviews often but yea after 3 times I'm gonna.

This place has terrific fried chicken and jojo's. They come with a garlic mayo dipping sauce that's absolute fire 🔥. Prices are a little bit high and their pizza is just ok.

First time I got a pizza from here and I will order here again. I got the extra large deluxe and it truly was a deluxe.

Ordered pizza on Saturday for 12:30 on Sunday. Arrived at 12:30 pizza wasn't even started. Said it would take 10 minutes for pizza to be done it took 25 minutes. As I'm waiting for my pizza a mouse runs or stumbles out of the kitchen and falls over dead. The owner comes and kicks it to the side like it was an every day thing and just goes on with his day. After waiting an additional 25 minutes for my food I wasn't offered an discount or a pop, nothing for my inconvenience. As I thought about it waiting and after the mouse I couldn't bring myself to eat let alone purchase the pizza I told them that I would never walk through their door again and walked out.

Called to order food and some woman told me in an annoyed voice that they are closing soon and not to order food. Despite the restaurant being open another hour and a half. I won't be giving another try after being blown off.

This is a borderline 3 star place but I'll leave it at 4 star until I change my mind. Initial appearance inside is not good. It's old and dingy and looks worn down and out dated. That being said I won't hold too much against them for the appearance, although a good cleaning could help immensely. The staff is usually one lady who does phone, cook and cashier, they may have a driver as well. Skeleton crew isn't always great for service, which was lacking. The temperament of the staff was mediocre and they could use some more cheerful greetings and smiling can take you a long way with customers, but the general attitude was as run down as the appearance. With everything negative with appearance and service, the pizza was pretty good. The sub sandwiches are big and are a good deal during lunch time specials. The menu is far too large for such a small place. It would be good for the business to narrow food options and focus more on quality and appearance of the food. Will eat again here soon and if nothing is better I will drop one star. If it gets worse after the next 2 visits it will go down to 2 star and I will leave it at that. As of Aug 2022 I initially rate it 4 star (generous start to give local food places a chance)

Horrible waited two hours for pizza never showed up. Had to cancel order and take time to write this review......witch I never do because it's annoying amd a waste of my time like Nick's Pizza

A nice sweet tomato sauce, not too heavy. Delicious melted cheese to perfection. Knocking off one star for both price, and there was a hair in our pizza... 😞

Ordered chicken and Jo Jo’s on Friday for a birthday party on Saturday. Went to pick it up at 1:30 on Saturday and they didn’t know about the order. I had to wait 20-25 minutes and take my husband and grandkids to party and come back No discount offered or extra chicken offered for inconveniences. The chicken was good but the service was horrible. How do you not look at the order hanging up when you open.

First order was today. Pizza, chicken, Philly Steak. Chicken is what it is. Philly Steak was great. The Pizza is the star of this show. One of the best tasting pizzas I have had in a long time. I like Guisseppe and Galuch and this is their equal but with a more charred crust. I make actually, after more purchasing, say Nick's is better. Super impressed with that pizza.

Food was great and price was reasonable to feed the whole family!

I've been doing business with them for at least 20 years. Lately, their service has gone way down. They tell you 1 hour delivery and they show up closer to 2 hours. Then the order wasn't totally correct.

Ordered a Shrimp basket and 2 chicken dinners. Food was excellent! They were very busy being a Saturday night, but still got our food at time promised. Will be ordering again from there soon!

Haven't been there in a while But food still As Good As It Ever Was and good service
