    Waited 24 mins for my mobile order and the food was cold. Refused to refund. Worst chain of McDonald’s. I drive out of my way every morning to visit the McDonald’s on Arlington, under different ownership. Not sure why I was hopeful that this trip would be any better than in the past. Save your time and money. Here is a picture of the large fry I finally received. Not even half full. I know that they are supposed to “fluff and not stuff” the fries but this is beyond ridiculous. And the manager acted like me wanting what I paid for, since I couldn’t have a refund, was insane.

    When I arrived to pick up my food via the mobile app there was no one inside to greet me at the front desk. I waited 15 minutes for any acknowledgment or my order. There were no receipts or anything to distinguish who’s bag is who at the pickup counter. My fries were hot but my chicken nuggets were semi warm. I don’t like giving bad reviews but hopefully this restaurant can turn around their pick up orders.

    Filet of fish has gone down hill. When I received my sandwich it was like a joke, fish on the right side of the bun, what passes as a slice of cheese on the left and a good portion of tartar sauce in my box not on the sandwich. At least try to do your job.

    Been here a couple times. People are friendly but food you never know what you will get. We have done drive thru and went in. Fry's are always cold, chicken nuggets always are never fresh. They are like little rubber balls that have been sitting in the heater for hours. Hopefully you get your full order correct to. Where as if you get breakfast we have had a combo of fresh and cold hash browns, the sausage McMuffins are either the bun is burnt along with the sausage patty to where I don't even feed it to my dog. You have a 50/50 shot of food quality.

    I went there today for a birthday party. Went to the counter and ordered a large coffee. I literally waited 15 minutes for them to give it to me and that was only because I yelled "can I get my coffee already" As I was leaving I went to use the restroom, and there was 2 young girls who are employed there vaping on a "dab pen". As I was leaving I seen a manager clearly looking for them so I told her where they were. So i.can see now why service there is literally turtle speed

    Absolutely disgusting I received rotten food a few times in a row so I won't ever go back. I suspect the owner just doesn't care. Definitely a socialist location who likes a lean staff. Less people working means more profit! If they keep it up they'll have empty lines like they did in 2020.

    In morning shifts the Decaffeinated coffee is often cold or old or both Edit: I took a chance on lunch today, the spicy chicken sammy was pretty decent, but where are the fries lol (Pic related) this a medium or large size fry but missing half the fries, so I deducted one star because I had to suffer a lack of fries 🍟 Hope they start putting more food in the packaging, (press x for doubt) X

    So I went to McDonald's on on 9-3-22 and ordered dinner box and 4piece chicken nuggets kid's meal. They got 1 of my Big Mac's wrong and gave my kid apple slices instead of fries. So I called and talked to a very nice gentleman manager Tim he said he would replace my kid's meal and the 1 big Mac and took down my name & wrote down what I was supposed to be replaced. So I go back on 9-4-22 next day @9pm and told the girl she told me to pull up to the window and the Manager came to the window and took my receipt she came back and said well all I'm replacing is the small fry and big Mac rudely & I said well Tim write it down what was being replaced and she said I don't care what time said!! I said well the managers should communicate between each other and she VERY RUDELY SAID I'LL DO IT THIS TIME BUT NEVER AGAIN!?!?! I said well I won't be back and she literally made us sit at the window for atleast 15minutes with a line of traffic behind us and finally came to the window and RUDELY PUSHED THE BAG INTO MY HAND!! She had dark hair and was wearing a light blue shirt!! MCD u gotta do better than this and my kid's we're in the car!! I think she left us sitting there for so long thinking we would get tired of waiting and pull off🤯🤷‍♂️

    Worst mistake going there. Stood inside for 20 minutes and noone would acknowledge I was standing there. I even said hello a few times. Left and called the manager Tyler answered. He said he wasn't aware anyone was standing there. Won't be going back. Worst ever. I wouldn't even give 1 star.

    The manager went above and beyond, with too few staff on the clock to help him, he still gave us quality service... Even brought our food into the play place for us with our son and double checked the order with us. This guy was literally running from the kitchen, to the drive through, to the front counter, cooking and serving single handedly. Impressed with this visit for the quality service and good meal. McDonald's Corporation needs to do better with helping these franchises get staffed right. Even if they were paying that manager 25 an hour, the amount of work he was doing was easily worth 50 an hour. I don't know that dude's name, but he was awesome.

    Never had a problem till today(outside of long waits due to short staffing) which is the only reason I didn't give a 1 star review. But today the drive thru employee(whom has short red hair, worked the cash part of the drive thru at 2:21pm KS#13 order 45) was very rude and tried to short me $5. When he tries to hand me only $1 for change, I told him "my order was $4.49 and I gave you $10.49, he yells at me that "I only gave him $10.34!" I then asked why he was only handing me a $1? He had to get manager to open drawer whom I didnt want to bother at the time and hold up the line any longer than he already had. And handed me the $5.85. But I had handed him a $10 bill, 1 quarter, 1 dime, 2 nickels and 4 pennies. Im no mathmetician but I was taught in elementary that that adds up to $10.49 so my change should have been $6. But whatever keep the 15cents. No biggie there, the problem is the way he talked to me, it was completely uncalled for. Yelling at a loyal customer is not good for business. Ill be going elsewhere for lunch but hope that employee gets the customer service training he so desperately needs or finds a job away from the public!

    Every time I get anything through the drive through, it's wrong. No matter the location. Order: 2 sweet teas, no ice. 1 egg McMuffin, 1 sausage biscuit with cheese. 2 hashbrowns. Recieved : 2 teas, with ice, and my biscuit had egg on it, no cheese. 1 hashbrown. And they want more than $15 an hour! Ugh

    The wait time in drive thru is beyond ridiculous. Management is not training these employees. If you do not have the food ready, then park the cars. It took over 15 minutes in drive thru, then got cold food and had to go inside to get hot food. This store needs an overhaul of management.

    The entire staff just blasted music and didnt serve an entire line of people. David Partin knew the staff was ridiculous and took the orders for all the cars lined up.

    You could hear the morning manager (big bone lady with glasses)in the back scolding employees out in the lobby. She is very unprofessional. And then Not to us but she was also rude to other customers . She walks around there like a drill Sargent. Was going to dine in but felt uncomfortable and left. Wish I got the name of the manager

    Honestly not a bad place at all. Super clean compared to Wendy’s or other local fast food places. However Some of the younger workers are slow but that’s probably because they’re high all the time. other than that this place is pretty good, ran by nice/decent people. I recommend if you’re hungry and looking for fast food.

    Staff is decent. Sometimes they are unprofessional and rude but it’s understandable with the people they are dealing with. Just be prepared to wait. The local community is very lazy and most of them use this place multiple times a week.

    Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. My shoes which Ave good grip were sliding from the grease coating the entire floor. The tables were all filthy. Went to the restroom to find a group of young underage employees vaping. They quickly disbursed as soon as I walked in.

    Despite being very low on appropriate staffing, everyone was doing their best to provide good service. In particular, Lexi was very pleasant and kind and frequently apologizing for delays. In these times when staffing is such a problem, it helps when the employees have a good attitude.

    the Play Place was SO DIRTY!!! We started taking our kids, the last few weekends, when it was rainy and they would come out of the tubes and slides covered in a BLACK film. There was black dirt covering their hands and clothes. I had to go up and get my 2 year old and couldn't believe how sticky and grimy and gross everything was. I HOPE THEY GIVE IT A GOOD DEEP CLEANING SOMETIME SOON!! It really needs it! We won't be back until that happens!

    Place was clean. Bad part was that it didn't seem like anyone was getting their orders correct. Every group while I was there was returning to the counter for something that was missing. I got the chicken sandwich and I couldn't get the regular pickles. I don't like the crinkle pickles. Just because they are under brined and cut differently doesn't make them better. The one in Akron lets me get the regular pickles. The kid at the counter was helpful and nice at least and didn't give anyone attitude, even with all the complaints. I returned to the counter because they gave me the wrong sauces. It also took a very long time to get your food. They didn't bring it to the table like the one in Akron. They just put your order on the Mobile Pickup, even though it wasn't. They also didn't tell you that this was what they were going to do.

    Your first window guy is RUUUUUUUUUDE!!!! our receipt doesn't have his name and he isn't wearing a name tag but he's the short black kid working on Tuesday night shift. He literally said....what you want at the speaker, didn't ask us what kind of sauce we wanted, my husband wished him a good day at the window and the rude little boy just shut the window on his face. Look, if your workers can't at least smile for 16.50 an hour then they need to be placed elsewhere. I can't believe after 4yrs of not coming here your employees have gotten worse. The attitudes gotta go!!! Your workers also need to work on hygiene, your MANAGER AT THE PICKUP WINDOW HAS GREASY HAIR THAT HE CANT EVEN PUT UNDER HIS BALLCAP!!! I CAN LITERALLY SEE THE GREASE AND DANDRUFF this is appalling. And the quality of food is garbage!! I am so tired of you guys hiring entitled rude children and paying them money they don't deserve!!! Do better Norton McDonald's

    Only wanted to purchase 4 gift cards. Now you have to use a Kiosk inside rather than speaking to a real person??? Had to wait for someone to come out to the front desk, only to say that I can only purchase 2 gift cards at a time. This is easy money! WTH! I'll go to MARCO'S!!

    Fish filet was not edible. Had to throw away. First of all it was cold. Usually it's white flaky and fresh. I noticed the discoloring, flat, and very rubbery! The cheap processed cheese was only a half piece hanging over the bread on one side with very little tartar sauce. So dissapointing! I will get my money back. I could have gotten food poisoning

    Ordered food on app, when I got to the drive thru waited couple of minutes until someone came on speaker and said they would be with me in a minute. Waited another 5 minutes with no response. I pulled into parking space and went into store. The staff did not acknowledge my presence for several minutes. A second customer came in behind and was ignored also. Finally, one of the workers asked me if I saw who picked up the door dash order. I told someone had and she said they only took part of the order. She them asked if I had placed an online order and I told her I had. She finally filled my order.
