Great atmosphere!! Our waiter Matthew was such a cool guy, very attentive. Food was delicious pretty much everything we had was good. I'm sure I'll be back. It was a first time here for me. Loved it!!

Great service and meal. Really enjoyed the attentiveness of the servers and their prompt service. Not crowded at all and the prices are fair. Ordered a rib-eye it was decent but the soup and broccoli made up for the average steak. Overall, I recommend it on service alone, the food is an added bonus 😬

We've been to many Outback Steakhouses in our time but this Outback Steakhouse did not disappoint. Top-notch service and smiles all around. The food was fantastic consistent quality is always. This is our new go to Outback Steakhouse when were in the area. I highly recommend! UPDATE: we went back! Service and food still excellent!

Though I have not personally been to this particular outback. My parents and myself just had a very good experience over the phone with management. My parents were there earlier today and they both commented that they enjoyed their meal and that the waitress though it was her first day was very attentive and polite for they duration of their visit. When my parents arrived home they realized they were accidentally charged for an item that they did not purchase. We decided to call and ask what the item was just to be sure and we were told that it was an item that we actually did not purchase. The manager Gloria promptly came to the phone and was very nice and sincere about making it right with my parents. She was able to go into the system and find their receipt and she made it right. She went above and beyond expectations! They will be visiting this location again soon! We appreciate the courtesy and kind manners towards your patrons.

Food was good even though steaks were small, they were tender & flavorful. Our [2] waiters took care of both our table & the bar customers. I got a lunch meal with their newest strawberry salad which I liked. Had an appetizer to distract our hunger since steaks took a while.

Idk why this place has a 4.3 star, came in party of 7 place was empty waited for over an hr to get our food after we order and got a cold burned steak it was a joke. Everyone complain about how cold the food was don’t waste your time.

I had the pleasure of dining at Outback and was fortunate to have Nick as our server. From the moment we sat down, he made our dining experience exceptional. Nick's friendly and attentive service, along with his extensive knowledge of the menu, truly impressed us. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic meal. Nick's professionalism and warm personality made our visit memorable. I highly recommend Outback, especially with Nick as your server – he's a true asset to the restaurant!

You just can’t never go wrong with the bread they give out in the beginning. BTW as of 8/23/23 they do NOT have happy hour! I learned that the hard way even though somewhere on the Internet it lied to me.

This was the worst place I've ever had steak, with the toughest meat that was utterly inedible. I tried to cut it and chew somehow, but it felt like chewing gum. However, I wouldn't recommend this establishment to any of my acquaintances. It seems to be popular for one reason only—it's the only restaurant near the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel. Since there are no other dining options within walking distance, it’s the default choice. But I won't be returning.

Basic experience here. The food and drinks came out quickly. The location was pretty clean, and ac was blasting. Not crowded for a Saturday afternoon. Could use some menu option upgrades.

Good place to go. My waiter was fun and the food was delicious. Drinks were not consistent. Loved my first drink but the second one was too sweet. Will be back soon.

Outback Steakhouse never disappoints, and their Victoria's Filet Mignon is a true masterpiece! The steak was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful. It practically melted in my mouth with every bite. The portion size was generous, and the side dishes complemented the dish perfectly. The service was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. Highly recommended for steak lovers!

The food is usually pretty good, but this last time I got a lot of fat on the 12oz Ribeye. My wife ordered the same and did not get nearly as much fat, so it was luck of the draw I guess? Still great taste, and a bit of fat is good, but this was a lot of fat. Probably 4oz of my 12 oz steak was fat. The server was okay,but no refill on the soft drink, didn't check on us much.

This location was pretty good. I enjoyed their food and service. Started off with the bread of course. I took a star off because of that. They tend to leave the bread sitting on a hot surface which keeps cooking the bottom off it and it becomes hard. They need to stop doing that. My family then ordered different dishes. I ordered the TOOWOOMBA SALMON with a house salad and the steakhouse mac n cheese. The salmon was cooked good but the shrimp was overcooked. It had his flavor tho and it was a filling meal. The SPICY JAMMIN' MEATLOAF was also ordered. The description listed it as chopped steak, but it tasted like it was just ground beef. That too had good flavor and I would order it for myself next time. We also ordered the KINGSLAND STEAK* & SHRIMP PASTA. I did not rate it but I was told it tasted good as well. To drink I ordered both the AUSSIE RUM PUNCH and the BLACK CHERRY MULE. I enjoyed the AUSSIE RUM PUNCH more than the other. I think the ginger beer in the BLACK CHERRY MULE took the environment of drinking it away.

I haven’t been at an Outback Steakhouse in a while and it’s a solid spot for great food and solid customer service. I ordered the 16 ounce slow roasted outback style prime rib with creamy horseradish along with the French onion soup. The prime rib was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The creamy horse radish was a solid dip for the meat and it was solid. The French onion soup was also a great appetizer. I highly recommend the prime rib and the starter wheat bread with butter was also excellent. I definitely recommend this spot and there was lots of parking on site. I’d definitely come back and try their other menu items.

Good place to eat good food, a nice atmosphere. You can hang out on the bar or get a table. I either get the rib eye or the prime rib. Make sure you ask for outback style on the rib eye. Clam chowder soup is awesome, and the bread they serve is always the first thing to run out on the table.

This chain has the best management bar none. If I ever have a issue the Mgr. Always go over and beyond to make it right. Good food great drinks Always a pleasure to dine here. Small parking lot so it can be a challenge at times or a small walk, but after a large meal maybe it's not so bad.

Late lunch, not super busy, service was good, food was delicious. Great experience. The mustard vinaigrette dressing on the hiuse salad is delicious.

Michelle our waitress, was busy but so polite and her personality was very nice. The prime rib sandwich was amazing, my friends prim rib was very good. Carrot cake big enough for 2. Clean and great service. Thank you for a great meal experience.

Super bad experience! To the first gentleman who got our order was the most professional. I do not remember his name but he was awesome. Unfortunately our server was on break or lunch. No problem. But we were just left there. I asked for my stake medium rare but it was well done. I didn’t want to be a Karen so I said nothing. But couldn’t say anything to anyone since we had no server anyway. Someone did come and check on us but other people were getting their refills, asked if they were ok, if they needed anything else, just 100% serviced while we were just there isolated. I’ve never had such bad service and felt excluded from a restaurant. Being a first timer to Outback Steakhouse because I was referred, and since I was told they had the best grilled steaks and an awesome place I couldn’t wait to eat there, but it was truly a disappointment. Mid food I started feeling weird and straight to the bathroom I went. I didn’t feel good so I asked the host for the check, which I was told they’ll let someone know. 15 mins go by nothing. At this point I went to let someone know again but once again I was told to wait, that they will call for someone to get me my check. Finally someone (perhaps the manager) came a bit later and gave me the check then our server finally came to give me the receipt and apologized that she did not know we were even there. I was so upset I didn’t even finish my steak. As someone who never leaves leftovers says something was really wrong. Will not be looking toward to return or refer.

Everytime I review a place is usually because it's my first time being there and this is no exception. As you all know we are still in COVID days and explains why the restaurant was not full but even then we didn't have to wait to be seated. The menu is nice, nothing impressive but they do get you started with some warm bread 🍞 with butter🧈 which is pretty good..Tip: eat it while it's warm. Food was good overall all, my fries 🍟 were on the salty 🧂 side so I didn't really eat them. the cesear salad 🥗 was better tasting then the fries for sure. Due to covet we haven't been to an Outback in a long time period the one that we used to go to in city of industry closed down So going out of our way to go to an outback was a bit tasky period however after running 21 miles for marathon practice and it being the coache's birthday, the coach wanted a good steak. It seemed like a good time to go out of our way and we weren't let down.
