    Went there today to get me and my 2 sisters a coffee sense the south paris dunkin (only good dunkin around) is now closed and they messed up all of our coffees. Not just one ALL OF THEM. Everytime i have ever gone there they have messed up. Let’s hope the people starting there from south paris can show them how to do there job correctly!!! The staff was also very rude when I asked to get our coffees fixed. Absolutely Ridiculous and embarrassing. Guess I’m driving to Oxford for the next 3 months whenever I want coffee. Something needs to be done about this.

    Store was filthy. They had literally nothing in store for donuts. When I walked in, everything was empty/gone. I ordered a frozen coffee (hazelnut) and I wasn’t even done 1/4 of it before it made my stomach so violently upset that I had to RUSH home after that…. I will not be back to this location unless I want to spend another afternoon on the toilet. 👀

    Never go here because I prefer the manager at the south paris dunkins. They mess up orders in norway, which is no big deal but do not give me attitude when I ask for it to be fixed.

    i ordered my drink with extra chocolate drizzle in it like i normally do and you guys never add it, so i asked today and i got yelled at because i am supposed to order it with extra chocolate WHICH I DID ORDER WITH EXTRA CHOCOLATE. and i got told that they can’t add anymore. i paid $6.79 for a fricking drink that legit wasn’t what i wanted you guys suck.

    If I want my cream cheese on the side I'd ask for it that way. Don't be lazy spread the cream cheese so I don't have too doing 55 down 26.

    Best coffee ever, good food, and I am usually very happy with the service team at any given store. The four star on service is only there as my current dunkin is struggling with time management and keeping staff long term. If they get the time management figured out I would say 100% and mean it.

    Where to begin….the employees are rude, the coffee is awful, and the food is terrible. By far one of the worst Dunkin locations I’ve ever been to.

    This location used to make really good coffee's but lately it's like the employees don't care about the customers. Every time they make my coffee they mess something up I know what it takes to work at a Dunkin it's not that hard to make a coffee. I wouldn't be that upset if it wasn't everyday that my coffee was upset and when I've asked them to remake the coffee I've gotten attitude. I'm beyond frustrated with this place.

    They are always out of something, today was tops to large coffees so I just had open coffees in my vehicle. The last time it was CREAMER, how on earth does a coffee shop run out of CREAMER

    Coffee was Dunkin approved, but the speaker intercom was terrible at the drive through but that would not stop me from going back. But the long wait time to get my 2 medium coffees might. I could see them sitting there just out of reach haha

    This place sucks. VERY BAD PARKING!!!!!! Needed more help behind the counter. Got my order wrong,and had to wait a very long time to get the right order.

    I started out working at Dunkin Doughnuts. And so I always try to tip fairly well. You lost a nice tip. For whatever reason they decided they need to lock the doors to the bathrooms at this location. Great, cleaner bathroom So I ask for the key, a paying customer, was told I need to wait until they were "not busy". I thought this was pretty rude but I have a medical a condition so I really needed to go. So I got in line, assuming that the cashier would give me the key when she was busy taking care of me... Nope. When I got to her I asked for the key again and she told me I had to go to the worker preparing the food and wait "until she was not busy" Lost my sale. Lost my tip. Lost my business forever. Just a thought, normal people don't stop at dunkin donuts to use the restroom when they can wait!

    Me and my wife were just in there we ordered ahead when we were 3 miles away when we got there our stuff wasn't done yet so we waited patiently when the girl came over and put our coffees on the rack but not our food I asked her for it but in her defense she did seem very busy I guess she didn't hear me then when a second worker came up I asked her and was completely ignored. So I reached behind the rack to the counter and grabbed my own bag. And the darker skinned girl sorry in advance I didn't get her name came and im not trying to be rude but out yelling at me instead of asking why I did what I did she was very rude yelling saying that I can't reach back there but I figured after asking twice and getting no response I was doing them a favor. But to be yelled at and accosted and I was told what I did was rude when she is literally yelling at me for taking what belonged to me . And I have been staying with them through all of the recent issues and was trying to be patient. You keep customers by being kind and understanding not acting crazy over something so simple. A little kindness never killed anyone
