We have had many issues with getting packages delivered the last several months. Carrier says package could not be delivered, though we have never had issues before. We live in a private area with an accessible driveway that our packages could be delivered right to our steps. Yet the carrier is too lazy to come down the driveway to deliver. When packages are delivered they are left next to a busy road nowhere near my own mailbox. I have tried to contact the post office to report this but the phone rings nonstop and no one can be reached. I have reported this office to USPS and am hoping that something can be done because there is just no excuse for the incompetence and just straight laziness that is coming from this office.

This is a travesty to the postal system of the U.S.. Absolute appalling service, terrible delivery people, and no etiquette. I have tried calling here and have never received an answer. I have gone into this location and have been met with the rudest customer service I have EVER encountered. The older gentleman behind the counter is one of the worst customer-facing employees I have ever heard of. You see these viral videos of terrible customer service and employees being extremely rude and you think that would never happen in this nice small town. Well, here he is. I went in with a package that I guess was labeled incorrectly? I was told I could not send the package out because I packed it wrong. He would not explain what I did wrong only to go to the website to receive information on how to do it correctly then loudly ask for the next person and then continue to be rude to her. I brought the package over to the South Paris post office who took it, told me the price, and sent it out without an issue and with a smile on their face. The stark contrast is absurd. The delivery person who does my area is astounding. Constantly complains about mailboxes that have been there for 30-plus years, yet he is the first to have a problem with them. Being rude to residents because of weather conditions. The mail is delivered very sporadically as well. Some days we go 2/3 days without mail and then get a large stack all at once. Along with this, I have had several packages go missing within the last year which has never happened up until 2021 in the 13 years I have lived here. The packages usually coming from eBay or checks from various business dealings. This needs to be addressed and calls and complaints have already been brought to the attention of the Portland office. That man in the office needs to be in a position away from customers, the office itself needs to stop hiring people who lack common decency, and then maybe it will be bearable.

I have had MULTIPLE problems with this place and when they "deliver" mail or packages. You try try call them and they NEVER pick up so I have to drive down there and confront them in person. Get it together!! Learn to deliver mail PROPERLY and ACCURATELY and learn to pick up your phone!! I have to take off time from working at home to go there because YOU guys can't seem to ever answer your calls. It's ridiculous and the USPS is a major joke. Very unhappy with them and thier service. Train your delivery personnel better cause they can't seem to ever deliver mail to the correct address. I've had other peoples mail delivered here and I personally take it to them cuz you people can't do your jobs. Do better!

Would give negative 1k stars if possible. My town contracts the mail out to here because they are too small. So I end up with a dimwitted, non communicating carrier. Didn't deliver our mail when we first moved in for a month. Hardly any snow in front of box just wouldn't deliver mail. Driveway plowed fine wouldn't come up driveway to deliver 2 packages. Delivers former homeowners' mail to my address for 1ooth time and even with a label in our box. I write return to sender on letter, he writes a note on MY OWN MAIL not to write on mail and return... HOW THE HECK AM I SUPPOSED TO RETURN IT WITHOUT WRITING ON IT??? IM NOT DRIVING TO BETHEL TO DELIVER SOMEONE'S LETTER BACK TO THEM WHEN YOU CANT EVEN FORWARD MAIL PROPERLY. People in the actual office building are kind but whoever my mail carrier is needs a new profession.

We continue to recieve the WRONG MAIL. Even though I have clearly labeled the inside of our box with the home address and names. I have recieved the wrong mail at least a dozen times. My mail sometimes doesn't even arrive when I am expecting mail and it takes WEEKS! My scanned mail doesn't show up properly. Only select pieces get scanned in.

No line on a Monday morning @ 9:30. Helpful, friendly attendant. Great old building with tons of charm; early May fruiting trees out front always a pleasure to the eyes!

My mails mostly been fine haven’t had much issues but their number to call is utter garbage. It’s automated and you try to say something and it goes “did you say fraud?” Every single time I say other. It’s not even worth calling. I’m going in.

How do working people get their mail if they are only open 6 hours a day? People are nice but they need more people and longer hours.

The Norway, ME post office is terrible. We are always having problems with them and how they deliver packages. For example, the other day we came home and our packages were left in the snowbank on a very busy road where they could’ve been stolen!

Thank you for your communication values! I thought a package was stolen and it turns out that the carrier was running behind and he delivered it at my doorstep after hours!

The most incompetent bunch of meat heads I have ever had to deal with and now thinking their post person who delivers my route is a thief 😡
