Wouldn't let me have a glasses case for the shades I was about to purchase as it wasn't a plain one hard case I explained that the case I picked up had no glasses for it on display and I would be happy with a plain hard one if they can find one. I left without buying any as I was only offered a very cheap soft fabric one in return which wouldn't protect the glasses. Just to add that a lady before me was allowed to purchase glasses with the wrong case. Bad policy

TK Maxx outlet 10 minutes outside of Norwich city centre. We arrived at 10am and there were still plenty of parking spaces. The shop is located in a retail/ industrial estate and shares the parking with a few other large outlets. The shop is a two floor space with men women's and kids clothes Separated out for ease of looking for specific items. All the usual TK Maxx stuff: clothes, accessories, shoes, toys, small garden ornaments and light food snacks.

Great products at reasonable prices, with varied labels for sale.

I came here to collect an online order. I had a look around and it is very tidy. Everything is clearly sectioned. The staff are helpful and seem happy to work there. Good range of shoes and homeware. Clothes rails were neat and nothing on the floor. Not a great selection of handbags/purses unlike the other branch but a good range of sunglasses. This branch has parking which is a bonus. Can click and collect online orders by the entrance or at the till. Update 29.09.2021 Christmas decorations are in store!

Such good value half the price of designer labels

All the staff are so helpful and friendly it’s clean and well laid out easy to move around in great products and fantastic prices & free parking

My husband and I come here at least 2 times a week we love and you can pick up some great items plus the staff are great and helpful

Nice shop, good experience overall. Only bad thing was that some of the hangers on clothes say different sizes to what the clothing actually is, so make sure to double check the tags on the item of clothing before purchasing.

It's a traditional department store. You can find clothes, shoes, furniture, kitchen wares, watches, cosmetics, etc there. Price of some items are less expensive than the others.

Went with my partner to get her a dress for a party. We found a couple of good possibilities and, thanks to the prices, we're able to buy both.

Good shop lots of things to buy

Nice place to shop for clothes, shoes, bag accessories etc, and you could also get items from good designers. Packed with beautiful winter jackets for the season.

Stock is decent but nothing too special. Usually quite calm and not as packed as your average TK Maxx.

Clean and tidy with lots of space. Parking out front. Not their biggest store but good selection and friendly staff. Only four stars because I found it a bit soulless in comparison to other tkmaxx stores. And I'm a fan - ended up going to the one in Norwich City centre.

This shop sells a lot of different things including clothes and ornaments, household goods and toys. It changes all the time so if you see something that you like it's best to get it there and then.

The last time I visited, I found the shop to be tidy and well presented. A vast selection of discounted clothing and footwear, sporting goods and general household items. The staffing levels were good with fast checkout, and bagging. The staff were polite and generally helpful without being intrusive.
