I had originally used the salon when Nadine did Reflexology and scar release tissue treatment for me which worked amazingly after years of back pain, she is a genius with magic fingers. I then started using Sasha for nails and eyebrows, she is the absolute best, so much so that I keep adding treatments, but today was the first time I had used Lindy and Sammie for cut and colour and I wish I had done it sooner. I absolutely love the results, the colour is amazing and the cut exactly what I asked for. Thank you everyone for making my visits special. 💕

I treated myself to a session of reflexology with Nadine at the salon and it was amazing !! Such pure pleasure and made me feel totally relaxed ( and I slept so much better than usual that evening !) Nadine created a warm comfortable environment and was hugely gifted at her craft - would thoroughly recommend this treatment with Nadine .

Lovely relaxing experience. Treatments are great prices. Highly recommend Claire who done a great job on my gel nails and has a lovely range of colours to choose from for any occasion. All staff very friendly. Have already rebooked for nails and waxing treatments.

I just had my first haircut here and I thought it was such a great place! Staff super nice, focused, they listen and you can tell they care. The location is good and the place inside is cosy. I had tried other hairdressers in Norwich and this was the best one so far! I'll be back!

I’ve recently started coming to Sasha for CACI treatments, and so far I’m really happy! A few places offer this service in Norwich, but I chose to come here mainly because I really liked Sasha when we spoke on the phone-CACI was very new to me so I was trying to find out more information, and Sasha was really helpful and clear on the phone. I also liked the fact that although the advice with CACI is to start with 10-20 facials over 10 weeks (to build up the electric current), Sasha wouldn’t insist that I bought a whole package. Other places in Norwich I contacted did insist on this, which I didn’t like. Having said that, I did choose to buy the package as I want to get the most from the treatment; so far I’ve had 4 facials, and I really like CACI, it feels like it’s tightening my skin, and I really look forward to the relaxing hour laying under a cosy cover and being pampered. Sasha is also warm and personable, and it’s always a pleasure to chat with her. Looking forward to continuing my treatments and seeing the results long term!

Fabulous salon! Staff are always welcoming and friendly. Clean, free parking and good value for money. A really lovely atmosphere.
