Amazing experience this evening at Gonzo's. Was recommended this place. The staff were so friendly. The food was legendary and the atmosphere was so nice. Definitely will be coming here and recommending to friends. Thank you for making our evening.

I always have a great time in Gonzo's, the drinks choice is decent and the food is always sup tasty. The best thing is the decor and the environment itself, an eclectic miss mash of nostalgic pop culture memorabilia and funky lighting. In the summer the roof top bar is a winner too. It is small down stairs but that just adds to the apmosphere.

We had a blast here! The food was INCREDIBLE and left us totally stuffed! We headed to the rooftop bar afterwards for drinks and chilled out in the sun - great evening

We went here as part of our hen do weekend and the service was good, staff were friendly and they let us pre order before hand making it much easier. The burger was lovely and juicy and the chips were amazing however there the portion was large so there was alot of waste unfortunately. The atmosphere was good it's a little quirky but I liked that. The only thing that let down the experience for us was that the cocktails weren't nice they were to strong and undrinkable even after asking it to be watered down with mixers.

Food is good, nice quirky place, slightly on the expensive side. Service however is alright if you like miserable...waitress didn't smile at any point very much here's your food eat it, then expecting to recieve a service charge. When we asked for the service charge to be removed, i would of got a better reception if i had killed gonzo the pug. Can't recommend for this reason.

Lovely place to have a drink. They have a good sense of humour playing "It's always sunny in Philadelphia" on projection all day. Would totally recommend!!

Absolutely fantastic experience - the food and cocktails were outstanding, so much flavour. The staff were friendly and in good spirits making the atmosphere such a great vibe, would definitely come back. I 100% recommend Gonzo's.

Very nice in there quirky comfortable good range of beers cocktails , 3 floors I think . Only been in main room but want to try all the others. Rooftop bar . Burgers what they do are very good , the fries have some flavouring and are lovely.

Service was polite, although slow. Burger was nice, although definitely gave us food poisoning. Response: Not sure how to provide further information, had all of the food poisoning symptoms that night. A lot of people don’t necessarily say anything to the company if they do become unwell. Also, I did find a hair in my food too.

Good experience in rooftop. Quite calm environment at noon, with polite and helpful personnel. The burgers were really good, however, the presentation was maybe slightly lacklustre as I would be expecting something different. Wide variety of drinks and with plenty of imagination, taste really good for most of them. I would argue that the cost was slightly higher that I would expect for the quality and presentation. A really good place to give it a go and enjoy, however, not somewhere I would be going regularly.

Really delicious food! Service was absolutely fantastic, and our server made sure to explain exactly what was and wasn't vegetarian. He also made sure we got vegetarian sweets with our bill at the end which was a lovely touch. Thanks!

This quirky pub has a grown up, bijoux student feel. We sat downstairs for after work drinks but it felt food was prioritised so if you just want drinks, it didn't feel like the place. We were told that if we weren't eating, we had to move. And the menu was reeled off before drinks orders were taken.

Wicked place! Had a great time dancing and having a few drinks. There was a really good vibe and everyone seemed very friendly, staff and punters. I will definitely be going again and highly recommend to anyone who wants a good time out 👍😊

1st time in Norwich & saw the sign outside “the best burgers” … were they? Yes they were! There should also be a sign outside saying best fries too! Great quirky place, nice staff & great food :)

Been for both the nightlife and the food during the day. I was pleasantly surprised with the food. It tasted great and the atmosphere was calm. The nightlife is usually good, various DJs events are amazing and the standard nights are entertaining.

Probably my favorite place to go for drinks. One of the lady bartenders was super helpful once when i had no clue what to order and made me her special peach strawberry cocktail. It was lovely, thanks :)

Staff were awesome and so friendly, felt like locals even though we'd never been before! Had lovely, delicious foods but please note their mains portions are huge. We did not both need fries after starters!! Will definitely be returning.

2nd time here, loved every bit of the food and as always very helpful and top notch service from the staff. Already looking forward to my next visit.

Great, food and atmosphere. Love the layout and terrace. Service felt a little too pressured. We were asked 5 times if everything was ok while we were trying to finish our food. This was too much, but apart from that everything else was great.

What a place! Great retro vibe, excellent service and food. We got very lucky, book to avoid disappointment. Next time in Norwich will be my go to.

Humongous portions and super delicious. was disappointed with my stomach for not being able to finish! only knew about this place from looking for somewhere to eat on the maps and this quirky little place was massively appreciated. I had a jam and peanut burger which i have never seen on any menu before. atmosphere was amazing and there was plenty to look at, certainty be returning and telling people about this place.

Best beer garden/outdoor area in Norwich, superb views and cocktails. A must-do for any Norwich visit.

The best part was the margarita drinks. Made reservations but got sat on the rooftop seats which means our food came in take away boxes. Cajun wings were too dry. Overall experience was ok.

Oh my word, this place was a pleasant surprise indeed! Spotted the roof bar from the street, and decided to take a look. I had poutine and my friend had a burger, both were amazing and HUGE portions! Margarita was great as well, and the atmosphere and live DJ spinning vinyls was a wonderful retro touch. I will be back next time I am in Norwich 💙
