Remarkable experience. I had a great time at Turtle Bay. I ordered 1 mojito 🍹 and they come up with 2 for the price of 1🤩 How good is that!! Great atmosphere. Service fab and friendly. Fantastic deco They give this offers some days during the week, until 7 pm. Next time I will be in Norwich I will visit Turtle Bay again.

Had a great time here, the food is really good.. Had great service from the lad that served us.. friendly and attentive.. We normally go to the Sheffield site but am here in Norwich for a few days so decided to come here.. glad we did… The Rum offer of 2 for 1 is good.. the Discarded Rum is my favourite

Caribbean themed bar & restaurant. I can’t attest to its food as I came here for drinks. Which were amazing. My wife & I both had time drinks & they were 2 for 1. Candidly, what drew me in was as I walked by band poster for my neighborhood bar in my hometown in Orlando was plastered all over the walls. Small world! I would highly recommend coming in for drinks & if their food is vm as good as their drinks you’ll be pleased you did.

We stopped here for a couple of drinks on Saturday and so glad we did. The cocktails were lovely, even better as they were 2 for 1. We sat up the bar and the bar staff, Eryn and Theo were amazing, so friendly and helpful. We were celebrating a couple of birthdays and they made our visit extra special. Cannot wait to come here again when we next visit Norwich, this time we will eat as well as the menu looked so good. Highly recommend a visit if you are in Norwich, if you're lucky you'll be served by Eryn and Theo.

First time at Turtle bay. We went on a Tuesday evening about 7pm, it wasn't overly busy when we walked in. We were sat at a table quite quickly, drinks order taken. Took a little while for our drinks to arrive. Starters came quite quickly. We ordered our main meal, which seemed to take forever to come, after some time we noticed plates of food just sitting waiting to be collected, we saw them sitting there for a good 30 mins, before a chef came out of the kitchen and asked someone to come and get the food out and stop chatting. We decided not to order any dessert as it took forever for the main. Also asked for a lemonade while eating dinner and it never arrived, had to ask again for it and when it came there was a fly floating in it. Reasonably priced to eat at, the food was tasty, but not sure if I'd be going back for a while, such a shame as I was looking forward to it.

Went here on a Thursday evening. The atmosphere was reasonably good and not too busy. Did book ahead on their website. Staff were friendly but maybe a little disconnected. Felt a little welcome but not too much. Could have done with being a little more friendly and pro-active but maybe they could have used an extra hand on deck. I had the Kingston fried chicken, which was nice but the portion wasn't very big. The drinks were a decent size, though. All in all it was reasonable.

Visited here for bottomless brunch. The restaurant is lovely and the toilets are clean. There was a large selection of drinks which I enjoyed trying. The food was delicious, however we expected the burgers to come with chips on the side, or at least a slightly smaller plate for the burger. I had the vegetarian no moo burger and it was lovely. Despite the points above, I would rate this a total of five stars because our server, Lauren was absolutely lovely. Lauren ensured we had our drinks and food, she was so friendly and this Turtle Bay is very lucky to have a server like Lauren.

Amazing place. Cocktails are amazing and very good deals for party or romantic dinner, hen party, happy hour etc... Good vibe, music,decor is amazing,you just keep looking around it's a good vibe spot. Food is smashing it just so tasty and everything looks very delicious and good. Highly recommend it to everyone who wants good food and good vibe place in Norwich close to the centre...

This is a lovely place. The staff are friendly and the cocktails are delicious - especially the Dessert Island, which is coffee based. The place is nicely decorated, but be aware that it can get quite busy. They also have a good 2 for 1 deal, which is fantastic. I would definitely come back here.

Totally, totally loved my visit. It was busy enough to realise it was popular,but quiet enough for someone with sensory issues to enjoy. The food was exquisite and look forward to having more as we only had starters, and the cocktails were really good. For ultimate value do check out the happy hour times. The forum car park is 3.00 standard fee after 6 and just a short walk away. A really great customer experience 👏 Look forward to returning

Excellent evening visit to Turtule Bay on 19/9/23. We were frequent visitors until repeated bad visits due to moody staff (seemed to be the management on each visit) put us off returning. This visit however was completely the opposite!! Every staff member was friendly and engaging making our rare child free evening super enjoyable! The man making our drinks when we sat at the bar gave a great first impression and set us up for a good evening with some great cocktails. A big shout out to our host Evelyn who looked after us for the evening!!! We will deffinately be adding this back to our favourites list. Thanks.

Shout out to Lauren, she was spot on with her amazing service, Lauren definitely went the extra mile to look after us 8 Ladies nothing was to much to ask for and she seemed to enjoy helping us choose drinks and food. The food was absolutely delicious and I'll certainly be back again.

Came today for lunch, on my own! Had a £10 voucher to use from my birthday, so I thought, why not! Had the Jerk Pork Loin from their new 'Reggae Roasts', and oh my goodness, totally DELICIOUS! The staff were all VERY attentive, and informative. The food and drink menu is phenomenal! You HAVE to make this a 'place to visit' - you won't be disappointed. Love the ambience and decor soooo much; a very unique place in Norwich, and well done to all of those involved in making this a great restaurant 😀 👍🏻

Absolutely stunning food and ambiance. The starters we ordered were very close to an Indian dish that I really love. It was made with chickpeas. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the restaurant. I ordered a curry and rice which had a coconut flavour which was also very tasty. They had offers of drinks which was brilliant for mock tails lovers like myself. I ordered two :) and paid the price for one. The staff were very kind to delay the mains after my friend left for a short urgency. Thanks for accommodating the request and serving us fresh and hot food.

Came in for food but instantly felt robbed, was served cold, very dry and burnt chicken. Chicken tasted and appeared to have been cooked the day before. Ordered a chicken burger for my lil one but was surprised when she only had one bite and couldn’t eat it, so I asked for a take away box for her to have her burger at home. Was surprised when I opened up the burger and found a burnt chicken patty which smelled off. Their cocktails were nice. Very disappointed, and the service took ages.

Lauren was an awesome hostess and our drinks were never empty. Everyone worked together well. I had one minor blip with the food and they rectified immediately. Would highly recommend brunch here. Excellent value for money. The male server in the red tee short was also very accommodating

Ahoy there, mateys! My recent voyage to Turtle Bay in Norwich was a true Caribbean escapade! The atmosphere was so lively, I felt like I had a personal limbo instructor by my side. The drinks flowed like a tropical waterfall – they were pouring happiness faster than you can say "rum punch." I felt like I was on a liquid holiday, and the variety of concoctions made me feel like a pirate discovering a treasure trove! The staff were as friendly as a parrot with a parrot in his shoulder! They made me feel like I was the captain of my own Caribbean adventure. In terms of food, I'd say it was a flavour explosion that rivals a 4 legged foxtrot dance-off. The jerk chicken was so good; I almost broke into a reggae rendition of "Sweet Caroline." To sum it up, Turtle Bay in Norwich is a tropical haven in the heart of the city. Whether you're a seasoned rum enthusiast or a first-time Caribbean explorer, this place will make you say, "Ya man, this be the spot!" Our drinks order was taken as soon as we sat down and another soon after! The wait staff were very efficient and friendly. Food exceeded my expectations as I am wary of trying new things but I loved the Vegan Motherclucker! The only downside was that the burger didn't come with fries, but the fries were so yummy I didn't mind paying extra.

Fab cocktails, we tried a variety and all were delicious. Staff were helpful but not invasive and the burgers were tasty. Generally a positive experience, the only slight criticism I’d have is the music is quite loud which makes it difficult to chat

This is our favourite establishment drink in Norwich. We done the bottomless brunch which is a delicious main meal of your choice and obviously bottomless alcoholic drinks of your choice. There is a vast selection of cocktails too try which were all quite nice. As soon as you finish your drink they take an order for another one. We were hammered after 2 hours lol so my advice is pace yourselves and not drink too quickly lol. The decor and the look of the place is awesome. The staff our friendly and even though there's an endless supply of people ordering endless drinks they keep everyone topped up. Great place with a great vibe..

The bottomless brunch at turtle bay can’t be beaten! Dave our waiter way very attentive and really helpful with menu questions we had. He recommended us a great cocktail and requested my eggs the way I like them. Couldn’t rate his service and the experience high enough!

Our first visit to Turtle Bay, recommended by a family member who had lived for 20+ years in the Caribbean. Lu helped us with advice on our food choices and made us feel welcome. Atmosphere was great even for a Wednesday lunchtime. We both had the goat curry and I had a side-order of dumplings. The curry was hot but flavoursome and will possibly choose the same for our next visit. Thanks Lu and the Turtle Bay team.

Loved it here. The food was quick and delicious. The service was fab. We have a very kind lady who looked after our table and she was so quick topping up the drinks for bottomless as soon as we ran out. The drinks were delicious and such good value for money aswell! Especially when you have so many cocktails! Atmosphere was lovely, not too busy. Went for bank holiday lunch and it was perfect!

AMAZING place - one of the best Turtle Bays I've been in. We didn't have a table booked and it was busy but they were able to fit us in and allowed us to sit at the bar while we waited - 2 for 1 cocktails always a bonus. Great to watch the talented cocktail makers do their stuff and the drinks were amazing. Had a wonderful server who made the experience even better - Kynan was brilliant. Super friendly and just came across and a truly lovely person. Food was wonderful and we didn't have too wait too long even though it was super busy. Defiantly go again.

Went for a Tuesday late lunch date. We got the 2-4-1 cocktails which were nice, but I would only get them on the offer and not full price. Food was disappointing. Starter (sweetcorn fritter) was very stodgy and bland, our mains were also disappointing - fried chicken overdone and bland, ribs and mac n cheese etc tasted like microwaved food you can get anywhere. Really disappointing as we had been really looking forward to eating here. Staff friendly but I think we’re a bit understaffed as things did take a while.

I had a great evening at Turtle Bay! The food was great and the service from Evie was superb. She was really friendly, bubbly and helpful too! I would recommend 🥳 The only reason stopping me from giving it 5 stars was the fries! The fries were too spicy and there was no option to have plain ones 🥲

Fantastic place stunning fun restaurant. Staff friendly food tasted fab . Menu is themed so may not appeal to all tastes. Cocktails were lovely catch them on the 2-1 . Not watered down like some other bars you go to. Would recommend.

Some friends and I made a visit to Turtle Bay for some cocktails after we had been somewhere else to eat. Turtle Bay is a very nice place, the service was great and professional. Also, 2 for 1 cocktails!! You can't get any better than that. Would i come here again? Absolutely! I look forward to my next visit.

5 star service. Our waitress was incredibly efficient and welcoming. Best waitress I’ve ever had serve me in a chain by a mile. The atmosphere is good. Generally I don’t like themed / franchised / chain restaurants but I make an exception for Turtle Bay as I love my Caribbean food & if I’m in a city I don’t know well & see one, it’s a go to. They’re good fun! Their curry goat is a bit light on Scotch Bonnets in the Norwich venue & they don’t offer Guinness Punch. Otherwise very good.

Sounds lovely from the advertisements. However when you arrive at half 9 for a table of two during happy hour you’re told to leave as fully booked... There’s one table of 4 people at this point. We walk back past at almost 11, still only the one table of what is now 3 people. Yep sounds really full. Just sent us away in the hope of closing early x 👍👍

First visit this afternoon with my wife and we really enjoyed the meal. Great vibes in this restaurant, looks great with the Caribbean theme throughout. The food is jam packed with flavours 👌🏻 Good value for money. Very good covid measures in place and they even provide hand sanitizer at the table (which is the first restaurant I’ve seen do this). Friendly staff also. Would recommend and we will be returning. Many thanks.

Absolutely amazing place celebrated my sisters 50th birthday there couldn't of been any better and our waitress LAUREN was amazing couldn't do enough fir us from the mi use we got there till the minute we left will go back again xxx
