Bad
experience
tonight
would
never
go
again
really
not
like
it
use
to
be.
when
we
got
there
the
table
and
seats
where
dirty
and
covered
in
bits
of
food
so
we
cleaned
it
so
we
could
sit
down,
the
food
was
bad
the
wedge
salad
was
just
lettuce
and
a
couple
of
bits
of
bacon
see
photo
this
is
what
I
received
nothing
like
the
description,
the
burger
was
under
cooked,
I
complained
to
manager
she
was
not
helpful,
told
me
that’s
how
they
all
are
so
I
replied
why
is
mine
the
only
one
like
this
and
the
other
3
burgers
we
ordered
where
cooked
she
then
repeated
that’s
how
they
are.
This
is
not
acceptable
behaviour
or
attitude
of
a
manager
she
needs
retraining
on
customer
service
because
she
has
an
attitude
problem,
I
asked
for
a
refund
just
for
the
burger
not
the
whole
bill
if
not
I
will
leave
a
bad
review
she
then
replied
do
what
you
want
!
then
she
took
my
kids
meal
away
that
he
was
only
half
way
through
eating,
I
then
asked
for
her
to
come
back
and
told
her
she
can
take
that
meal
off
the
bill
as
you
just
took
it
away
when
he
was
not
finished
she
had
no
choice
but
to
refund
for
that
meal
but
still
refused
to
take
the
undercooked
burger
off,
so
we
paid
and
left
very
disappointed
if
I
treated
my
customers
like
that
I
would
be
out
of
business.
