Been a few times now, lots of entertainment for all ages. Bowling and arcade is great. Only issue I have is that I had put money into a fruit machine and nothing happened. Found a member of staff and explained what had happened, she then informed me that they do not have the keys to the machine as they don't own them and really didn't seem to know what to do. I didn't lose a fortune but does seem unfair that you can't fix a problem unless the owner of the machine is there. All in all tho we did have a good time.

Took 2 children after school and had a confused situation with a complimentary ticket, but they handled it very well and very politely... We were offered the VIP lane and the kids loved it... The ball got stuck twice and it was rectified quickly with no hassle... Staff were friendly and efficient....

One of the employees there was very rude. Was drinking a can from Tesco and he felt they felt the need to take my drink. It would be polite to discuss this properly instead of just being rude and taking my drink away. Anyways would not recommend for a date cause mine was ruined.

My girlfriend and I go in for the arcade games relatively often and enjoy the environment. In particular the service from Gee is fantastic, she always takes the time to talk with us and is the main reason why always come back!! Her customer service skills are outstanding and never fails to put a smile on our faces!

I had a blast at Hollywood Bowl in Norwich! The atmosphere was lively, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The lanes were well-maintained, and the scoring system was easy to use. A perfect place for a fun night out with friends or family! Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Were in Norwich to watch my team Stoke, we could not get into other pubs in the vacinaty so nipped into the H/Bowl and found a really good place full of families and home supporters. Seems a great place to visit if you live there ( sadly something we in Stoke are lacking). We wore no colours and sat quietly having a couple of beers while watching kids enjoying themselves. Gave it 5/5 as it looked a great place to spend a day out with the kids.

We decided to book in one rainy day over the Easter holidays. It wasn’t too busy when we turned up at 10am (was a lot more busy an hour later!). We went with our two children aged 6 and 4 and the baby. We felt quite rushed when we got there as were told that we each had 10 minutes so had to be done by 10.40am. There was a member of staff hovering by at that time to clean our area after. Part of me is quite impressed if they clean the booths after every use. The booking system was a bit frustrating as it only gave us an option of 10-12 then once we booked, told us we had to be there for 10am. This was a bit tight for us so we called to try move it back a bit but they said that wasn’t possible. So we rushed and we made it there but would have preferred either a better booking system or someone more helpful on the other end of the phone. Otherwise, it was fun and clean. There’s also an arcade which is fun to play on after.

Good food, well priced and nice atmosphere, definitely reccomend.

Fun place to bowl and play some games, staff are always friendly when I visit. However, sadly lost a star as sometimes the machines just eat your money and don't let you play. This happened with pool where my friend was charged twice and has happened to me at the 2p dispenser in the past too (staff were quick to fix this but we didn't realise the pool till after we was home).

Customer service is not great, although they were pleasant. We booked online, but they wouldn't allow us an extra game, although there were plenty of unused alleys. It's not the place for the serious bowlers, more of a family fun venue with lots cool stuff for the children.

Went for son's birthday. Overall, pretty good. Very odd with the bowling though - doesn't seem to register all of the pins that have been knocked down, which makes the scoring a little pointless. We did the burger and bowling deal for the family. Food was alright, although everyone's chips were cold. Overall, for a five year olds birthday, can't grumble too much as he really enjoyed it.

We were promptly greeted after using the service call button, our order was taken by Lewis. Lewis was very attentive, friendly and replaced our young sons drink who was crying after he spilled it, he quickly replaced the drink, excellent customer service from him. Thanks Lewis for making our experience extra.

Awesome place for bowling,pool, arcades, beer and food. Great value for money and generally a great atmosphere. Nice service, don't have to wait long. Great place for a night out or a quick bite and beer on matchdays.

Fun afternoon with the family. Clean and tidy, well organised. Staff helpful. Ordering drinks on the app was easy, quick service too. Don't have to muck about entering player names, all done for you. Riverside is a bit busy on a Saturday night. 👍

Pool tables are of good quality. Definitely have a lot of fun here. Great choice of arcade games and bowling is great too.

Great evening bowling good vibe inside. Drinks seemed a bit flat but weren't too bad and reasonably priced. Lots to do inside other than just bowling and a American like diner to get burgers, hot dogs etc. Well located parking and lots of other restaurants and places down riverside.

A typical Hollywood bowling experience, I booked for one game and drinks and that is what we got. We managed to get a free upgrade to VIP which was a nice gesture and the food was really your average bowling experience. Didn't appreciate having to stand in the bar and wait while two staff were playing about and not making any drinks, instead they were running from one side of the bar to the other laughing, which I understand it's tiring working and you need a break but when I want a drink, I kinda want to know its being made ASAP. The website you can buy it from said drinks will take over 40 minutes, I found out why,its the bar staff. Otherwise the arcade was fun, tickets got you little to no prizes but all in all, a good experience!

Service was a little iffy, but it was busy. Shortage of bowls for some reason, normally spares stored on racks around the place. Bowling was great, screens and tables all clean. All round a good visit.

Ended up here because we forgot to book trampoline activity for kids. They don't want to go trampolining again! The Hollywood Bowl is the best. Bowling, slot machines and burgers what more could you want if you were on half term holiday. Friendly helpful staff. Very clean.

Very clean and good atmosphere. Sensibly priced bar. £12 for two games and £13 for a round of 3 drinks. Plenty of pool tables and loads of arcade games too.

Friendly staff and fast bowling lanes! Quite a few beers and drinks to choose from behind the bar. Area was clean and well maintained, we were especially happy that they had great pool tables

My daughter’s birthday party for 22 kids on Sunday at another venue was cancelled the Friday night before so I called multiple venues on Saturday morning to try and rebook something. After an hour on the phone I called Hollywood Bowl and reached Kyle who was so incredibly helpful and sympathetic to my predicament. He pulled together a package of bowling and food that worked to my budget. After confirming numbers, I called back to book and chatted to Megan who was equally friendly and helpful as Kyle. This was so reassuring after quite a lot of stress..! On arrival at the Norwich venue, the ladies on the front desk were again amazing at getting us all sorted and booked in, even allocating us a cordoned off area where we could have our food and birthday cake later on. What could’ve been a birthday disaster turned into a triumph and that’s all because of the magnificent team across the board from the phone to in-person. Thank you so much for all your help. My daughter had a fantastic birthday with all her friends. Definitely recommend and be back soon. x

Great nights bowling. Per setup was good. Table service was a little slow

Very new and clean. The staff went out of their way to make sure our lane was available on time. The equipment was good, as was the atmosphere. It was quite pricey, in my view, especially when you add on the parking cost (make sure you get the right ticket - leisure not rail! It’s not easy for visitors to understand the system), but nevertheless we had a good entertaining time. I would go again.

Went bowling in the afternoon and was pleasantly surprised, we got a good discount and enjoyed our time. everything was clean and sanitised and the lanes were spread out for COVID which was really nice. We even got table service to the lane and drinks came very quickly. Had a nice time and will be back again in the future.
