If you make it to Norwich, seeing the Royal Arcade after touring the castle is a must. Everything about this town has its own character. Every curve of every beam, and every cobblestone street. I couldn’t even tell you the shops that are in the Arcade, because I was too busy admiring the beauty of it all. I could walk around this town forever and still feel like I hadn’t seen it all. So glad I was able to stop in and see this beautiful place!

Lots of shops. Very quirky with a few cafes to choose from. Can get a bit cold on windy days other then that great experience.

Opened in 1899. Back then arcade shopping was very much in vogue and brought the fashionable, exotic, and continentally-influenced architecture of Art Nouveau for the first time. Marmalades and Yalm are worth a visit within the Arcade too.

Lovely. An historic period piece but a lovely walk thru with independent retailers and a crackin coffee/lunch Marmalade stop. Well worth a visit.

Beautiful short walk. Nice architecture which you will like at any time of day in any season. However it's bad to see so many shops closed except a few eateries and a good toys shop. This straight walk has three entrances.

Beautiful architecture but sadly lacking in shops, due to high rent etc. Langleys and Marmalades are highlights along with the little stationery shop at the entrance on Gentleman's Walk

It was school holidays and children running and shouting . As nice as it was .it made it confusing for my old head and I got lost in there. Then when I finally got out . I got lost in the streets . Very hard for a first time visitor on her own . And getting on a bitvtoo

Worth going just to pop into the Langley model shop. Great staff that are up for a chat and give honest reviews of their products. If you are into D n D, Warhammer, model painting, sword collections, board games, please consider giving them a visit!

Lovely place, nice and clean but was amazed at how many shops have gone, that were there before covid. But it is still worth a visit.

Love the building, just wish the shops wouldn't end up closing down so quickly and kept more to independent businesses than chains

Gorgeous shopping arcade in the centre of Norwich Links Gentleman's Walk to Castle Street, which is then only across Castle Meadow to the castle Would definitely recommend walking through And look up when you reach either end to see the fine architecture

Architecture is Beautiful Lovely place to walk through Shame a lot of the units are empty.... If the council would charge less this could be full and there would be more local business to offer.

Big changes since I last visited. Langleys have shifted around, and appear far smaller.not to bad to browse, but nothing else for me there.

Lovely shopping Arcade and has a sense of regality to it. It's kept beautiful and it would be a shame if you missed visiting it whilst in Norwich.
