You’ll love Planet Fitness in Norwood if you’re a fan of Port-a-potties, paying for water to drink, and not being able to shower after the gym. It’s one thing that the water in the building has been down for weeks, but at least give out free bottles of water if all water fountains are broken.

I've never seen in any gym the lack of professionalism, the staff chased me down for carrying a spray bottle with me while using a row of machines, ripped it out of my hand and told me to leave! I have been working out in many gyms over 30 years and have never had a more negative feeling towards a gym I'll never go back!

Went in to cancel my membership before moving away from this location. The system was down when I went in so I left my info with one of the employees and they told me they would cancel it. Come to realize now 2 months later that I’m still being charged for it. The place isn’t bad location but still kinda upset that I was still being charged and now have to go through the hassle of canceling it again.

I went into this place with pretty low expectations, having read the reviews and seen all the PF memes. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. I went in looking for a new gym membership with a buddy. The front desk person was super friendly and not really pushy. The gym itself was spacious, had a ton of equipment (besides cardio), and was quite clean (at the time). The person took us on a comprehensive tour and answered all our questions. He then recommended a plan which best suited our needs and budget. This is my gym now. At the end of my workout, I hit the massage bed, which was a fantastic end to the experience. Overall was impressed and will update in a month or so.

Went to the norwood location, very clean and new machines. I am really seriously thinking of signing up.

iPhone users constantly talking and making obnoxious videos absolutely ruin this place. I can't believe they allow people to talk and make videos on their iPhones the whole time.

Customer service was super disappointing, virtually no help enrolling in the club and when I needed to cancel, they could not have made it more difficult. Well worth it to spend your money elsewhere.

Great place. They keep it nice and clean and the staff always greets you with a smile. The equipments are always clean and functional.

I must say during my stay/visit in Norwood, earlier this year. I went by this particular facility. Let me just say this, most of the machines that I wanted to use wasn't working so it made my whole workout session sucked! On top of that, I had the employee watching me like I was a black kid in the 60's going to an all white grocery store thinking I'm about to steal something smh. I felt so uncomfortable smh. If I asked a question it was as if I was bothering the staff. All it took for one day, after that I would never stepped in that building. If this was the only planet fitness at that time I would never ever signed up for it. But, thank God most of the other planet fitness I've been into was different. Please work on having the machine working, as well as having the right staff members interacting with customers. Apart from all that, I will say the place was pretty clean great job!

Tanning bed was dirty and it had no cool air blowing in the tanning bed

Great planet fitness. - Pretty decent/neutral music. - Not overly crowded (huge plus) - NOT freezing cold. I can actually work up a sweat here and don't have to worry about wearing a sweatshirt (huge plus). - lockers rooms are super cold though...

I’m a big fan of planet fitness in general and the staff at Norwood PF is very helpful. We’ll maintained gym, properly clean with enough equipment’s for more number of people to work out on.

I went to this place on OCT 15 morning and the guy in front desk has worst attitude.i was standing there for long time. He didn't even bother abt me .The member who he was talking told him to look into me .Even after that he didn't attend me . He is doing everything on purpose. When he came back I asked him about it and his answer are so rude .I am totally confused why do the have a guy like him in the front desk.

Clean, bright and well-stocked with everything you need (machines, cardio, free weights). The space is large and well-lit, and the staff is super friendly. Can't beat the value!!

Just started going to Planet because WOW Norwood closed. The only thing that stinks is that they don't offer classes. I can't take a point off because none of the PF do. But other than that the gym is SUPER CLEAN. Staff is really nice. Their tanning beds are awesome and newer. Machines all work. I even saw them DEEP CLEANING the treadmills as in pulling them apart and cleaning them inside. Cleaning stations everywhere. This gym never smells. Massage beds are awesome. I really enjoy this location.

Planet fitness is terrible, go to a different gym planet fitness will hold your bank account hostage even if you write a letter and follow the instructions to cancel. They charged my account even when they were closed in the early days of the pandemic. Go to any other gym

Brand new bathroom facilities yet the handicapped shower chair is already broken. No hook for towels at that shower stall either. Needs to be accessible and judgement free for people of all abilities. Do better.

Very nice facility, clean and spacious. Staff is friendly and definitely one of the better Planet Fitness gyms.

How sorry I am for that person for having said that if I changed my sex just because the account is in my wife's name, she doesn't use it, plus I pay for it, it should be measured before speaking...
