We come here on a regular usually good food good customer service but today the complete opposite so today I’m enjoying lunch with my boyfriend and realize a whole bug in my food if y’all eat at PIADA IN NORWOOD watch it the manager only refunded me for the 1 bowl when he should refunded my whole order. I showed him the bug in my bowl and his exact words probly came off the spinach and on top of that I’m 7 months pregnant

Service was fast and efficient. Food was delicious. Highly recommend and would come back again!

Not sure if it was just that specific worker but me and two of my friends did not have a great experience. One friend asked for no tomato three times and they still put the biggest handful on her pasta, another asked for regular chicken, and they gave her hot chicken, they only put one tiny of scoop of pasta in mine. We would’ve asked to remake but the line was starting to go out the door and we did not want to be the ones holding it up. Here’s a picture of how many tomato’s were in the first one.

10/10 food and customer service, definitely recommend! Food is delicious, flavorful, and well cooked. Cleanliness is maintained. There is almost never any wait time, the employees make sure that your order options are added (for any customizations) before moving on to the next category of selections.

Well, I came in this restaurant, and as I came in, I waited to be helped, it seems like warren didn't want to assist me with my large bowl I wanted to purchase on my lunch break, He seemed very off when I was waiting, but very talkative with the white couple behind me! so the young man that helped me was very kind, I ordered a large sausage bowl, my pasta seemed very not much in my large expensive bowl, I asked for more pasta to the black line because it's a large bowl, and he did exactly what I liked! He also gave me more sauce then any other Piada place that I've been too and it was very delicious. And the Warren guy that didn't seem to want to help me as the next in line, he made sure that he supervised and watched the young kind black man make what I asked for, and made me uncomfortable to watch Warren watch the guy that made my bowl properly! And I also watched Warren make sure I got a extra pasta charge for pasta as well, hmmm, very strange! And as I checked out, I watched Elisa make sure I was charged and I had watch her make sure she didn't close the lid and I had to ask for a bag, there was no greetings or anything or a thank you for visiting from Elisa the cashier! She just made sure I was extra charged, I wanted to give a tip to the young black man for taking the time to make sure I was satisfied with my large bowl I purchased, my total rounded up to $13 and Elisa made sure that my tip was not accepted to give to the young black gentleman employee that showed some respect towards me as a customer! And then I had to ask for a cup of water twice. I will not be back to this location again! I have been visiting Piada every sense they business started in Cincinnati! But the extra charges in the large bowls is rediculous. I would order a small bowl for a small size portion. But no. I ordered a large bowl, this is the first time I have ever been charged for pasta when I'm normally charged for extra sauce when other locations give one you only get one scoop of sauce. But this location has made me not look back visiting this atmosphere again! It's to expensive to not be happy with how you want your large bowl! And my bowl looks exactly like the advertising shown on the pictures, it's very misleading and wrong to be extra charging!

The workers we’re extremely nice and helped provide the best experience with the freshest food. They were very complying with the student discount which was very helpful. 10/10 recommend.

Excellent portions and flavor. Very clean restaurant with friendly staff during my visit. This is a strong 4☆ from me. The grilled chicken was very fatty to an inedible point. Rest of the meats looked fine. Their bacon was next level good. Would be good to add in another trash can on the opposite side of store. Overall, great experience.

Maybe it's my own tastes, maybe it's due to association, but I was really getting an off brand Chipotle feel from the aesthetic that just didn't match with the idea I had of "Italian street food". It's fine if you are particularly interested in the food, but it is a bit steep price wise and I've only gotten one thing. Could likely use another attempt for final thoughts.

Today was awesome. Greg the Mgr couldn't have been more accommodating . This was my first time at this location . The food quality was fresh and tasty. They have great calamari .

Such a great experience! I’ve been to Piada before but it was my first time at the Norwood location and I am very happy I came. My food was fresh and everything was so delicious. To top it off the customer service was amazing. I believe it was Andre who helped me and my niece with our order and I just want to thank him. He was so sweet along with all the other staff. Thank you!!

I came in on 12/20/2023. I had received a gift card for Christmas for a free meal, this happened to me the same day I totaled my car. The manager was so very kind and told me to keep my card. I lost it in the middle of the restaurant. This man restored my faith in humanity and made my day a little brighter. He is a wonderful employee and I hope he gets recognition for his upstanding show of humanity.

I had never been to this location, but I’ll definitely be coming back! Greg was very kind and the staff made my food perfectly! Thank you guys, I was so hungry lol, hit the spot! ❤️

It was our first time there, Adrienne was so kind and made us feel so welcome! We got free dessert to try! The portions were huge and everything was so good! We will definitely be coming back! Amazing customer service!

Great food portions and options. Very clean restaurant and the staff is always friendly! The bacon is very good, and the grilled chicken and sausage make for very filling meals. I always get my order customized and the staff always understands. Pepperoni sticks are good too. New soda machine as well! Randomly gets busy during lunch rushes over the weekend, but great experience as a whole.

People there were very friendly! Guy was nice enough to comp the drink I forgot to order. Happy they were able to get Christmas off yesterday! Will definitely be back!

A really nice alternative to other fast food. I got the carbonara and it was very flavorful and plenty of food to fill me up.

I'm a Piada loyalist. This is hands down the best one in the Cincinnati area. Food is excellent and the customer service was friendly. Cleanliness was better than the Piadas in Hyde Park and Mason, but still could use more frequent table cleaning.

Food always so delicious and fresh they allow you to get basically whatever it is u desire at no extra charge. People are very nice

Love that they opened up here. I have a great experience everytime except when people get stingy with the ingredients. But most of the time its great so I keep coming back! Worth the money as long as they make it well

Piada is one of my favorite restaurants, this location in particular is the best. Their hospitality is amazing, the management team interacts with the guests very frequently, and the team members are very polite. It is always very clean, and the food is great quality. The pasta is never mushy or brittle. There is very little wait time because the line moves so quickly, and they never run out of chicken like other locations. The manager of this location, Adrian, frequently helps me when I come in and does an amazing job.

I visited Piada and asked for a "Greek Chicken Wrap" and instead of them saying they didn't sell it they gave me a "Mediterranean Piada Chicken" I didn't know until I was home and opened the bag and saw the receipt.... Very dishonest of them. Although the Mediterranean Piada Chicken was good it was not what I had ordered... Excellent friendly customer service and super fresh tasty dishes! Prices are very reasonable, regular size is large enough for two servings. Definitely will be back!

This place has it. It's like an Italian Chipotle, and it's quick too. Not only do you get hearty meals and friendly service, but you get something comparable to an olive garden quality meal and portions are generous. 5 stars both for dine in and carryout. Definitely check this place out.

The lunch workers are fantastic and I love to come in. In the evening it’s a different story… constantly forgetting things and portion size is significantly different. The customer interaction side of things also is very different between the shifts. I love the food but just wish it was consistent.

This place is way underrated. Great portions, great ingredients, and great staff for a pretty good price. The fettuccine is really good. The meatballs are also good. If you haven't been there, because you judged the book by its cover; I suggest you rethink and try it. You won't be disappointed.

We really enjoyed it. I am sorry I didn't get any pictures. It smelled so good I just had to dig in. I got the grilled chicken carbonara and my friend got the avocado wrap. I was really surprised by the bacon because it was not what I was expecting. I loved it. My friend really enjoyed his wrap. It was really big and he had to take some home.We are so looking forward to going back. I highly recommend you give it a try.
