Amazing place. If it wasn't for this place I couldn't imagine how my Bruno would be now. He was told by orchard vets he'd never see out one of his discoloured eyes. Not accepting this took him pdsa the treated him with few different drops now his eye is 80percent clear and he don't have problem seeing.. also sorted a retained testicular that can cause problems. So I'm for ever grateful 🙏

Layout is great, reception separates dogs from cats etc and is very spacious. Trainee staff that had seen us were brilliant and very informative. Checked everything that they possibly could, was very reassuring and polite. Reception staff are lovely and helpful. Couldn’t recommend more.

Just went down to PDSA to re register and make an appointment for my little dog. I spoke to Rosie on reception, what a lovely , caring and considerate person she is. She took time to help and was extremely knowledgeable, appointment made, so much easier and nicer than on the phone or filling in the forms on the internet. She is a true asset in a high pressured job understanding that people are worried about their pets. Thank you so much.

I can't praise this Veterinary Service enough, they got us out of a serious pickle when we thought there would be little to no help available on Christmas Day; helped brilliantly, prompt and concise treatment, and very reasonably priced. There's certain concessions for particular benefits which may be very helpful to people on any lower incomes worried about spiralling costs too.

The PDSA offer a great service for low income people. They were friendly, helpful and caring. A woman working on reception wasnt very nice at all, on the phone she was very rude to an elderly person who couldnt find the right documents and the conversation could be clearly heard along with derogatory comments to an uncomfortable looking staff member. She wore glasses and was brunette and was also rude to another customer. The other staff members were great though. The place is spotless plenty of room and sections separate for dog and cat owners.

Great new building with ample parking and easy access. Seen in good time and separate seating for cat and dog owners. Seating also available outside under a canopy to keep you dry while you wait. Vet was polite and did a full health check on my dog and 2 appointments were made for treatment the same week.

It was the second time we visited for a vaccination of Oliver. It has a big reception area and was very nice and clean. The nurse was very helpful and friendly.

Absolutely lovely place, after having to have my dog put to sleep they was very supportive and gave us advice about his cremation. Would recommend PDSA to anyone who is eligible for Thier service.

I took a friend with her cat, which was ill. Unfortunately, the cat had to be put to sleep. The staff were very caring and took the time to talk to my friend and reassured her that he wasn't alone when he was put to sleep. They also explained where the ashes were scattered. They made a sad time a little more bearable.

I took my greyhound to the vets last week and the vet Claire was excellent. She was really good with him and very gentle. His ear was itching and he was limping really badly. I would definitely recommend the PDSA.

Beautiful new building. Clean and spacious. Friendly helpful staff. The vet was knowledgeable and helpful. Only issue was the tannoy system was very muffled and unclear and difficult to hear who was being called to what room.

Sadly my baby kitten fell poorly last Friday and she had to be put to sleep, I was absolutely heart broken as you can imagine however there team did everything in there power to save my little baby, and were so supportive and gentle and caring throughout the whole process to both me and my baby, I couldn’t of asked for anything better. They are all ever so lovely. Thankyou for everything you have done for me and baby Luna xxx
