They sell very nice stuff. Need a lot of time so roam around. They have lots of Christmas decorations. They had a long que while entering. Had very interesting items. Wish I would buy these beautiful penguins n take with me to Sweden.

Alot of Christmas Variety in general but alot of things are sadly out of stock.

My Mam loved the Range we went to look for Christmas lights staff at Lady Bay very helpful just wish my glasses did not steam up in store because of Mask loads to see

Absolutely fantastic. As an upper middle class individual I'd always been rather snobby about this place, but was astounded by the quality and value of products on offer. Far superior to Waitrose.

I was disappointed in the quality of the Christmas decorations, particularly the baubles. They are cheaply made and expensive with being sold separately . I found a few boxes but they were generally lacklustre.

Massive selection of products all under one roof. Managed to buy a few Christmas presents and enjoyed looking round the store to give other ideas for future use and purchase.

the staff are friendly but delivery is poor. I ordered 5 items, they canceled one without givibg reasons. Then 2 items were delivered. After following up with the customer service and waited for more than a week, they delivered the 4th item, never mentioned when to deliver the final item. We decided to cancel the order, but had to go there twice to get back the refund.

It's a big retail outlet that covers a multitude of ranges, from dog food to furniture. If you need something its probably there.

Great store, the lady in the till was very helpful and polite. Variety of products, I will definitely come back.

The Range is the best all year round but it's even better at Christmas, simply amazing range at The Range!

Popped in to buy a picture frame. Was able to find the correct size I needed due to the large amount of stock in the store. Easy to move around the store an find the item I wanted. Took a while to get through the tills as long queue, some self service tills for quick purchases would be a welcome addition. Store staff friendly and helpful.

Very good "Range" of products. Well set out. Plus a lift to go on the upper floor if required. Cafe wonderful. Chicken spicy burger...wow

Great store, variety of tools, items. You can even copy a key to an automatic locksmith, the Staff is very polite and professional. I will definitely visit again.

Cheap stuff that breaks and doesn't work and then they force you take it back to branch purchased in. Personally I found the staff on that day unhelpful and not polite. I am sure company policy is to blame not individuals but I'll take my money elsewhere

Nothing is ever priced, I cannot be bothered going in any more as I end up wasting my time, If staff are too lazy to do most basic of jobs then I cannot but bothered to buy their stuff.
