This store is something my wife remembers from the time she was in the UK all those years ago. As a result, she wanted to visit this store while we were in Nottingham. My wife and daughter picked up a couple of dresses. My daughter also picked up a pair of Minnie Mouse shoes. I picked up a set of pajamas. The store was extremely busy with all the students visiting the store. Checkout was pretty quick considering the length of the queue when we started queueing.

Very good showroom for clothes, shoes, purses, jewellery etc. Lot of variety to select. It has 2 floors of thousands of readymade clothes for men, women, boys, girls and kids. I have visited there nottingham city showroom .

Very good welcome from young guy in shop/reception. Lovely food in restaurant in castle. Terrace cafe, the BEST poached eggs on salmon/roll/rocket and Hollandaise. Friendly staff giving directions. Excellent history section, and great art/regiment galleries. Pouring rain outside but a fabulous place o visit in any weather.

You can always get a Bargain here. From socks to wetsuits ( seasonal obviously) and it's always so busy. There are a couple of mature staff who know how to treat customers, just a pity some of the seasonal staff don't have such good people skills!. ( Experienced by a friend)

Really rude staff at the changing room. I know sometimes it gets boring at work but there is no need to mock customers and start drama. Shopping can be really hard for some people, a little kindness goes a long way.

It's Primark, on two floors, not sure what people expect from Primark! As usual, clothes everywhere and long queues at the tills. Popped in for a pair of gloves as I'd left mine at home, found some for £1 so no complaints from me. Noticed the clothes recycling boxes, which I think are a great addition.

Uncomfortably hot. Basket stations are inadequately placed for the Mrs who goes in to buy one item and shortly uturns on that statement. Busy as hell. Need an NVQ in map reading just to find the socks. More clothes on the floor than a teenagers bedroom. Checkout queues stupidly long. All in all wouldn't spend a week vacation here again.

This is one of the biggest Primark stores I have visited, and there's quite a large selection of items to purchase. While it isn't the cheapest store around, it is definitely not the most expensive, and will be affordable for most people. I had no problems navigating and paying, and my entire shopping experience was nice

Queue management was horrendous with staff not diverting a long queue from one side, to the other, despite not having any customers! It took a member of public to remove the trolly barrier so that customers could be served by 3 free tills, not serving, while the ones on the side were non-stop! There's clearly a problem with that! That said, store was nice and staff friendly, just need some 'guidance' it seems! 😊✋

Huge selection of clothes , plus home textile and cosmetic products all under one roof @ prices that most can afford without breaking the bank . Please note it can be very busy at times but with low price banding on products it is worth a look . The atmosphere is ultra modern and contemporary, till time is brief as they have plenty of well trained polite staff waiting to help. A must for the budget conscious high fashion shopper.

Disappointed with the member of staff today, Christine (middle aged lady) who clearly doesn’t want to be there. Visited the Nottingham store in full swing of Christmas to quite frankly coming out feeling really peed off. She made the whole transaction difficult as if it was coming from her own pocket. Returned a faulty item to have her say “umm I don’t think it was done that way” People was waiting behind me and it didn’t need to be made difficult. No customer service from her what so ever. Spent so much money, felt like telling her to refunded everything. She clearly shouldn’t be working with customers.

The place is accessible but there's still too many aisles with close gaps that make it difficult to navigate with my wheelchair. When it's busy there's a lot of prams using the elevators. The staff are very helpful which does make up for the few failings it has.
