Love the idea of it & have seen the same thing in Riga (Latvia)...but on this occasion, despite there being loads of taps, there wasn't really anything we wanted. Oktoberfest was on so the taps were skewed accordingly. The staff were very helpful and the system was very slick...if they had 3 or 4 beers that we liked we would have stayed much longer, as it was we all had about a 1/3rd each & left.

Excellent bar, what an amazing way to sample cask ales and beers..you can choose your tipple try and buy.. Before you down a pint. !!..staff are so helpful..staff member Terry..was such a knowledgable guy and happy to explain in detail.. The ingredients brewing.. tastes..ect..infact.. what he doesn't know anout his business isn't worth knowing..!!.... Great vibe well worth a visit and a sample... We will return soon... Awaiting one of these amazing bars to open closer to where I live in Liverpool.. Fingers crossed

Great concept, executed well. You get to serve yourself, using a card given to you as you arrive to rack up drinks. Whilst some of it can be a little expensive, the offering is vast and the setting is great. The alleyway seating area is good for windy and rainier days, whilst the seating on Byard Lane gives the place a very European feel. If I’m ever in Nottingham to see friends, this place is always on my radar

A great selection of craft keg beers in a nice environment and a fun way to buy your beer. You get given a card on entry and you choose your beer from the 10+ on offer. You then present your card which unlocks the tap and you dispense your own - as much or as little as you like. It's a great way to try new beers. When you are ready to leave, you settle your tab at the till. 👍

Good selection of beers and ciders on tap. The tap and pour concept is great and allows the opportunity to try options why you buy without being subjected to measures - keeping costs down and in control. The fridge is also packed with a vast range of drinks.

Great beer selection with wine available, interesting and fun self-service style. And friendly staffs.

Great place I have been trying to visit for so long but not close for me to get to. Eventually managed it and was a good experience a day the owner was really friendly and helpful. It's nice you can sample as much or as little as you wish from each of the pumps as you serve yourself. Great system showing how much you have spent to keep it under control. Looking forward to coming back.

A different selection of beers and spirits for you to try. Not the cheapest of prices. But worth a visit. A nice atmosphere within. You are given a card to activate the separate pumps, keep an eye on what you spend as you pay as you leave.

Popular for Sunday Roasts. Only popped in for a drink, but by the looks of the plates of food that were coming out, you definitely get value for money. Staff are friendly and the toilets were clean.

This is an extraordinary place. Self-service beer! It's such a good idea and you can try just a small amount of a number of beers to find your favourite. They serve great pizza too. A friendly place with very pleasant staff.

Great place to sample a range of beers. With lots of taps, you can pour as much or as little as you want. The tap tells you how much you're pouring and your cumulative spend. System works well as you're give a plastic card to record you're purchases. Staff really helpful. Love the place.

The family and I visited Nottingham and found this little Gem of a great quirky pub. On arrival was invited and instructed on how to use the Taps .Nice selection of Beers and ciders. Nice welcoming staff and atomsphere. Would I visit again ..... absolutely Thanks guys

16 or more beers and a handful of ciders in a serve your self type venue, fantastic for real ale enthusiasts who want to try a load of different styles of beer. The self serve thing was easy to use and a bit of fun.

Innovative set up, a beer bar with multiple taps and self-service. You're given a card on entry to track how much you pull, different beers are different prices, and you only pay for what you take, like a petrol pump. A great selection of different interesting craft beers. Great value.
