It was surprisingly ok, the kids loved it. I liked the open space and the ability to see the children enjoying themselves while I worked. The food was expensive for the poor quality but everything else was great. Take your own snacks (!) We bought our tickets in advance and there was no wait or queue, the till was quick and there was hardly any hanging around for the safety video. Parking was better than I expected too.

Great place, great fun for all the children. Recommend buying a jug of juice on arrival, as its cheap. One down fall to this experience was 2 of the members of staff, who was quite arrogant & miserable to say the least. Created an atmosphere. Would of gave 5 stars otherwise.

During the holidays, it gets to that point when the kid is climbing the walls. They've played, watched and drawn everything, so we opted for Red Kangaroo with a friend. The kids go through a short training and safety session, before they are let loose. They spent 2 hours jumping on the trampolines and over the rotating poles. The parents got to sit upstairs and watch, whilst drinking coffee, and imagining how early the kids will go to bed. Very good fun, friendly staff and Nottingham local!

Great place if you would like to spend time actively! There are plenty of different attractions and activities , such as: trampolines, climbing walls, bash & bounce, slides, and many more! Myself and my kids loved it! Highly recommended for every member of the active family!

Don't get me wrong my daughter enjoyed her time there. But as a parent was very disappointed... Waited over thirty minutes for a hotdog and in the end got my money back. The waiting time on food is awful even with six people behind the counter.

Most Amazing place for kids. Plan before hand and enjoy with your love ones. Very spacious and multiple party can be done. unlimited Secure lockers. The main part is the supporting staffs . they are very much professional and kind to kids and parents. Feel like home without any worry. I lost my wallet for a some hours and while back home realized . Suddenly i rushed to the park and reported my lost belonging. They are just superb and coordinate among themselves and hand over my wallet. I will love to go there again with my kid. Well relaxing day spent. Thanks again to the staffs.

First of all, let me say that one of the employees, Billy, was amazing. Great guy, so fun to talk with and was a great help, couldn't talk more positively about him. Give that man a raise. Had a great time while the park was a lot more quieter. Thank you Billy and staff. Give Billy a raise 😂

I have been there few times for birthday parties of other kids. Last week we had ours for my son. Kids love it as usual. And the service was excellent. Teams are very helpful throughout the party. I suggest avoiding busy hours if you want full enjoyment.

Kids loved it but quite expensive as £45 for three kids and £10 for 3 small slushies, bring your own snacks and drinks, it would be so good if for once we could go somewhere that does not rip you off !

Been going here for a while now and my kids love it. I do feel it's starting to become a little expensive which is why I'm giving 4 stars. We went for 1 hour as a surprise trip and so had to pay for socks, myself and my partner had coffee and some juice for the kids which ment it came in at £39 (socks cost £3 per pear x 2) which as much as the kids love it is just so expensive... So it's a rare treat now..

If you want your kids to have fun, and the most exercise they will have had in a very long time, this is a great place to go. It's a bit of a trek from Carlton because it's in an industrial estate in Hucknall but it's fairly reasonably priced for an occasional treat and not at all busy if you are lucky enough to go on a school strike day!

If your the type of parent who doesn't pay anything attention to what your kids do at a trampoline park/soft play and just go for a coffee then this is the place for you. If your an active parent who jumps with your kids (well done) then bounce with caution as everything they say you shouldn't do in the video at start goes out the window. People run onto your trampoline from every direction. If you can do flips and tricks then you have to have eyes in the back of your head and if you you hurt one of these idiots then you'll be to blame from the parents sipping coffee. Kids as young as four are walking round without a parent in sight, it's a wonder there hasn't been a serious injury there yet
