Lovely place to visit with children! My sons enjoyed and had a lot of fun in the playground where you can do so many activities. Loved the animals, the reptiles, the birds. Very interesting and we had such a nice weather as well. I definitely recommend!

The absolute best way for me to spend my birthdays! So much so that it's a yearly visit 😁 and despite visiting often not even close of having enough of WhitePostFarm! I'm absolutely 💯 a animal lover and until I can get my own farm I am very happy to be able to enjoy and hang out with the animals at this farm. They are just the best when it comes to customer service, cleanliness, staff are friendly and helpful, animals are clearly loved and very well taken care of 👍 I start every visit as soon as they open and leave at closing time and I still want to hang out more. The animals have such amazing personalities and they love to play around and get fussed and of course the awesome treats you can buy for two and four legged 🤗 there is also a great cafe with plenty of choices and since the gorgeous birds have been introduced it just got better and better! Absolutely fantastic 👏 👌

Absolutely a fantastic place to bring young children and introduce them to whole variety of little insects to big farm animals. Fantastic interaction with so many animals, little rabbits, guinea pigs to goats and more. Seeing the little lambs that have just been born. A huge play area for the kids, a dining area too. Highly recommended to go 🙂. Not many pictures apologies as more videos were taken 🙂

We had such a wonderful day at the farm this week, we paid £30 for a goat experience but there was some miscommunication and a keeper didn’t turn up. This was quickly sorted out and we were taken to see the baby goats which included lots of cuddles. I think we had farmer Katie showing us around, she was brilliant, so informative and made sure the baby in our group (6 month old) could stroke the goats, lambs and chicks too. I can’t wait to go back again

Great value day out, no time limit so you really can spend the whole day there. Lots of activities and expert talks throughout the day. Plenty of places to sit and enjoy a picnic or order food. Plenty of hand washing and toilet facilities. Much cheaper then going to the cinema. Favourite part of little ones day was the sheep race.

My son had his 8th birthday party (max 6 people) at whitepost farm. It was wonderful, four boys were aloud to play, prior to being able to engage/meet various animals, we took a cake with a number 8 sparkler instead of candles so no blowing over food. There was a lunch boxes provided for each us as part of the package, which was healthy and well presented. It was dreadful weather so we were unable to do the odd activity but alternatives were made instead which went well so no issues. It was a great experience for the kids and a little educational, although the boys seemed knowledgeable with different animals. A good time was had by all and the staff member looking after us was exceptionally helpful we will definitely go again. Cost wasn't bad as we had 2 hrs, a guide for that time, access to certain pens, hands on experience, lunch boxes and playtime. Plus it felt as though we had the farm to our selves so no worrying about mixing with others as it was a late afternoon party. It's a great place thumbs up from us.

We've never been to this farm before but been to lots of others, can honestly say this is my favourite. There is so much to do, it's a full day trip, tractor rides, soft play, so many animals-indoors and outdoors, go karts for the older kids, lots of space for picnics. We highly recommend this farm

Came here for the birds of prey, didn't realise that there was so much more, thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, would have been happy at the entrance price for just the birds (they are magnificent) absolutely recommend this place if birds and animals are your kind of thing.

One of the best days out I’ve had in years. Staff were so unbelievably friendly and helpful. I know that it’s aimed towards kids but we went as adults and had such an amazing day out. I held a snake, petted loads of goats and got a photo with an owl. Best part was that as we were leaving, they told us that they have a rainy day guarantee! It had rained all day, which clearly wasn’t their fault, but apparently if it rains constantly for longer than an hour you get your next visit for free! We’ll be going back very soon. One of the wonderful members of staff told us about the season pass for £60 so I reckon we’ll be signing up for that next time we visit. Thank you so much for such an amazing day. Your staff deserve so much credit for making the place so amazing.

Fantastic day out last Friday. My mum and I took my 1 year old daughter and we all had a wonderful day out. There is a good variety of animals too see, including some new exhibits, such as the reptile house. We really enjoyed looking at all the animals, feeding the goats and especially loved the guinea pigs, who we’re very timid! My daughter loved the play cars in the little driving school, the playground and the soft play area, although I felt there could have been more soft play equipment for the under twos. The sleigh hill inside the barn was a big hit - especially enjoyed by me! We managed to hear a talk about the meerkats on our visit which was very insightful. We bought our own picnic but we did enjoy some bluebells ice cream before we left, which was reasonably priced and delicious as always. The tractor ride was quite nice, informative, although a short ride and charged at £1.50 extra per person (my daughter was free). My mum and I felt sorry for the birds in their cage enclosures with little space to fly around as they would in the wild but I guess this is the nature of these places. We paid a visit to the gift shop on the way out, which had a nice selection of items. Great visit, Woolf’s. love to come back again some time.

Our first trip to the farm, the main reason for the middle rating is the price to get in. It's alot of money for a few hours seeing farm animals. Don't get me wrong, the farm was very large but I don't feel there was a great variety of things to see. My 4 year old got very bored very quickly and wanted to move onto the next animals. Birds were done in 5mins, reptile house in 5mins, wallaby walk was the highlight - we went round 4 times so it could last 15mins, walk round the many goats and sheep. It might have lasted longer in the summer. I appreciate it costs alot to keep the animals, but a request to the business to consider a winter price when children can't really make full use of the facilities as it's too cold or wet

  • 5/5 Daniel E. 3 years ago on Google
Really well laid out with plenty of space for everyone from all ages, large range of animals from small to large Plenty of play areas to choose from with different heights and things for all kids to play with Went during the whole Covid-19 fiasco, plenty of hand washing stations, some of which are contractless operated with a wave of your hand 🖐️and a very easy to follow one way system around the whole park Plenty of places for picnics and even hot food being sold on site Food for the animals are sold on site too Great time for us all

This was the best day out I’ve had in a very long time ! My aunt took me as a surprise as I said I wanted to go to a farm and this did not disappoint! Yes we are two adults but still had the best time 😂 There were so many beautiful animals to see and lots of opportunities to feed animals and multiple shows such as feeding the meerkats or walking with the wallaby’s. This is a great place for children and adults there is something for everyone. A lot of it is outdoors so would recommend to wear something suitable for the weather. There’s lots of photo opportunities and a lovely little gift shop. You are given food for the animals when entering but you can buy more if you wish. We didn’t buy tickets ahead as we went during the weekday it wasn’t very busy, but would suggest booking online as I believe it’s a little bit cheaper. There is a cafe serving lots of hot and cold food, drinks and lunch packs for children. So many animals to see alpacas, reptiles, birds, cows, goats, rabbits, reindeer, meerkats and so much more. We went just before Christmas in November and they were promoting lots of Christmas activity so can imagine that would be a nice time to go too! The farm has a large car park space and the farm seems highly accessible for wheelchair users and children’s prams. We had such a great time and would definitely go again with my nieces and nephews- highly recommend !

Brilliant place to bring young children, or even adults who are children at heart (guilty). The place is set up brilliantly to support social distancing and there are countless handwash stations dotted around the grounds. We took our own picnic as our young one is super picky with food, there were plenty of spaces for us to sit down and enjoy our food. The animals range from; Goliath Bird Eating spider, chameleons, cute little baby goats, right up to a massive bull the size of my Ford Focus. My favourite animals were the baby ones as they are so flipping adorable, so much so I conspired to put one up my jacket and leave with it 😁. My girlfriend ensured I didn't though 🥺. Anyway, in conclusion this is a must do with children whether you've been once, twice, or a hundred times.

Excellent visit with excellent friendly staff. We had an experience with reptiles, followed by an armadillo experience with a very knowledgeable and welcoming member of staff. We carefully handled a variety of reptiles and prepared food for and fed armadillos. This part of our visit was well worth the money and super enjoyable. For 6 people it costs £30 in total for each one. The rest of the farm is neat and well looked after with fantastic animals to look at. The birds of prey were beautiful and we watched them being fed. There is a good park for kids to use and the cafe was great too with very well priced food and drink. Thoroughly enjoyed and the kids had a blast.

Great place for kids. We’ve visited twice and there is so much to do. Lots of indoor and outdoor animals and the opportunity to buy food to feed them. There is both an indoor and outdoor play area suitable for kids up to about 10. Cafe is large with a good selection.

Always a fun trip to White Post. Very small queue to get in. Saw the Jurassic Park Dinosaurs too, as a one off. Had no idea and it was no extra to join in. Really clean and tidy in the walking/eating areas. Lots of animals to see too. Great parks there for different ages with a huge sandpit too. Plus, they still have the carts to ride on for older kids and they've been upgraded.

Visited here for a family day out with the kids, a family ticket was £64 including two bags of animal food. Loads of parking and is included in the price. Staff were lovely and the kids had a blast. Loads of animals to see and the outdoor play area was fantastic, a great climbing frame with go-karts and a sand area. The cafe was decent we had a burger and chips with two cheesy chips and a can of pop for £16. After we visited the gift shop had a selection of toys and treats as well as a pet gift shop outside. A great family day out would recommend a visit!

We had a great day out at white post farm. A good price for the day and seeing all the animals was great. They are all kept in a good condition and are all very friendly. It’s always nice to feed the animals too and they love the food! A really good day and would highly recommend going and the animals always cheer you up!

A brilliant family day out. We paid £60 for 3 adults and 3 children and spent the entire day there. Lots of animals to see and some really good play areas too. Add-on activities are priced reasonably especially the tractor ride at just £1.50! There were also various talks and shows throughout the day. Our 3 especially enjoyed the bird flying. Fantastic trip. Will definitely be visiting again!

Had a wonderful Farmer Experience today for my daughter's birthday. She and her cousin had an amazing time with Farmer Holly, who helped them to feed, pet, clean out and groom a range of animals, focusing on goats because they're my daughter's favourite! Would highly recommend.

Love white post farm. It’s a nice day out and lots of animals. I would recommend booking online to save a bit of money on your tickets. It’s just a shame that the new play area construction is currently being done now when it’s cold and wet(when people would use it more) but hopefully it won’t take that long and cannot wait to see it.

Some wonderful displays catering for all ages. New birds of prey and reptile house were great. The play areas were great and timed events worked well. Everywhere was spotless and plenty of places to buy food or eat your own picnic. Would definitely recommend .

We had a great time. So much to do here from all the indoor animals and outdoor animal pens, there's an indoor play area and an outdoor play ground. Great fun for a day out for all the family. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to pre book your tickets, it guarantees your tickets and saves you money, we saved 8 pound on 3 adults and a toddler when we pre booked.

Had the best time at goat yoga with the pygmy goats! It was a great class and the yoga instructor was fab! And I got to cuddle loads of goats! I didn't do another activity at the farm! But have been in the past and love it!

  • 4/5 Lynden D. 1 year ago on Google
It's a decent attraction with a reasonable amount to do. Having an old tractor & combine harvester for kids to sit in is always a winner. The tractor & trailer ride is quite novel but would be better if the first part of the ride didn't go through what is a graveyard of equipment. Probably the best bit is the sheep racing....for the adults as well as the kids. It's good comedy provided by the commentators & the sheep! The only thing I would say is that it's on the slightly pricey vs many other children's farm attractions. If the little extra cost isn't an issue then its worth a visit, but there are more value alternatives if you just want to see some animals.

Great day out for the kids. Animals including reptiles, farm animals and different creppy crawlies. Food court with ice creams. Large play area too. Go kart track to race around. Indoor slide and sand pit. You can also feed the sheep and goats as you walk around.

We had a lovely day here and really enjoyed the handling experience. It was great seeing all the animals. All the staff we came into contact with we're so friendly. The only thing I would say is that it was tough in some areas to push the wheelchair.

Not a bad place to visit at all. There's a wide variety of animals to see and you can also feed the animals too. A lot of the animals are indoors, but the sheep and bird of prey sections are outside. There is a nice playground for the children too, as well as a large inflatable to bounce on, go karts and inside friction slide.

  • 5/5 Connor M. 8 months ago on Google
Brilliant day out with the kids - loads of animals to see and interact with, the owls are beautiful! All the animals look really well taken care of which is always lovely to see at these places. Loads of activities through the day too which means you have no issue staying for many hours. The food is very reasonably priced and they do a great little pick n' mix lunchbox for the kids. The only thing that it really lacks are directions / sign posts or similar - you kind of just have to wonder about and find stuff which makes me wonder if we missed anything as it is quite large. A signpost route or maps dotted about would be super handy. Overall would highly recommend!

We visited while on holiday to the area and this was an absolutely brilliant place. We had booked a animal experience and It was fantastic, well worth the money and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the animals plus you could tell they cared about the animals they look after. It is deceiving how big the place is will take a couple hours to get round and look at all the animals, would recommend getting some animal food from the entrance to feed the animals as its a great experience them coming up to the fence. Would 100% recommend going.

Went with my wife and (almost) 2 year old. Was a lovely little farm with a lovely range of farm animals and my favourite (meerkats) we were super surprised and very pleased to see such a variety and range of play areas for all ages. Even had free mini golf and a huge slide which i was forced to try (for my daughter of course) so if you have little ones or toddlers you can easily spend the full day both seeing all the the animals and then letting them have a run and play around in-between. I mean no disrespect to the cafe there but the star taken away was for the coffee 🤢 a little tip... take a flask haha. The staff though are so friendly and chatty we had conversations with a few of them on our way round and were happy to answer any questions but more than anything just happy to have a little chat, my daughter got lots of attention which she of course loved. We couldn't get there while the afternoon (2pm) so didnt have time to go around it all and plan to return in the near future :)

This is brilliant! It's a full day out, me and my son went for the morning and didn't leave till 130ish, even then we didn't see every thing, there are tractors to play on, a Number of indoor play areas, including sand play area, huge slide with toboggans, a huge variety of animals to look at and lots to feed too, you can buy animal food and they don't let you bring your own, they also don't let you bring your own human food either so be ready to get some of that!

Lovely place for for children to experience a wide range of reptiles, birds and animals at close quarters. Well kept, very clean establishment. All Covid arrangements in place. Very friendly and polite staff. My children loved it,now my grandchildren do. Additionally there are eating places and a park area where the kids can cut loose a bit.

  • 5/5 Susi W. 3 years ago on Google
Very well run, clean and organised. It's obvious that the staff really care about all the animals and the animals look happy. The children's playgrounds are first class and there is something for everyone. Really well worth the entrance fee. Only drawback is there is no healthy food options, mainly chips and burgers.

  • 5/5 Donna W. 3 years ago on Google
I've visited with the kids numerous times and we've never been disappointed. There are numerous things to keep the children entertained. Also worth adding that myself and a friend recently attended "goat yoga" and had the best evening of our lives!!

I took my little boy there for his birthday and it was a fantastic day. The day was overcast and there was some drizzle in the afternoon but this did not deter from the amazing experience that my little boy and I had. There were plenty of indoor venues when it was wet, if needed, but we walked around the fields even in the rain and saw some deer, which we would have missed had we gone indoors. Obviously, due to Coronavirus, White Post Farm has had to change the way in which visitors are allowed in and move around the venue. They have done an excellent job of this with controlled entry and one way systems throughout. We had no problems seeing everything and most people were adhering to the social distancing and one way system. When I called to ask if I could take a birthday cake with me, they asked if I wanted to add my little boy's name and age to the "Birthday Board". I agreed and he was thrilled when he saw it at the entrance. One little gripe that I have, though nothing to prevent our enjoyment, is that the ducks and geese seem to be overloaded on food (the pond area is covered in surplus) and this meant that many little children, my little boy included, couldn't get them to feed. Possibly may be worth looking into restricting the amount of "Two Legs" food in the future. The "Four Legs" food, however went down a treat with the goats and Llamas. I have no doubt whatsoever that we we be visiting White Post Farm again soon.
