A
terrible
experience
from
checking
in
till
checking
out.
At
first
they
did
not
have
our
reservation,
which
i
had
booked
months
in
advance.Receptionist
had
to
call
head
office
to
confirm
with
the
booking
number
I
had..with
breakfast
included..
The
room
was
fine,
however,
no
air
conditioning-
they
had
a
portable
fan:
the
lighting
was
awful
and
had
to
sleep
with
windows
open
hearing
an
ac
unit
running,
obviously
not
our
room!.
They
renovated
3-4
houses
into
a
hotel
and
have
multi
levels
where
you
would
have
to
carry
luggage
up..we
were
there
only
for
one
night
so
we
managed.
The
next
morning
we
expected
breakfast
as
were
getting
on
the
road
quickly,
however
they
did
not
have
us
on
the
list
for
inclusive
breakfast..their
price
is
10
pounds
pp.
As
they
were
once
again
checking
with
HO,
we
gave
up
and
checked
out...No
apologies
at
any
time,
poor
service,
terrible
room,
and
will
never
set
foot
in
Nottingham
again.
