First time staying here. Arrived at 1300, and despite check-in being 1500, the very nice receptionist was very happy to check us in. In fact every receptionist was extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room was standard premier inn fair, but had a/c and one of the comfiest beds ever. The hotel was busy, but the rooms cut out most noise. Breakfast was, again, standard fair but the two gentlemen manning the check-in were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall an excellent hotel.

This premier inn, kept up with the standards of premier inns in general. It's in a good location with a few car parks nearby. The few downsides are, you can't open the window and have to depend on air conditioning. The room wasn't completely clean on arrival, crumbs on the carpet. Also the air vent in the ceiling was full of dust. Overall decent.

Rude staff!! upon check in we were told you can extend your stay the next day so we only booked for one night. but next day the rooms were fully booked so we had to check out. Which was fine except the staff were really rude they basically kicked us out they very impolite they were literally like "quickly quickly quickly now". don't recommend at all.

It's not a bad hotel, but it's not great either. Had to park off-site in a cramped parking garage. It was cheap and close.

I have been a loyal customer at the Premier Inn Hotels all across the UK since 2013. I can,in all honesty, say that this one has been the dirtiest. The room wasn't thouroughly cleaned upon arrival, there were feathers on the floor, a dirty pillowcover on the nightstand and hair in the tub. One part of the noise cancelling double windows was half way open and couldn't be closed. So it was a bit loud at night. The hallway carpet wasn't the cleaniest either. There were empty beer cans in the elevator and litter on the windowsills by the staircase. I had to search through a whole tray of cups at breakfast to find a clean one( even though they were just put out). Positive part...Staff was very friendly.

Well, I've stayed in many Premier Inns across the country, and there's not a great deal of difference between each one, it is exactly what it says on the tin. The location for this one was superb, ideally located. The restaurant was very nice and more upmarket than what you get as standard. The check-in was very fast and straightforward. The first tripping point was heading to my room, the door card wouldn't work, so annoyingly, I had to return to the desk. This issue became a constant blight on a daily basis, along with a few others too! Waking up on my last morning, the key card failed in all aspects! No lights, no power shower. On a plus, the room was warm and comfortable. However, I didn't get a good nights sleep when every hour the city clock chimes like Big Ben, but I know that can't be helped...same goes for the persistent "headboard" banging from another room. All in all, I left feeling exhausted and in need of a good nights sleep...in my own bed. Personally, in my estimation, this is a typical city centre hotel. It is what it is...except for the dodgy key cards.

The rarely isn't that much to say about it, it's a premier Inn. The beds are very comfortable, the room is attractive in a every premiering room looks pretty much the same. The place was quiet. I had no noise from the corridor which sometimes is an issue The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast with excellent as always.

We stayed here while visiting family for Christmas. The check-in process was fast and easy. Checkout was even quicker. The room was clean and had a tv, hair dryer, window, aircon, and a tea/coffee station. The staff left some chocolate for us to celebrate Christmas. This was a lovely touch! The hotel is situated on a main roundabout but there was no noise pollution from the road during our stay. The hotel is a 3 minue walk from Market Square - the main square in Nottingham. It's the perfect place to stay if visiting for nightlife. The only downside is there is no space for short stay curbside pickup/ drop off so be prepared to hop out the car quickly if being dropped off.

Not our favourite Premier Inn but comfortable and clean. The two selection boxes outside our door in Christmas morning was a nice surprise. Well done Premier Inn.

Staff lovely. Complimentary Proseco for Mothers Day, really lovely. Room good, but a smell of mould was a bit off-putting. However, a great night's sleep. Comfy clean beds as you would expect. Breakfast was excellent! All self served buffet if you're a meat eater. However, if your a veggie like me, ask the lovely chef and he'll do you some excellent sausages and veggie bacon fresh from the grill. Top notch nosh!

I made an early non refundable reservation in a premium room for a 6 nights stay so I started with what seemed to be a good deal. My experience began with a positive response from the staff to my request for an early check in, which seemed like something uncommon for them. The room was convenient, equipped with the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay and was almost clean if we exclude the spots on the floor here and there. You will need to inform the reception a day in advance if you want the room to be cleaned but you can still request for any towels or coffee tray supplies at any time. The staff was fairly responsive to my requests but some few things I ordered were simply missed. Not having a phone in rooms makes it inconvenient to handle frequent needs and inquiries and will require going to the reception and talk to them directly. The breakfast offered is at a separate charge and has limited varieties and honestly is unsatisfactory if you are stuck with it daily for a long stay. For example my request for making eggs in a way other than the two choices offered was declined. I had a small personal towel taken from my room while cleaning it and it took some time and frequent checks from my side to have it back. Although the stay was at a reasonable price and the sleep was comfortable but I will be inclined to try new options for my future visits.

I stayed in the Premiere Inn in Chapel Bar on 16th November. It was an extremely stressful day but the staff on reception could not have been more helpful, friendly and basically saved the day for me! Laura and Mary went out of their way to help me with directions and that my phone charger had broken - they loaned me theirs and were simply fantastic. The room was clean and quiet and thanks to them I actually slept! These girls are an absolute credit to you and I will most definitely be back! I thoroughly recommend this hotel, so central and easy to access and the staff are second to none. Thank you, Emma Skeates

Lovely nights stay 😌 beds were super comfy, slept the whole night which is rare when I stay away from home. Staff were really nice and helpful, especially the breakfast staff. Breakfast is highly recommended, plenty of choice! Would stay here again if I was in the area. Thank you!

We always try to book premier Inns and have stayed in many. This one was not disappointing. A comfier bed and pillows than we have at home, a lovely bar and restaurant attached, breakfast for us has an excellent selection and very tasty. Helpful and responsive staff. We were very lucky with this site. Not having stayed in Nottingham before we found everywhere to be accessible. Plenty around to keep us busy and a bonus of being near a tram stop which is a very good system.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Everywhere looked clean. Basic double room was spacious enough for us with a comfortable super king size bed. Small TV and basic tea making which you'd expect. Had a lovely night sleep, had no concerns with noisy neighbours or traffic. I could find no reason to not stay again, the price was spot on and the hotel is in a great location for going out into Nottingham.

I had an issue (along with the guest before me) with my room key not working, but this was quickly resolved if this happens regularly though it should be investigated as it would save them time in the long run. The room was quite basic but had everything needed for a single-night stay. The bed was very squeaky which might annoy some people. There were facilities to make hot drinks but only tea and decaffeinated coffee was available.

We had an over night stay here to attend a anniversary event. We slept very well with no noise disturbance from the street or other rooms. Our room was clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our continental breakfast. Couldn't fault our stay. Staff were very helpful. The location is great and near restaurants and shops so you can always have a wonder. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed at this Premier many times. Staff are excellent, friendly and helpful at all times. Excellent location. Room was quiet and comfortable bed as always. On the whole though the hotel, including rooms, are a little tired. Rooms would benefit from updating, carpets need replacing or at least a deep clean. Attention should also be paid to the outside entrance as regards daily cleaning.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my daughter. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. Excellent location near restaurants and very near centre for shopping and about 10 mins walk from train station. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The staff were great! Hotel very clean and everyone friendly and helpful. Laura on the desk was fantastic, arranged for us to have our room key a little earlier and kindly delivered extra towels that we requested to our room. We were also very touched by her thoughtfulness in recognising our anniversary and dropping off card and prosecco. Thank you for a lovely stay! Jamie & Rachel Murray

I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return. Great location - just a few minutes walk from the town centre; with plenty of restaurants, bars and cafés on your doorstep. Some previous reviewers said they were disturbed by noise from other guests, maybe I got lucky when I stayed because I didn’t hear any noise - apart from some music coming from nearby bars on the Saturday night. But it wasn’t so intrusive that it disturbed my sleep; having said that though I was on the 4th floor. My room was a decent size, clean and comfortable. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. Special mention for Alex who works in the adjoining Bar + Block Restaurant where you have your breakfast - she’s an absolute superstar and a great asset to the business!

Usual room standard for a Premier Inn. I slept pretty well once I got it cooled to the right temperature. Ate dinner at the restaurant next door. Steak was okay but the dessert was spectacular. Had the Eton Mess Sundae and every mouthful was full of taste and refreshing. Only negative was no on-site parking so had to pay for NCP. The hotel did have an arrangement for reduced rates but was still £11 to park overnight. Not their fault at all though.

We stayed here so we could visit our daughter who started uni this year. I spoke to Danni from housekeeping briefly on the Saturday morning to ask her for some coffee. Whilst we were out she had popped into our room to replenish the coffee but she also left a couple of other bits (which she didn’t need to) such a lovely, thoughtful lady going that one step further to ensure we had a lovely stay. Danni, sorry I didn’t get the chance to thank-you in person so ‘thank-you’ for your lovely hospitality it didn’t go unnoticed😊xx

The hotel location is perfect, situated in the city centre, near to a lot of restaurants and shops made it ideal. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant. The rooms were as expected for a typical hotel chain, it felt clean and functional - especially the beds; coffee and tea were available in the room and a large screen TV too. We will definitely stay there again when travelling to Nottingham.

Great location right in the city centre. But that comes with a price. If you're looking for a quiet place to have a peaceful nights sleep, then think again. Woken up more than four times by noisy neighbours. One of them was the security staff. (Hey Lenny Henry, come and visit this place) Reception staff absolutely brilliant couldn't do enough for us. Brilliant pub, restaurant adjoining to the hotel. Would I go again.... nah... not for me. Thanks anyway guys... It was an experience.

Our experience here matched our expectations. Located within the heart of the city, everything was within reach. The tram services were a mere 3 minutes walk, dropping you off directly into Nottingham Railway Station making it easier to leave the car at home. Prepaid breakfast was freshly made and well presented. Staff all polite and helpful. Wi-fi available. Taxi services are a little tricky to board and alight as Inn is located on the edge of a roundabout. It helps to be there ready to board to make for a safe and swift departure. Would definitely stay here again.

Really close to main square of Nottingham, room was clean and tidy no noise. all staff we spoke to friendly. Parking at discounted rate (mount street) no issues but a little a steep at £11.00 breakfast fantastic as usual all.

Noisy stay with a couple arguing for 2 nights and police running up and down the corridor arresting one of them. Was clean enough and breakfast was okay. Staff very freindly and go beyond to help. When we travel again will need to think about another hotel maybe.

Nice clean, comfortable hotel. Good beds, and nice rooms. The breakfast was a choice of continental or cooked. I would usually have cooked, but the cooked food looked inedible. Bacon was, i think baked not fried, so looked uncooked. mushrooms dried and scrambled eggs pretty solid. Also tinned tomatoes not fresh. Unattended hot food area, and It showed...food was well picked over, and wasn't kept adequately hot by the lamps. I didn't like the idea of choosing from a scruffy, picked over food selection, so had continental instead I had been looking forward to a nice cooked breakfast.

    * No car park attached to hotel. Booked as wheelchair user but not made aware. * Car Park access dangerous in nearest car park on lower or upper level. Called when near yet no one happy to take luggage. * Had to tie my bag onto my chair straps(which broke & cost £270 to replace). * curtains in the room down * had to call reception as delete it being the accessible room the shower head was out of reach. * couldn't access food next door as no bell/ way of ordering as no accessible front door etc despite being sign posted their. * Couldn't access doors into food area ie breakfast. * couldn't exit through doors independently.

Ideal location for where I was working. Situated in the town centre convenient for bars and restaurants. There is a restaurant located downstairs for your breakfast and meals. it's a steak house so being a vegetarian wasn't good for me with a long wait so went once in 5 days with my only option being a veggie burger.

Staff helpful, booked the room we requested, room spotless, can't fault the place at all. It's in a brilliant spot for all the amenities and attractions the city has to offer. Some rooms have a road view and some have views of a flat roof and other rooms(not in close proximity)
